Robert Johnson – American Blues Musician – His shadowy life and early death at age 27 gave rise to the legend that he traded his soul to the devil for fame and fortune

Johann Faust – Fifteenth century alchemist, astrologer, and magician whose life became the focal character in the popular tale of Dr. Faust who entered into a pact with Mephistopheles, exchanging his soul for 24 years of service.

Urbain Grandier – A French Catholic priest who was burned at the stake for witchcraft in 1634.  One of the documents used in his trial was a pact between the devil and Grandier, written in Latin and covered in strange markings.  It was known as the  Pactum foederis Urbani Grandieri.

One Person’s View Point About the Sun Phases Part 1 of 6

Sun Phases

The Sun emits an uncomplicated, direct masculine energy that is warm and golden-feeling. Unlike the Moon, He moves through several different phases every day availing the practitioner of unlimited opportunities for immediate spellwork. His wide range of properties can boost almost any magickal effort normally aided by the Moon.

 

My View Point of How to Use Sun Phases for Spells

While almost every witch follows Moon phases for doing spells, rituals, and other magickal works. I also use the Sun phases, especially because my patron God is Ra.

Every day there is a waxing, full, waning and new phases for the Sun besides the seasonal changes. From sunrise to noon is the waxing phases, the full phase is from 11:55 AM to 12:05 PM, the waning follows until sunset is the new phase.

For the seasons spring is the waning, summer the full phase, fall is the waxing phase and winter the new phase.

This idea and the phases may seem a bit strange to people but when the Moon is in the wrong phases for something I cannot wait to do I use the daily and if possible the Sun phases. This gives me more options of what I need to do.

What exactly is an item of sympathy? It is any item that is sympathetic to what you are working for. Since this is a job-related spell, an item in sympathy could be your recent paycheck stub, ID badge, or your business card. So, with that thought in mind, adding this sympathetic item to your other correspondences only helps to unify the magick. It does this by uniting the energies and giving you something very specific to focus on.

Arrange your items in front of the candle. If you wish, anoint the spell candle with the philter. Now, light the spell candle and focus on the cards and your item of sympathy, pathy, and then repeat the spell below three times. Check out the last line of the spell and adjust this as necessary.

deep down inside Wicca is a much better fit  because At least under that system  the Pantheon above considers men and women equal, Gods and Goddesses.

As in if in the heavens  the sexes are equal then down on the earth below they are as well
I’m- I have trouble  believing anything
I’m too scientifically educated to  believe anything too easily.
Even having seen success with Candle magick i’m like what if I didn’t burn what would have happened? I don’t know. There’s no control on those experiments.
So I can’t really be confident all I can tell you is I used the candles and something like what I wanted showed up.
