Make a magickal tea from any of the following herbs and then sprinkle some of it in the corners and doorways of your home to purify, defeat all wicked conjuring, and prevent evil forces from entering:

poke root (which can also be added to your bath or cleaning water)

Uncrossing candle spell
Items You Will Need:
White candle (pillar or offertory)
Uncrossing oil
Uncrossing powder
Flame-proof dish or candle holder big enough to hold about a cup of water as well as the candle
Dress the candle with the oil and powder and stand it in the dish. Pour in about a cupful of blessed or spring water. Light the candle and say a blessing, chant or psalm over it; this works best if you say it three, seven or nine times. Let the candle burn out (it will go out once it hits the water level). Bury the candle stub at a crossroads and pour the water out there too, saying out loud a confirmation that you are now free from evil.
You can also use a reversing candle spell to uncross.

This charm can be of two varieties. One is a general purpose charm of protection and good luck, the other for a specific purpose.
Supplies needed
For a General Purpose Charm
A length of White Cord, A length of Red Cord, A length of Black Cord Nine Feathers, each of a Different Color Red for physical vitality, Blue for mental abilities, peace and protection, Yellow for cheerfulness and prosperity, Green for growth and health, Brown for stability and respect, Black for mystical wisdom, Iridescent Black for mystical insight, Barred Black, Gray or White for balance and harmony, Feathers with “eyes” such as peacock feathers for protection and inner clairvoyant visionIf it is possible, make the Ladder on the night of a Full Moon. Arrange your alter and cast a circle. Use about a yard of each color yarn. Tie the ends together and braid them together while you say :
Yarn of Red, Black, and White Work Your magic spell this night.Repeat this until the braid is finished. Braiding is a magickal act because it makes three strands into one. This represents the three aspects of the Goddess in one. Tie a knot at the end of the braid. Starting at about a foot from the beginning of the braid, tie a feather with a knot around the base and say : (example a green feather)
With this feather and this string Prosperity this charm will bringTie all nine feathers to the cord, spacing them as evenly as possible. Tie the ends of the cord together to form a circle. Pass the finished Ladder above a candle flame then incense smoke. Sprinkle it with consecrated water and say :
In the names of the Goddess and the God By Air, Earth, Fire and Water I consecrate this charm Of feathers nine and cord of three As I will, so mote it be!Hang the Ladder where it will not be seen by others but where you will see it every day.
To make a Ladder for a specific purpose, you need three feathers and one length of yarn braided into a cord in the color of your need.
Just before going to bed, fill a cauldron (or iron bucket, bowl or pot) with water and place it inside your house near the front door. Take a very sharp knife or Athame and place it point-down into the water, saying:
“Into the water I place this blade,
To guard against the thief and shade.
May no flesh nor astral shell
Enter this place wherein I dwell”
This is a good protection spell, and can be performed every evening. In the morning, remove and dry the knife, and place it somewhere safe. Then, without touching it, pour the water outside, (or down the drain if necessary) and put the cauldron away. It probably wouldn’t be a good idea to do this spell if you’re expecting company, as it could be dangerous (and wet).
You can do this at each door if desired, and protects against more than corporeal forms.
This spell is exactly what it sounds like. You are putting up a protective umbrella to shield and help all those who are underneath it.
The Spell
Find the biggest white candle available.
Carve your name and birth date into the candle, as well as the name and birth date of those needing your help.
Add five drops each of the following oils to a quarter cup of olive oil:
Oil of Spinenard Oil of Myrrh Oil of Sandalwood Oil of FrankincenseAnoint your candle with the oil.
Now place your candle in a dish filled with sea salt.
Write your desire or wish on a piece of paper. It might be a wish for a loved one’s speedy recovery, or safety as they travel overseas, or help with difficult divoroce. Whatever it is, make sure your request is clearly written on the paper.
Place the paper under the candle and light the wick.
Now, summon the four spirit angels. Call to Uriel to the North, Raphael in the East, Michael in the South, and Gabrield angels of miracles, ij the West
When you can feel the Spirit’s presence in the room, speak your request from the heart, and ask for their help on behalf of someone else. Make sure your request is sincere and heartfelt, and it will be heard.

The Spell:
Imagine a blue ball of energy inside the candles. Caress the candles as you chant:
“Goddess of Three, I call upon thee,
To protect from those who wish to harm me
Keep them from using the gift from thee
Keep them from using thy gift to harm me.”
When you finish chanting, imagine the blue ball exploding into lines of blue.
Imagine the lines surrounding you and wrapping you in warm blue energy.
See the blue light as a shield. Know that it is unbreakable.
Think about how it is the Goddess’ Light protecting you. Then put the candles someplace where they can burn undisturbed and let them burn themselves
out, sending all the energy into your shield. This spell is best performed during the full moon. For longer effects you can make it a seven-day spell.
A Winter Night’s Blessing
While preparing your bed, read this blessing aloud as part of your nightly prayers.

As you shift to sleep, imagine that you are a candle the Goddess has lit. Imagine your light burning bright and shining like a star in the night sky. Every night, your light grows brighter and brighter and your life becomes filled with the joy of divine love.
The Peries are Persian Faeries born from fire. They only eat perfume and are known to protect people against harmful faeries. In this spell, you are invoking the energy of the Peries as a means of protection from dark energies and negative events.
You will need a green candle and three drops of jasmine-scented oil.
Begin by anointing the candle with the three drops of oil while saying:
“Blessed oil of jasmine sweet Draw the magick of the Peries to me.”Put the candle in its holder, and light it while dedicating it to the Peris:
“Born from the divine fire Peries protect me from evil and darkness. As I will, so shall it be!”Let the candle burn safely down all the way. Put some perfume on a piece of cloth and leave it out for the Peries. Anytime you feel darkness and negativity trying to come into your space, light a candle and call in the Peries for protection.
Yesterday, we covered reversing a spell with Water. Today, I thought we would cover how to banish or reversing a spell with Fire. If you already know this, please have patience with me. I know we have several new ones to the Craft. I am hoping they will find this info helpful. Thank you!
Reversing A Spell With Fire
This method of reversing a spell is particularly effective for magickal work that has been done with Fire. This covers the entire range of candle magick, as well as any magick intended to influence yours thoughts. Some people may want to use this spell on a regular basis at the Full Moon, for it will provide protection against all of the usual negative influences from others which accumulate in the course of a month. You will need a two cups full of dirt and a candle to use this spell and process. People who do not have access to dirt in their backyards may use potting soil. The candle type, use any kind you would like.
Take a small candle and light it. Place it in the dirt (make sure the dirt is in a fireproof container) while it is lit and allow the flame to stabilize. With a sudden motion, take the candle from the dirt and reverse it, extinguishing the lit end into the dirt. Bite the burned end off the candle and light it again, saying:
“As the candle flame is reversed, so let all that opposes me be reversed. As the flame has perished in the dirt, let those who oppose me come to nothing in their work.”The candle is now left to burn out. When it burns out, take the candle and dirt out of your home. Outside, put the candle and dirt in a small plastic bag. Go to the furthest part of your property and bury it there. Now forget about. Always remember when you do your spells and rituals, do them and then do not dwell on them. It seems if you keep fretting and worrying about a spell or ritual working, it won’t. So never dwell on any spell work you have done.
This way of reversing with Fire has been used for centuries. And I can testify is does work well. It can also be considered an effective curse breaker. If a curse is actually present, this spell often produces an immediate feeling of relief as soon as the chant has been said. In some cases the relief can be impressive, as the spell may be done by one person for another. However, when the spell is done by a Practitioner for another, it should be followed by a cleansing and a blessing.

This is a great spell to cast on either the Full Moon or Samhain. It can be used by both Solitaries and Coven Witches. If you are working a particularly important piece of magick, you can say this blessing first. This is a good spell to ask your familiar to help out with if you have one. Just their presence in your circle will give your magick a boost.

Items you will need:
1 Large black candle
Cauldron or large black bowl
Place the candle in the cauldron or bowl, use candle wax from another black candle to cement the original black candle to the cauldron/bowl. Do this by dripping wax from the second candle. The candle should be tall enough to extend a few inches above the rim.
Fill the cauldron to the rim with fresh water, without wetting the candle’s wick. Deep breathe meditate, clear your mind and light the candle. Visualize the suspected spell’s power as residing within the candles flame. Sit in quiet and concentrate on the candle and then visualize the power flowing and growing within the candle’s flame. As the candle burns down, its flame will eventually sputter and go out as it contacts the water. As soon as the water has extinguished the flame, the spell will be dispersed. See the spell’s power explode into dust. Pour the water in the hole in the ground and bury the candle

The waning moon is a time of decrease, so you need a bit of a boost when traveling under this moon phase. The white flower you use in this spell should be broken off just below the bud, so the petals float on the surface of the water. Any kind of white flower can be used.

Do this spell on a Saturday ruled by Saturn and good for Justice spells
You will need:
a black candle pin olive oil sea salt candle holderCarve the person’s name on the candle using the pin – or if you don’t know their name, carve ‘thief’
Mix a good handful of salt with a cup of olive oil and allow the candle to soak in it for three hours.
Take the candle, wipe it down and carve out the bottom so the wick is exposed.
Stand the candle on it’s head and light the bottom wick – gaze at the flame, concentrate and say:
Let the candle burn out and if you can bury the stub near where the person lives or where they most commonly commit their crime – otherwise bury under a tree.

You need 1 brown or maroon candle
2 blue candles
2 white candles

Your brown or maroon candle should be towards the back of the altar, but close to the middle. your black candle should be immediately in front of it (in the center of the altar), your blue candles on the sides of the black candle (one on each side next to it, but about 3 to 6 inches spread apart), and your white candles should be directly in front of your blue candles (also about 3 to 6 inches in front of them). So you have your basic star pattern.
Cast your circle. Light the candles
Now you have cast the circle, place the blade of your athame into the fire of the black candle and chant:
“Hail to the gods and the goddesses of the earth, Please help stop physical harm from coming to (name).
I Thank thee.”
Do this to the black, then the maroon or brown, then the left blue, left white, right white, then right blue. THEN, hold your athame straight up and say it again. As if you were pointing at the sky.
Now, do the whole chant again just like before, but replace “physical with emotional,then with mental, and so on…Then point your tool in front of you, say “blessed be”, point to the left, behind you (turn around), and to the right, then point it up.
You are done
A Spell Of Protection
The Tower of White Light is a visualization exercise in both the magick and psychic versions. It is a general protection construct, allowing no harm/evil to cross it’s boundary.
The Tower in either version is visualized as a pure white light of blinding intensity. It should be thought of as so intense as to be painful to look at but cause no pain to you.
Preparation:
Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed and are comfortable. As you become more adept at visualization you will find that you can set up the Tower virtually anywhere.
Now if you like you can meditate, chant, or whatever you like to get ready to begin visualization. Some people use this time to dedicate their actions to or invoke their diety.
Visualization (for both versions):
Visualize yourself (or whoever or whatever you want protected) then visualize the Tower of White Light surrounding you (or whatever) completely. It is important that there be no breaks in the Tower. It should be solid and without seam.
Now come the difference between magick and psychic. In the psychic version you should visualize the Tower as emanating from your solar plexus (or the center of your body) and expanding to encompass your body.
In the magick version you should visualize the Tower as emanating from the center of the universe (or from your diety) and coming down to and encompassing your body.
After seeing the Tower formed and in place, know that no harm/evil can cross it’s boundary. This is a necessary step as it gives the construct it’s purpose. Without a purpose it is no more than gathered energy, like a battery, with no purpose.
Hold the image as long as you can up to 5 to 10 minutes.
As you end the visualization know that the Tower is still there and still protects you until you chose to cancel it. At some point in each day visualize the Tower and know that it has been there and is still there and again know that no evil/harm can cross it’s boundary. This revitalizes the Tower and keeps it strong.
A reminder. The Tower in either version can be use to protect other people or even places. It just depends on your skill at visualization.
