One Way to Consecrate Magickal Tools

Any object you will be using on your altar during rituals or when doing spells should be an object used just for magickal workings. These objects become Magickal Tools after being consecrated to be used just for rituals.

To consecrate an object first cleanse it of all energy that it holds or is sticking to it from other people handling it.

After the objects are cleansed cast a sacred circle. Lay all items in a row on the surface you are using as an altar. Each item should be blessed and consecrated individually.

Call upon either the God and Goddess you feel the most comfortable working with or Hecate (Goddess of Witches, Home and Hearth, one name for the Triple Goddess) and the Horned God. The Horned Gods to aspects are the Oak King who reigns between the Summer and Winter Solstices or the Oak King who reigns between Winter and Summer Solstices.

While making the sign of the pentagram above each object a simple incantation will work such as:

I call upon ______ and ______ to bless and consecrate this _________

to be used to in any magick I work and/or ritual I perform.

I ask Spirit, Air, Water, Fire and Earth to bless and consecrate this _________

to be used in any magick and/or ritual I perform.

So mote it be.

Then keep going. The light goes into the solid ground all around until it forms a perfect bubble. It shimmers and wavers, but you know it is absolutely impenetrable by negative energy of any kind.

Adapt and Adopt Spells

What’s so good about using spells and magick in everyday life? Well, because you can. INGREDIENTS

  • Water

  • 1 pink candle (or replace with a white candle)

  • Chamomile tea (1 tea bag or 1 tbsp loose leaves)

HOW TO CAST THE SPELL

  • Put the kettle on.
  • While you wait for the water to boil, light the candle and take 3 deep breaths along with your partner.
  • Empty your minds. Before any ritual, it’s important take the time to get into a state of mental and spiritual clarity, trying to let go of any negative thoughts. You don’t have to be completely silent, but be in the present moment, enjoying each other’s company.
  • Once the water has boiled, add the tea and pour the water. Pour theirs first, then yours. Let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Say the following chant out loud:Reconciliation herbal tea spell
  • Take the first sip of tea looking at each other in the eye. Enjoy the silence, the candle light, and the positive energies that surround you now. Slowly drink your tea cups.
  • Once you’re done, carefully pick up and wash the mugs and teapot. This should be done with respect and care, as it’s also part of the ritual too.

NOTES

Don’t cast a spell on someone without their consent! Get together with your partner or friend and let them know that you want to cast a simple reconciliation spell over a cup of tea.

What Are Glamour Spells?

With so many types of spells out there, it’s tough to figure out where to start. Glamour spells have been used by witches for centuries, but they aren’t the most well-known types of spells by any means.

Because glamour spells are generally underground, there aren’t many spells on Google or Pinterest that are readily available. I’m hoping that this post will provide you with some simple glamour spell ideas that work.

When Should You Cast Glamour Spells?

I recommend casting a glamour spell anytime you want to enhance your natural beauty. This might be when you feel a bit down, when you want to attract someone, when you’re going into a social situation you feel nervous about, or before a big night or event.

Sometimes, you may just want to cast a glamour spell for fun. All 3 of these glamour spells are relatively harmless, so go for it!

I don’t recommend that you cast a glamour spell if you feel at odds with yourself. A glamour spell is most effective when you harness your inner power and believe in yourself, but you first need to have some level of self-love.

A glamour spell isn’t likely to cause any type of negative karma, but it can bring out the effects you most hate in yourself if it’s cast with a negative or self-deprecating attitude.

A History Of Glamour Spells:

Glamour spells have been around for a long time. Before makeup and cosmetic modifiers were available to everyone, glamour spells were primary method of beauty modification.

In fact, makeup, botox, hair products, etc. are all forms of glamour spells. While witches in the 1200’s used herbs or chants for increase beauty, we use cosmetics.

Call the Spirits to witness the rite using the bell. Say:

Their words and thoughts are no bane to me.”
Hold the mirror behind the candle and say:
“As this mirror reflects back the light of this candle
so shall these things be reflected back to their sender(s)

Tie the black string in three knots. As you tie each knot say:

The altar is adorned with evergreens such as pine, rosemary, bay, juniper, and cedar, and the same can be laid to mark the Circle of Stones. Dried leaves can also be placed on the altar.

The Cauldron, resting on the altar on a heatproof surface (or placed before it its too large), should be filled with ignitable alcohol, or a red candle can be placed within it. At outdoor rites, lay a fire within the cauldron to be lit during ritual.

Arrange the altar, light the candles and incense, and cast the Circle of Stones.

Recite the Blessing Chant

Invoke the Goddess and God

Stand before the cauldron and gaze within it.

Say these or similar words:
I sorrow not, though the world is wrapped in sleep.
I sorrow not, though the icy winds blast.
I sorrow not, though the snow falls hard and deep.
I sorrow not; this too shall soon be past.

Ignite the Cauldron (or candle), using long matches or a taper. As the flames leap up say:

Circle the altar and cauldron slowly, clockwise, watching the flames. Say the following chant for some time:

Meditate upon the Sun, on the hidden energies lying dormant in winter, not only in the Earth but within ourselves. Think of birth not as the start of life but as its continuance. Welcome the return of the God.

Spell For Friday – Kuan Yin Friendship Spell

Things you need

Lavender shower gel

A pink candle

Pure vanilla extract

A sunflower or an object that represents it

A pink pen

A piece of parchment

How it’s done

Start by relaxing with a nice hot shower and lavender shower gel and while you are cleaning yourself imagine washing away the wounds and anger towards your friend.

Dry off and head to the room prepared for the ritual without getting dressed first to symbolize your willingness to resolve the conflict. Relax further and focus on your goal.

Light the candle after greasing it with vanilla extract. Invoke the goddess Kuan Yin to give you energy and pray to her:

“Kuan Yin, the goddess of affections, watches over me tonight in an attempt to regain friendship with (person’s name). Please help us to recover a peaceful and joyful relationship.”

Bring to mind the good times spent with your friend and when you feel the feelings of joy and affection grow inside you, write down everything you like about your friend.

Once finished, read aloud what you have written holding the sunflower in your hand and then repeat the following words:

“Kuan Yin, lady of friendship, charge this flower with your divine energy”. Then place it on the parchment.

Once the operation is over, thank the goddess by praying:

“Kuan Yin, thank you for giving your help in the success of my goal. I thank you for what you want to grant me. Stay if you want, go if you have to. I will leave you, be blessed.”

Let the candle burn out and give the flower to your friend as soon as you see them.

While the moon is waxing (moving from new to full) it is the perfect time to perform prosperity magic. We want to bring things into our lives during this moon cycle, and who doesn’t want a little extra money.

As the saying goes, sometimes you have to spend money to make money. This spell requires a few ingredients but packs a powerful punch, calling upon the ancestors for aid. Feel free to purchase only the necessary products, customize it to your will or perform the spell in it’s entirety.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:

A 7 day candle jar and a green 7 day pillar candle

Prosperity Oil

A jar of Money Draw Herbal Blend

A lucky horseshoe

Ancestor Money

A jar of Magnet Attraction Sachet Powder

A roll of charcoal pucks

a Pyrite stone

HOW TO PERFORM:

Begin by cleansing your empty jar with some sage smoke and your candle by running it under cold water for 30 seconds. Take 3 full breaths while holding your candle and visualize money and prosperity flowing effortlessly into your life. Connect with your intention deeply, use all your senses. Breathe your intention onto your candle 3 times and whisper your intention.

To dress your candle first choose a symbol or create a sigil for prosperity. The dollar sign works like a charm. Carve your symbol or sigil and your intention onto your candle. Next run the prosperity oil over top of your candle. Move in a clockwise direction from the top to the bottom to draw prosperity to you. Finally apply the money draw herbal blend to your oiled candle. Once your candle is fully dressed and charged place your candle in a fire safe container on your altar.

Write down that which you want to draw into your life onto your ancestor money. Be specific, ask for a precise amount of money and if it’s to pay bills don’t forget to include when you need it by. Offer the money to your ancestors for their help. Call them by name and make sure to give them an offering they like.

Place your ancestor money under your candle on your altar. Continue by placing the lucky horseshoe around your candle so that it sits in the ring of luck. Don’t forget to charge the horseshoe with your intention. Light your candle stating your intention while doing so.

In a fire proof bowl, on top of a bed of sand or salt, light your charcoal puck. place a scoop of magnet attraction sachet powder onto the lit puck and allow the incense to surround your spell. Inhale it and feel rich from the inside out. After the spell you can also place some of the powder in your wallet and sprinkle it onto your money.

Take your pyrite stone and anoint it in the magnet attraction smoke. For an added bonus anoint it with your prosperity oil. Hold it in your dominant hand and spend 10-30 minutes focusing on your intention. Feel yourself financially rich. When you are ready, safely take your ancestor money and light it from your candle and burn it knowing with certainty that your ancestors will come to your aid.

Take some time to divine any messages your candle flame has to offer. Candle flames can indicate possible blocks or results of your spell depending on the way it is burning.

Allow the candle to burn out then dispose of your spell work. This can be over several days. Carry the pyrite stone on your for and extra boost of prosperity. Lastly, don’t forget to offer your ancestors some of their favourite treats. Tobacco, tea, beer, cookies work depending on their preference.

Spell For Wednesday – A TALISMAN FOR CRYSTAL CLEAR COMMUNICATION

1 or more amethyst and/or clear quartz crystal pieces (optional)

1 white or yellow candle

Instructions for this crystal magic spell:

Place the amethyst and/or quartz, if using, in front of the candle and light the wick. Hold the lapis lazuli in both hands. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Visualize yourself feeling relieved and satisfied with the results of the conversation. See the positive energy of this feeling flowing from your hands into the stone, while speaking the following (or similar) affirmation:

“I communicate clearly and effectively from the essence of my true self.”

When you sense that the stone has been sufficiently charged, place the stone near the amethyst/clear quartz and leave it with the candle burning for at least one hour. It is now ready to assist you with your discussion.

An easy way to get justice is simply to return all harm to its original sender. This is a protection spell that promotes karmic retribution, that is, a light form of revenge that is harmless to you, keeping you safe and protected.

How this Spell Works

The black candle is not for evil purposes, it’s for protection. A “return to sender” or karma spell isn’t really black magic; it’s a protective shield that makes all harm bounce back where it came from.

Lemon is a cleansing agent and it can be used to purify and absorb negative energies. Cutting it open we release some fresh, clear energies around us.

Cloves are aligned with Jupiter and the element Fire. They are traditionally burned or worn for protection against magical or psychic attacks.

Difficulty: Easy

This is not a spell for revenge, but for Karmic retribution: A ritual to return the harm to its sender and have Justice. Use lemon and a candle to cast this Magic spell easily and safely.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 black candle

  • 1 lemon

  • A knife, or your boline

  • 1 incense stick (such as black pepper, ginger, or cinnamon)

  • A handful of cloves

HOW TO CAST THE SPELL

  • Light the incense.
  • Think of all the harmful events that you’ve been experiencing. It doesn’t matter who caused them. Focus on how you feel.
  • Light the candle.
  • Cut the lemon in half.
  • Take 3 cloves, and press them inside one half of the lemon. Do the same with the other half. As you do this, say this spell:Justice Spell
  • Visualize again what justice means to you.
  • When you’re ready, open your eyes. Blow out the candle to release your intention into the Universe.

Put the lemon inside a cup or container and leave it under your bed for the rest of the night. The power of lemon will take care of cleansing you, and the cloves will guard you while you sleep.

The next morning, throw the lemon in your compost or with your regular waste disposal. Light the candle again whenever you need to recharge the spell for extra protection.
