Third Eye Ritual

Third Eye Ritual

Ritual to open your third eye.

Perform this ritual three days before the full moon, preferably when the moon is in the sign of Cancer, Pisces, or Scorpio. Begin by brewing a strong tea made from yarrow or Mugwort. Light thirteen candles purple votive candles to help attract psychic influence. Drink tea, stare into a magick mirror, crystal ball or pyramid and chant three times:

“I invoke thee, O Asariel, Archangel of Neptune and Ruler of clairvoyant powers. I ask thee now to open my Third eye. Show me the hidden light. Let me see the future. Let me see the past. Let me perceive the Divine Kingdoms of the unknown. Let me understand the wisdom of the mighty Universe. So Mote It Be!”

After chanting, relax, breathe slowly, and concentrate on opening your third eye. Do not allow any negative thoughts to enter your mind.

‘THINK on THESE THINGS’ for November 19th

‘THINK on THESE THINGS’
By Joyce Sequichie Hifler

In this day of emphasis on right connections with the right people, in the right places, at the right time, we must have truly extraordinary qualities to become successes on our own.

They who have worked hard and achieved success often carry a double burden by wrongful accusations of being privileged characters. Perhaps some to whom doors automatically open because of right connections seem to be privileged characters, but they, like dictators, have a limited existence.

Having connections may help us on the ladder of life, but it will never keep those rungs steady beneath our feet. Only our own greatness keeps us tall, sun-crowned. We must have something to give, something to offer before we can expect to be truly privileged characters. And then, we will have earned the right to our privileges. We are somewhat like God, blamed for much we don’t do and seldom given credit for the good we have done.

Whatever the future, the world still needs citizens like those J.G. Holland wrote about nearly a century ago: “God give us men. The times demand strong minds, great hearts, true faith, and willing hands…..Tall men, sun-crowned, who live above the fog, in public duty and in private thinking!”

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – November 19

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – November 19
Where there is vision, the people live. They are made rich in the things of the spirit; and then, as the logical next step, they are rich in human life.

— Phil Lane, Sr., YANKTON SIOUX

Since the beginning of time, Indian people have been blessed with the ability and knowledge of the vision. The vision determines our future. The concept is, we move toward and become that which we think about. We have known that all visions are about the Great Spirit. They should include God’s will in every area of our lives. We should have visions about our people, about healthy relationships, about helping others, about being happy, about being educated. Each day we should renew our vision. We should ask the Creator to give us a vision of what He wants us to be and where He wants us to go in our lives. We should be the seekers of vision.
Great Spirit, give me a vision to follow today. Let me do Your will.

November 19 – Daily Feast

November 19 – Daily Feast

It is lovely to think of you when leaves and grasses are all shades of chrysanthemums and sunshine is golden through the autumn haze. It is soothing to remember you when all is quiet in the midnight hour, when it is velvet or bathed in silver. It is comforting to know your faith overcomes your fears, that peace permeates your whole existence. You are aware that nothing equals the peace that passes all understanding. It is with gratitude I know you are wise beyond human comprehension – and kind, even when there is reason not to be. You are the Great Spirit, the endless, loving Presence that blesses us in every hour.

~ The Creator ordained that people should live to an old age. ~

Daily Motivator for November 19th – Feel good at the core

Feel good at the core

Life is increasingly filled with distractions, and they can be very  compelling. Yet the distractions are not what bring fulfillment.

Fulfillment, by its very definition, requires that you focus your energy and  attention on what’s truly important to you. In order to fulfill your purpose,  you must live with that purpose at the center of your awareness.

Distractions can be exciting, fun, interesting, informative and enabling.  However, there is more to life than just bouncing from one distraction to  another.

The pleasures that only take a moment to achieve will be completely gone in  the next moment. Yet the joys in which you invest great time, effort and  substance will last a lifetime and beyond.

To truly enjoy life’s many pleasures and diversions, you must have a solid  perspective from which to experience them. That perspective, that foundation, is  built with focus, discipline and authentic purpose.

The distractions can make you feel good, for a moment or two, on the outside.  Choose also to continually build the substance of your life, and to feel good  about yourself at the very core of your being.

Daily OM for November 19th – The Dance of Intimacy

The Dance of Intimacy

Coming Back to Center in a Relationship

by Madisyn Taylor

In a long-term relationship it is often necessary to get back to basics and come back to center with each other.

Anyone in a long-term relationship knows that the dance of intimacy involves coming together and moving apart. Early in a relationship, intense periods of closeness are important in order to establish the ground of a new union. Just as a sapling needs a lot more attention than a full-grown tree, budding relationships demand time and attention if they are to fully take root. Once they become more established, the individuals in the union begin to turn their attention outward again, to the other parts of their lives that matter, such as work, family, and friendships. This is natural and healthy. Yet, if a long-term relationship is to last, turning towards one another recurrently, with the same curiosity, attention, and nurturance of earlier times, is essential.

In a busy and demanding world full of obligations and opportunities, we sometimes lose track of our primary relationships, thinking they will tend to themselves. We may have the best intentions when we think about how nice it would be to surprise our partner with a gift or establish a weekly date night. Yet somehow, life gets in the way. We may think that our love is strong enough to survive without attention. Yet even mature trees need water and care if they are to thrive.

One of the best ways to nourish a relationship is through communication. If you feel that a distance has grown between you and your partner, you may be able to bridge the gap by sharing how you feel. Do your best to avoid blame and regret. Focus instead on the positive, which is the fact that you want to grow closer together. Sometimes, just acknowledging that there is distance between you has the effect of bringing the relationship into balance. In other cases, more intense effort and attention may be required. You may want to set aside time to talk and come up with solutions together. Remember to have compassion for each other. You’re in the same boat together and trying to maintain the right balance of space and togetherness to keep your relationship healthy and thriving. Express faith and confidence in each other, and enjoy the slow dance of intimacy that can resume between the two of you.

Finding a Familiar on the Astral Plane

Finding a Familiar on the Astral Plane

Begin your meditation the usual way. Cross the bridge and drop the  stones into the stream. This time, when you travel into the astral plane, be  sure to remember why you are there. Keep your eyes open for creatures. The  animal you encounter will most likely be a worldly animal. One will approach  you. You will not have to seek it out. You may be discouraged when you find that  the animal that approaches you may not be your favorite. It could be any  creature: a cat, fox, rabbit, bird, owl, horse, turtle or even an insect. Do not  turn the animal down, even if you feel disappointed. A specific animal will have  a specific lesson to teach you. When you have learned all you can from the  animal, it will leave you. These spirit guides may remain with you for years or  longer. Remember always to listen to what they have to say and explore  thoroughly what they have to show you. Some of the more common animals seen are:

Wolf – knowledge and companionship

Owl – wisdom, silence, solitude

Turtle – patience, humility

Hawk – watchfulness

Horse – nobility and fidelity

Cat – cleanliness

Bear – strength and play

Fox – cunning, thinking through actions

Dolphin/Whale – love, compassion

Rabbit – nature and wariness

Meditation for the Astral Realm

 Meditation for the Astral Realm

The astral body is the realm of your mind and emotions. It’s your feeling body, and it extends slightly beyond your vital body. Everything you think and feel lives as energy in you and around you, out as far as the astral body. Perhaps that is why people can sometimes “sense” each other’s feelings. When you stand next to someone, you are closer to that person’s astral body than you are to his or her physical body.

The astral body contains two more sheaths of existence, the mind sheath, or layer of thoughts and emotions, and the intellect sheath, the layer of higher understanding through which you can begin to see the true nature of reality. Just as the vital sheath is considered a bridge between the physical and the astral bodies, the intellect sheath is considered a bridge between the astral (subtle) body and the causal (super-subtle) body. You can learn to control the mind and intellect sheaths through breath control (which helps to center the mind), the practice of sense withdrawal, and concentration exercises. You can also include these layers as the subject of concentration for your mediations.

The Mind Sheath: Feeling

Sit comfortably with your back straight. Turn your attention to your heart chakra, the life-force energy vortex behind your heart. Imagine this chakra beginning to turn gently and slowly, pulling with it all the emotions and feelings that sit inside your chest. Imagine then swirling gently and ordering themselves around the slowly spinning chakra. Now, imagine that the diameter of the swirling chakra is growing as it picks up more and more emotions. It expands to fill your entire chest, then becomes wider ands wider, like a hurricane on a weather map but gentler and smoother.

Now the spiraling wheel has extended beyond your chest, and its edges encompass your neck and head. Imagine the rays of the spiral catching up all the thoughts in your head and pulling them along, like debris in a mild, peaceful cyclone. There they go, riding on the waves of your emotions.

Imagine this spiraling wheel growing beyond the boundaries of your physical body, and then beyond the boundaries of your vital body, extending past breath and energy. Now imagine the spiral growing and enveloping your physical and vital bodies in a warm, rosy, pink aura of emotion and thought. Everything you feel and think is reflected in and protected by this rosy halo.

Feel the projection of your emotions and thoughts into the space around yu and marvel at their simple existence. Don’t judge them. Just see them. There they are, as much a part of you as your ankle or your shoulder blade. No more important, no less.

The Intellect Sheath: Understanding

Sit comfortably with your back straight. Breathe normally and notice your breath. Now, close your eyes and casually notice your physical body. Visualize where it starts and where it stops. Next, recall your vital body, how it extends beyond the physical body in a swirling dance of energy. Next, recall your mind sheath, a glowing pink encompassing your physical and vital bodies.

What is beyond the mind sheath? Visualize the edges of the mind sheath. What do you see? Nothing at first, but then you begin to see a pale yellow color extending beyond the mind sheath. What is it? You can’t quiet see it. You can’t quite get there.

Bring you attention back to your mind sheath. Visualize tiny bright green shapes floating around inside your mind sheath. Some are circles, come are triangles, some are squares and some are random polygons with no names. Sometimes the bounce against the edges of the mind sheath but they seem to be stuck inside it as if in a bubble.

These green shapes are your thoughts and feelings. They live in the mind sheath but can’t go beyond it. They are content to live there. But wait – one triangle doesn’t seem content. It keeps bouncing against the mind sheath, as if trying to break through the bubble. Follow this triangle. Is it a thought or an emotion? What is it about?

Suddenly, the triangle breaks through the boundary of the mind sheath, and the intellect sheath shows itself in sunny yellow. Ah-ha! You think. Now I understand! You’ve reached a new level, a new understanding of some aspect of reality you’ve been struggling with. The true nature of your problems, your self, and your world are suddenly clear. You’ve encountered the intellect sheath

MONROE TECHNIQUES FOR ASTRAL PROJECTION

MONROE TECHNIQUES FOR ASTRAL PROJECTION

Note: After having studied many methods of Astral
Projection, I have found that this is the easiest to do.
Monroe teaches these techniques in a week, but they can be
easily done in a day, with proper devotion. I feel that this
technique is superior to others because it doe not require
intense visualization, which many people cannot do.
enjoy!

(Taken from Leaving The Body: A Complete Guide to Astral
Projection, D. Scott Rogo, prentice Hall Press)

One of the chief barriers people learning to project face is
fear.  Many are afraid that they may die, or be harmed in some
way as a result of their projection.  Nothing could be farther
from the truth.  The Canterbury Institute, renowned for its
occult studies, executed an experiment in projection involving
over 2,000 people.  None of them were hurt in any way by this,
and now, three years later, none have complained of any newly
arising problems.

Once you are aware that you cannot be harmed by projecting,
you should begin monroe’s techniques, step by step.

Step one:
Relax the body. According to Monroe, “the ability to relax
is the first prerequisite, perhaps even the first step itself”
to having an OBE. (out of body experience) This includes both
physical and mental relaxation. Monroe does not suggest a
method of attaining this relaxation, although Progressive
Muscle relaxation, coupled with deep breathing exercises
(inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3…. until 50 or 100) are known
to work well.

Step two:
Enter the state bordering sleep.  This is known as the
hypnagogic state. Once again, Monroe doesn’t  recommend any
method of doing this.  One way is to hold your forearm
up, while keeping your upper arm on the bed, or ground. As you
start to fall asleep, your arm will fall, and you will awaken
again.  With practice, you can learn to control the Hypnagogic
state without using your arm.  Another method is to
concentrate on an object.  When other images start to enter
your thoughts, you have entered the Hypnagogic state.
Passively watch these images.  This will also help you
maintain this state of near-sleep. Monroe calls this Condition
A.

Step three:
Deepen this state. Begin to clear your mind.  observe your
field of vision through your closed eyes.  Do nothing more
for a while. Simply look through your closed eyelids at the
blackness in front of you.  After a while, you may notice
light patterns.  These are simply neural discharges.  They
have no specific effect.  Ignore them.  When they cease, one

has entered what Monroe calls Condition B.  From here, one
must enter an even deeper state of relaxation which Monroe
calls Condition C– a state of such relaxation that you lose
all awareness of the body and sensory stimulation.  You are
almost in a void in which your only source of stimulation will
be your own thoughts.
The ideal state for leaving your body is Condition D.
This is Condition C when it is voluntarily induced from a
rested and refreshed condition and is not the effect of normal
fatigue.  To achieve Condition D, Monroe suggests that you
practice entering it in the morning or after a short nap.

Step Four:
Enter a state of Vibration. This is the most important
part of the technique, and also the most vague.
Many projectors have noted these vibrations at the onset
of projection.  They can be experienced as a mild tingling, or
as is electricity is being shot through the body.  /their
cause is a mystery.  It may actually be the astral body trying
to leave the physical one.
For entering into the vibrational state, he offers the
following directions:

1. Remove all jewelry or other items that might be touching
your skin.
2. Darken the room so that no light can be seen through your
eyelids, but do not shut out all light.
3. Lie down with your body along a north-south axis, with your
head pointed toward magnetic north.
4. Loosen all clothing, but keep covered so that you are
slightly warmer than might normally be comfortable.
5. Be sure you are in a location where, and at a time  when,
there will be absolutely no noise to disturb you.
6. Enter a state of relaxation
7. Give yourself the mental suggestion that you will remember
all that occurs during the upcoming session that will be
beneficial to your well-being. Repeat this five times.
8. Proceed to breath through your half-open mouth.
9. As you breath, concentrate on the void in front of you.
10. Select a point a foot away from your forehead, then change
your point of mental reference to six feet.
11. Turn the point 90 degrees upward by drawing an imaginary
line parallel to your body axis up and above your head.  Focus
there and reach out for the vibrations  at that point and
bring them back into your body.

Even if you don’t know what these vibrations are, you
will know when you have achieved contact with them.

Step five:
Learn to control the vibrational state.  Practice
controlling them by mentally pushing them into your head, down
to your toes, making them surge throughout your entire body,
and producing vibrational waves from head to foot.  To produce
this wave effect, concentrate of the vibrations and mentally
push a wave out of your head and guide it down your body.
Practice this until you can induce these waves on command.
Once you have control of the vibrational state, you are ready to leave the body.

Step six:
Begin with a partial separation.  The key here is thought
control.  Keep your mind firmly focused on the idea of leaving
the body. Do not let it wander. Stray thought might cause you
to lose control of the state.
Now, having entered the vibrational state, begin exploring
the OBE by releasing a hand or a foot of the “second body”.
Monroe suggests that you extend a limb until it comes in
contact with a familiar object, such as a wall near your bed.
Then push it through the object. Return the limb by placing it
back into coincidence with the physical one, decrease the
vibrational rate, and then terminate the experiment.  Lie
quietly until you have fully returned to normal. This exercise
will prepare you for full separation.

Step seven:
Dissociate yourself from the body. Monroe suggests two
methods for this.  One method is to lift out of the body.  To
do this, think about getting lighter and lighter after
entering this vibrational state.  Think about how nice it
would be to float upward.  Keep this thought in mind at all
costs and let no extraneous thoughts interrupt it. An OBE will
occur naturally at this point.
Another method is the “Rotation method” or “roll-out”
technique.  When you have achieved the vibrational state, try
to roll over as if you were turning over in bed.  /do not
attempt to roll over physically.  Try to twist your body from
the top and virtually roll over into your second body right
out of your physical self.  At this point, you will be out of
the body but next to it.  Think of floating upward, and you
should find yourself floating above the body.
Monroe suggests you begin with the lift-out method, but
argues that both are equally efficacious.

How to Astral Project

How to Astral Project

By Ezmeralda Lee

Astral projection is the ability to essentially, have the soul leave the body while still retaining life. It is a basic temporary way to leave the body and still experience things. There are several ways to do this, one way is through lucid dreaming, another is through meditation and relaxing, and there are other ways to get there through altered states of consciousness. Not everyone can or should astral project. It is really not known, however, who is capable of doing it before they try it.

Difficulty:  Challenging

Instructions

Things You’ll Need

A quiet, peaceful room

Extreme concentration skills

A method to follow

Lots of practice

A meditative phrase

Patience

Guidance from someone skilled in projection

1.  One of the most common forms of astral projection is through lucid dreaming. You may have done this before and not even been aware of it. This state is basically the state of mind that you get while dreaming, but you are fully aware of what is going on around you.

2.  For projection to work properly, the body must be fully relaxed. One of the best ways to do this is through meditation. This requires eliminating all outside influences, and complete focus on your chosen phrase that you repeat over and over. This prepares you for projection because essentially your spirit gets bored and wants to move around and do something else.

3.  Once you have practice with meditation, you are ready to move on to the next state. This state of mind is basically the body being asleep, while the mind is still awake. This occurs through the repeated meditative phrase, continually repeated over and over, and by physically relaxing each part of the body one at a time. Eventually you will reach the altered conscious state.

4.  Once you have reached the altered conscious state you are ready to project. This can happen differently for each person, so it can be hard to describe. Some people “look for the light” while others keep focus on their meditative phrase. Whatever the way it happens for you, the important thing is to not think about it too much. This will cause a break in the projecting, sending you back to your body.

5.  Going back to your body can be a painful experience if it happens too suddenly, so it is important to focus on going back slowly. Again, this is something that is different for everyone, so over time you will find the way that is best for you.

Tips & Warnings

• It is best to arrange for some kind of walkthrough from someone who is familiar with projection before attempting. There are a lot of places a guide can be found, from different groups around the world to the Internet.

• The only way to be able to achieve projection is to practice, practice, and practice!

• Astral projection has the potential to be very dangerous. Do not attempt without proper research and the guidance of someone who has already done it before.

• Coming out of the projected state can be painful, so be sure to try and recover slowly, otherwise your heart and other organs might not be able to take it.

Astral projection

Astral projection

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an “astral body” separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.

The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness’ or soul’s journey or “ascent” is described in such terms as “an… out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body (or dreambody or astral body) into ‘higher’ realms.” It is therefore associated with near death experiences and is also frequently reported as spontaneously experienced in association with sleep and dreams, illness, surgical operations, drug experiences, sleep paralysis and forms of meditation.

It is sometimes attempted out of curiosity, or may be believed to be necessary to, or the result of, some forms of spiritual practice. It may involve “travel to higher realms” called astral planes but is commonly used to describe any sensation of being “out of the body in the everyday world, even seeing one’s body from outside or above. It may be reported in the form of an apparitional experience, a supposed encounter with a doppelgänger, some living person also seen somewhere else at the same time.

Through the 1960s and 1970s, surveys reported percentages ranging from 8 percent to as many as 50 percent (in certain groups) of respondents who state they had such an experience. The subjective nature of the experience permits explanations that do not rely on the existence of an “astral” body and plane. There is little beyond anecdotal evidence to support the idea that people can actually “leave the body”.

“Astral” and “etheric”

The expression “astral projection” came to be used in two different ways. For the Golden Dawn and some Theosophists it retained the classical and medieval philosophers’ meaning of journeying to other worlds, heavens, hells, the astrological spheres and other imaginable landscapes, but outside these circles the term was increasingly applied to non-physical travel around the physical world.

Though this usage continues to be widespread, the term, “etheric travel”, used by some later Theosophists, offers a useful distinction. Some experiments say they visit different times and/or places: “etheric”, then, is used to represent the sense of being “out of the body” in the physical world, whereas “astral” may connote some alteration in time-perception. Robert Monroe describes the former type of projection as “Locale I” or the “Here-Now”, involving people and places that actually exist: Robert Bruce calls it the “Real Time Zone” (RTZ) and describes it as the non-physical dimension-level closest to the physical. This etheric body is usually, though not always, invisible but is often perceived by the experiment as connected to the physical body during separation by a “silver cord”. Some link “falling” dreams with projection.

According to Max Heindel, the etheric “double” serves as a medium between the astral and physical realms. In his system the ether, also called prana, is the “vital force” that empowers the physical forms to change. From his descriptions it can be inferred that, to him, when one views the physical during an out-of-body experience, one is not technically “in” the astral realm at all.

Other experients may describe a domain that has no parallel to any known physical setting. Environments may be populated or unpopulated, artificial, natural or abstract, and the experience may be beatific, horrific or neutral. A common Theosophical belief is that one may access a compendium of mystical knowledge called the Akashic records. In many accounts the experiencer correlates the astral world with the world of dreams. Some even report seeing other dreamers enacting dream scenarios unaware of their wider environment.

The astral environment may also be divided into levels or sub-planes by theorists, but there are many different views in various traditions concerning the overall structure of the astral planes: they may include heavens and hells and other after-death spheres, transcendent environments or other less-easily characterized states.

Daily Feng Shui Tip for November 19th – ‘World Toilet Day’

On ‘World Toilet Day’ I thought we might take a look at how to make negative bathroom energies go right down the drain. But let’s first see why Feng Shui suggests that the bathroom is considered such a negative space. According to this modality, the bathroom is the home’s place for cleansing and elimination and is believed to impact the family’s wealth and health as it carries connotations of uncleanliness and waste removal. Therefore, to keep this room from depleting both your bank account and life force, you might want to try some of the following solutions. Keep the bathroom door closed at all times. This keeps healthy energy from entering that room that can then get flushed away. Speaking of which, keep the toilet seat closed at all times. You should also keep a stopper in the shower and sink drains, as drains sap energy. Lastly, you can hang a full length mirror on the outside of the bathroom door so it will reflect the Chi of the house away from bathroom while also making the room ‘vanish’ from everyone’s attention. Enact these tips and you can save money, energy and time spent at the doctor’s office.

Today’s I Ching Hexagram for November 19th is 44: Liaison

44: Liaison

Monday, Nov 19th, 2012

The attraction is strong, but the relationship is not destined to last. So, be careful — the magnetism of polarized forces may not be what it seems. An apparently harmless, but potentially dangerous, energy has attracted attention to itself and is pulling on a stronger one. The ancient image is of a bold but immature girl who uses her charms to gain influence with a stable, powerful man. The man dallies with her, thinking that it can do him no harm. Ha, famous last thoughts! When power shifts into the hands of those unprepared for it, harm comes to all parties.

Still, you need not fear meetings with those whose positions are widely different from your own, as long as you can remain free of ulterior motives.

Be especially wary of temptations that arise because of your connections to important people. Generally, it is best to combat such temptations by snipping them in the bud before they can flower. Just as soon as a dangerous liaison presents itself is the time to take note and speak up. On the other hand, there are times when the meeting of the yielding and the strong turn out to be opportunities for truly positive and constructive relationships. The difference between careless connection and a relationship of depth lies in the motives of the heart. How sincere are you?

Wicca acknowledges the cycles of nature, the lunar phases and the seasons to celebrate their spirituality and to worship the Divine. It is a belief system that allows the Witch to work with, not in supplication to Deities with the intent of living in harmony and achieving balance with all things.

Your Daily Tarot Card for November 19th is The Empress

The Empress

Monday, Nov 19th, 2012

Traditionally entitled “Empress,” this major arcana or “trump” card portrays the energy of the Great Mother. She is Nature, around us but also within us, the ever-unfolding Source of life-giving power. She is often pictured as a pre-Christian Goddess, as the one whom the High Priestess is channeling down to earth for the rest of us.

In medieval Europe, the Empress card was painted to represent whatever Queen currently ruled the land, probably to satisfy the Inquisitors. But the scholars of the Renaissance and beyond had no doubt of her true identity, although she could not be fully revealed on Tarot cards as the “woman clothed with the sun” until after the French Revolution.

This supreme archetype of femininity also symbolizes fertility. It is She who provides us nourishment and security. She is also sometimes seen as delighting us with flowers and fruit. A potentially terrifying aspect of this archetype manifests itself whenever karmic mood swings wipe out our plans, like a storm that has come upon us. Whatever happens, the Empress is the Source of our Embodiment and of Natural Law. She might even be called “the Great Recycler.”
