P. U. T. for A. H.

As a continuation to my post yesterday I felt the need to share a mantra and prayer I have been using for years after reading the book The Four Agreements. The author Don Miguel Ruiz is a descendant of a long line of Toltec shamans, reading this book did change my whole outlook on my interactions with myself as well as other people. So when I apologized to the person in yesterday’s post I was apologizing to myself so I could put the whole negative situation behind me. Which I have mostly because of what the title of this article stand for. Here is my daily prayer that has help me bring my anger, resentment, negativity in thoughts about others almost to nothingingness. Yes I still get those feelings but first it takes me longer to all myself to feel that way and second I am quicker to recognize when I am feeling like that. I am responsible for what feeling I decide to react with to what someone else has said and/or done to me. No on has the power to make me feel any specific way. Everyone of us has the power over which feeling we use to react to the way we are being treated, spoken about or to. No one can make any of us feel anyway but the way we ourself choose to. Remember we all see the world and the people in our lives through our own heart, mind, spirit and eyes that are unique to us just as every other person living anywhere on Mother Earth sees things in their own unique way.

So here is the prayer I say almost daily to remind myself how I want to choose to react or interact with others. You are welcome to use it as is or tweak it so it fits your own unique self.

May I have

Patience

Understanding and

Tolerance for better

Acceptance of people, places, things, situations, they way people treat me or might talk to or about me so I can live in better

Harmony in my home, family, work, and world.

The Beauty Way Healing Spell

“In her book Motherpeace: A Way to the Goddess Through Myth, Art and Tarot VIcki Noble (copyright 1994 Pages 123-124) suggests the Navajo Beauty Way ritual for treating rape victims. Try this prayer:

The world before me is restored in beauty.

The world behind me is restored in beauty.

The world below me is restored in beauty.

The world above me is restored in beauty.

All things around me are restored in beauty.

My voice is restored in beauty.

It is finished in beauty.

It is finished in beauty.

I think this is a great idea. The Beauty Way ritual can also be used to treat people who are working out issues of incest or child abuse, emerging from domestic abuse, war, or any other violent situation. The Beauty Way is about survival, about healing and wholeness. The full Navajo ceremony takes several days to complete, including sand painting made by the shaman who preforms it. This prayer, which is part of a much longer one, can be used with purification rites to form a Wiccan (or any pagan path) healing ritual.

The Witches Magick for Wednesday – Revenge Curse Jar Spell and How to Protect Yourself From Backlash

Magical Mud-Slinging: How to Protect Yourself from Backlash

A question that I get asked very often (by which I mean about once a week) is some variation of “How do I protect myself from the backlash of casting baneful magic / perform cursing without consequences?”
Well, the truth is that there is no way of performing baneful magic without incurring consequences. As I’ve so often said, “You can’t sling mud without getting your hands dirty.” But just like with mud, there are things you can do to mitigate the mess.

Step 1: “Wear Gloves.”
Protect yourself with a personal ward before you begin. Try to limit the number of tools you use to put the curse together. Cast a protective circle, if you feel the need. Prepare materials to refresh your household wards, if you have them, because they’ll need boosting after you’re done.

Step 2: “Wash Your Hands.”
Once you’ve finished whatever it is you set out to do, cleanse EVERYTHING. Yourself, your tools, your home…everything, top to bottom. Take a shower with a bit of Simple Jinx Remover to keep the magical “sludge” from sticking to you. Refresh your household wards. If you don’t have them, a simple sprinkling of salt across doorways and windowsills will do the trick.

Step 3: “Pay the Price.”
It’s important to know that there is a cost to everything. “All Magic Has A Price.” With baneful spells, the effect is more severe because of the intent of the magic involved. It can range from just having a couple of bad days to a full-on backlash where the curse you threw boomerangs around and bites you square in the ass. Whatever you do, no matter how well you prepare, there will be a cost to cursing. You need to realize and accept this, and if it’s not something you’re prepared to deal with, I’d suggest finding another way to get things done.

Revenge Curse Jar Spell

Intent: To bring bad luck into the life of one who has wronged you.
Timing: Waning moon
Supplies:

Clay poppet
Toothpicks, pins, or nails
Yarn or thread
Lemon juice
Glass jar
1 fresh egg
Black candle stub
Shovel

Go to a patch of earth at a crossroads that is not likely to be disturbed. Carve the target’s name into the poppet and say aloud:

Poppet, I name you [Name]. Your limbs are their limbs, your flesh is their flesh. As you suffer, so shall they suffer.

Stick toothpicks/pins/nails into the poppet. Accompany each one with a particular malady you would like the target to suffer. Bind the poppet’s limbs, eyes, and mouth to prevent escape and drop it into the jar. Add more pins or nails if desired.

Add lemon juice while saying,

As the juice destroys the flesh, so let your fortunes sour
Let the sweet be gone from your life forth from this very hour

Add the egg, while saying,

As the egg disintegrates, your luck begins to rot
Relief you will seek from my curse, but find it you will not

Light the black candle and drip the wax into the jar, while saying,

This candle flame doth represent my hurt, my rage, my ire
May all your fortune vanish, as kindling in a fire
(If desired, light a piece of paper with a list of wrongs. Add the ashes to the jar.)
May hardship come to find you with the waning of the moon
[Name], my curse upon you from now till crack of doom

Alternatively (if you just want to teach someone a lesson):

For all that you have angered me, my rage may yet relent
[Name], my curse upon you until you do repent

Drop the candle stub into the jar and shake well. Bury the jar and walk away without looking back. Once at home, bathe thoroughly with the intention of washing away any residual energy still clinging to you. Wash your clothes and tools as well.

Take Away Pain Chant

My children grew up sbelieving that just a kiss from mom or grandma would take away their “ouchie”. When my grandchildren came along, after reaching about 2 years old, most did not believe just a mom or grandma kiss would make “boo-boo” stop hurting. So I got a little more creative witchy style by changing the lyrics to the children’s song “Rain, Rain go away…” to chant to help their pain go away

Repeat chant either 3 or 6 or 9 times depending on how long it takes you to minister 1st aid to the child. This chant is strictly for minor scrapes, cuts, and falls. It the injury requires stitches or a head injury causes any length of the child being unconscious, dizziness, double vision, etc seek professional medical care immediately.

Pain, pain go away Chant

Pain, pain go away. Don’t come back another day. Little (child’s name) wants to play.

My youngest granddaughter use this on me when I had tried outside scraping my palms and knees. She very gently wiped the spots with a soapy, dripping washcloth blowing on the abrasion when I flinched. Yes, I had a small mess in my bathroom after she was through being my “doctor” complete with wearing a surgical hat and medicine gloves, as she called them but the cleanup was worth it.

Nighttime vs Daytime When Working Spells

Merry Meet :)))

I’ve been giving you lots of spells to work with lately. We know to work with the moons cycles when casting spells, and how the the planetary alignment can influence the energy that we raise. Another point on casting spells is the time of day that you cast it. So today I wanted to delve into that a bit with all of you for those of you who may not be familiar, as casting spells during the appropriate time of day can help contribute to the effectiveness of your spell as well.

Nighttime: As the Moon is out at night, nighttime energy is more feminine in nature. It’s a time when the veil between the worlds is the thinnest. Spells worked at night should be more personal and emotional in nature. You are appealing to the Mother Goddess. 🙂 An example of a spell during this time would be one to connect with the Goddess, spells to do with love, relationships, etc. Midnight would be the most powerful time to cast these types of spells.

Daytime: Since the Sun is out during the day, the energy would be more masculine during this time. This time is better spells that are more active and energetic, may require strength or aggressiveness. Some examples of spells to work during the daytime would be ones that pertain to business, money, motivation or groups. High Noon would be the best time to cast these types of spells.

MOTHER EARTH/GAIA/ALL EARTH GODDESS’ EARTH DAY April 22, 2021

ALWAYS TRY TO LEAVE THE PLACES YOU TRAVEL CLEANER THAN WHEN YOU GOT THERE!

The theme of this year’s Earth Day is “Restore or Earth” As Pagans and/or Witches it is our duty to help clean up, plant new life, etc. for the Earth Goddess (Whatever name you may caller by). We are conservationists working at ground level to restore and keep the Earth Goddess clean. This way she can continue providing us with all living things that we make our shelter from the weather from, the clothes we wear, and the food we eat.

Remember to pick up after your dog as their scat has E.coli in it which if enough of it seeps into the ground our water and food sources could be come contaminated. Making our water undrinkable and our food inedible.

Treat her with love and respect

We thank you (insert the Earth Goddess’ name you use) for nourishing all living things that help to protect and nourish our physical bodies.

May we always strive to make you a beautiful and healthy in our every day lives.

These are our words to offer our help. This is our will to make our word rings true.

So Mote It Be ( Use whatever words you end your spellcasting and/or prayers with.)

Witches of the Craft’s Daily Journal For Wednesday

“Most books on witchcraft will tell you that witches work naked. This is because most books on witchcraft were written by men.” ― Neil Gaiman

Solar Myth & Lore from Starlore of Native America,

“Once the sky had no day. When the sky was clear
there was some light from the stars but when it was cloudy it was very dark. Raven had
put fish in the rivers and fruit trees in the land but he was saddened by the darkness. The
Sun at that time was kept in a box by a chief in the sky. The Raven came to a hole in the
sky and went through. He came to a spring where the chief’s daughter would fetch water.
He changed himself into a cedar seed and floated on the water. When the girl drank from
spring she swallowed the seed without noticing and became pregnant. A boy child was
born which was really Raven. As a toddler he begged to play with the yellow ball that
grandfather kept in a box. He was allowed to play with the Sun and when the chief
looked away he turned back into Raven and flew back through the hole in the sky.,
bringing the Sun to our world.”

Moon Phases, Their Meanings, and How They Impact You

The Moon represents powerful feminine energy. It signifies wisdom, intuition, birth, death, reincarnation, and a spiritual connection. The cycle of the Moon is similar to the cycle of a seed: the seed grows into a flower, then blooms, and then dies.

Once we are attuned to the Moon, we can activate her innate powers

The moon also represents our deepest personal needs. We can use the knowledge and energy of the Moon’s cycle to better connect to ourselves.

Once we are attuned to the Moon, we can activate her innate powers

Each phase of the Moon’s cycle has a unique visual characteristic and spiritual meaning. Her cyclical course also signifies the rhythm of life within us.

Below is a quick guide to the different phases of the Moon and their meanings:

New Moon
The Moon is positioned between the Earth and Sun so it cannot be seen from Earth. This phase signifies new beginnings.

Waxing Crescent Moon
‘Waxing’ means the Moon’s illumination is growing and ‘Crescent’ means less than half of the Moon is illuminated. This phase signifies intention.

First Quarter Moon
Exactly half of the Moon is illuminated and the other half is shadowed. This phase signifies decision making.

Waxing Gibbous Moon
‘Waxing’ means the Moon’s illumination is growing and ‘Gibbous’ means more than half of the Moon is illuminated. This phase signifies refinement.

Full Moon
The Sun illuminates the entire moon. This phase signifies release and sealing of intention.

Waning Gibbous
‘Waning’ refers to the decreasing of the Moon’s illumination and ‘Gibbous’ means more than half of Moon illuminated. This phase signifies gratitude.

Third Quarter
Exactly half of the Moon is illuminated and the other half is shadowed. We will see the opposite side than the First Quarter Moon. This phase signifies forgiveness.

Waning Crescent
‘Waning’ refers to the shrinking of the Moon’s illumination and ‘Crescent’ means less than half of the Moon is illuminated. This phase signifies surrender.

New Moon
The Moon is positioned between the Earth and Sun so it cannot be seen from Earth. This phase signifies new beginnings, and the cycle begins again.

Attune To Her Glow
As the closest astronomical body to us, the Moon has a powerful influence on us as spiritual bodies. The Full Moon offers the most profound energies that we can absorb, while the New Moon is the next most powerful energy.

One way to connect to this energy and influence is to use the Moon’s energy to help set our intentions and clear negativity.

The Moon’s cycle is 29.5 days and it represents a full life-cycle. Each phase of the Moon has a different meaning and rhythm to the body.

Moon phases show us how the Moon affects the ebb and flow of our entire existence. Once we are attuned to the Moon, we can activate her innate powers.

About the Month of April–The Month of Venus

This month of April has only thirty days, which is the number said to have been given to it by Romulus. The king who came after him gave it only twenty-nine, but Caesar, when he altered the calendar, gave it thirty again.

The name April comes from the Latin word aperire, which means “to open”, and the month was no doubt so named because it is during April that the earth, which has been bound by the sharp frosts of winter, once again opens beneath the warm rays of the sun; the withered sheaths fall away from the ripened buds, which, opening out, disclose to our eyes their long hidden treasures of beautiful colour.

We find that the month was sacred to Venus, the Roman Goddess of Beauty, and some people think for this reason that the name April comes not from aperire, but from Aphrilis, which in turn comes from Aphrodite, the name given to the Goddess of Beauty by the Greeks.

Venus is said to have sprung from the foam of the sea, and to have made her way to Mount Olympus, the home of the gods, where, because of her wonderful beauty and grace, she was welcomed as the Goddess of Love and Beauty. All the gods fell in love with her, but she scorned them all, and Jupiter, to punish her for her pride, ordered her to marry Vulcan, the God of Fire, who was deformed and very rough in his manner. He had been thrown from the top of Mount Olympus by Jupiter in a fit of anger. Had he not been a god, he would, of course, have been killed by the fall, but he escaped with a broken leg which made him lame for the rest of his life. He now lived on the earth, and spent his time at the forge making many wonderful and useful things from the metals which he found buried in the mountains. He built gorgeous palaces of gold for the gods, which he decorated with precious stones, forged the terrible thunderbolts used by Jupiter, and also made the arrows used by Venus’s son, Cupid. Vulcan was naturally worshiped by all blacksmiths and workers in metal, and a great festival called the Vulcanalia was held in his honour.

Cupid, whom we have just mentioned, was the God of Love; he never grew up, but remained a little chubby boy, with beautiful wings. He always carried a bow, and with his arrows pierced the hearts of young men and maidens in order to make them fall in love with one another.

Another son of Venus was Aeneas, the great hero who was supposed to have been the founder of the Roman race. He escaped from Troy, when at the end of ten years’ siege it fell into the hands of the Greeks, and after many adventures reached a part of Italy, called Latium, where in later times his descendants, Romulus and Remus, founded the city of Rome.

The story of Aeneas has been wonderfully told by the Roman poet Virgil in his great work called the Aeneid. In this book Virgil wishes to show that Augustus, the emperor of his time, being a descendant of Aeneas, was also descended from the gods, since Aeneas was said to be the son of Venus.

Part of the story of Troy, or Ilium, is told in the Iliad of Homer, the great Greek poet. We read there of the fierce struggles which took place before the walls of the city, of deeds of strength and valour, and particularly of the final combat between the great heroes Hector the Trojan and Achilles the Greek, in which the Trojan was killed. In spite of many successes in the field, the Greeks were unable to gain an entry into the city, nor were the Trojans able to drive the Greeks from the shore, and it seemed as if neither side would ever secure the victory.

At last Ulysses, a Greek prince who was renowned for his cunning, formed a plan for entering the city and thus finally bringing to an end the war that had lasted for ten years. The Greeks built a wooden horse of such size that a number of men could be hidden within its hollow sides. This horse, filled with fighting men led by Ulysses, was left on the shore, while the army embarked in their ships and sailed away as if tired of the endless struggle. The Greeks also left behind a cunning slave, named Sinon, who was to play an important part in the plot. The Trojans, overjoyed at the departure of the Greeks, flocked down to the shore and crowded round the enormous wooden horse, full of wonderment at its strangeness. Many wished to drag it into the city at once, while some were filled with suspicion and urged their companions to distrust anything made by their enemies. Sinon, when questioned by the Trojans, pretended that he had been ill-treated by the Greeks, and spoke with hatred and anger against them. He explained that the horse was an offering to the sea god, Neptune, whose help the Greeks would need on their journey home, and he advised the Trojans to seize it and take it into the city. In spite even of those who suggested that armed men might be hidden in the horse, the Trojans dragged it into the city with great triumph, pulling down part of the wall to admit it, since it was too large to go through the gates.

Then followed a night of feast and revelry; the Trojans in their excitement laid aside their armour and their weapons, and gave themselves up to wild merrymaking. The smoky flare of the torches lit up a scene of mad delight. Suddenly shouts of alarm arose on every side, followed by the clash of weapons. Armed men poured in on the astonished Trojans, and in a short time Troy was in the hands of the Greeks. Under cover of the darkness and the noise Ulysses and his companions had crept from their hiding-place, had overpowered the careless sentries, and opened the gates for the Greek army, whose ships had returned in the night. Thus, through the help of the clever Ulysses, the Greeks overcame the army that had so often beaten them in the field, and by a trick brought to a victorious end the great Trojan war, for which the Goddess Venus had been responsible, as we shall read in a later chapter.

The Old English name for the month of April was Oster-monath or Easter-monath, because it was the month sacred to Eastre, or Ostara, the Goddess of Spring; the same name is still kept by the Germans, who call it Ostermonath. The time of year known as Easter is named after this goddess, and though Easter is now a Christian festival, it was in the first place a feast held by the Saxons in honour of their goddess Eastre. It was the custom for the people to give one another presents of coloured eggs, because the egg is supposed to represent the beginning of life, and the feast was held in the spring-time, when Nature awakes to a new life from the death of winter. The custom, which we still have, of sending Easter eggs to our friends, is therefore a very, very old one indeed.

The Witches Guide for Wednesdays

Ruler: Wodin, Mercury

Colors: Orange, light blue, and gray

Power Hours: Sunrise and the 8th, 16th, and 24th hours following

Keywords: Success, creativity, communication

The word Wednesday is reminiscent of the Norse wind god Wodin, which is referenced in the popular rhyme verse “Wednesday’s child is full of woe.” This does not mean that those born on this day are full of sorrow or trouble. To be full of Wo (Wodin) means to be full of wind, to be spirited. Woden was such a powerful pagan god that the German church fathers changed the name of his day to Mittwoch, meaning midweek, in an attempt to exorcise his influence.

In the Spanish word for Wednesday, miercoles, we clearly see its connection to Mercury. Under the guidance of Mercury; Wednesday is a day of swift activity, communication, correspondence, and phone calls. This is a good day for journalists, writers, poets, bargaining, hiring employees, and visiting friends.

On Wednesdays, the hour of sunrise and every eight hours after that are also ruled by Mercury, making these times of the day doubly blessed. These are the strongest four hours for ritual work. Check your local newspaper, astrological calendar, or almanac to determine when sunrise occurs.

The Witches Magick for Wednesdays

MONEY RITUAL FOR PROSPERITY IN LIFE

This isn’t some “get-rich-quick” spell.

You will need:
Green candle

Bay Leaves

Plain white piece of paper

I usually have some other candles around and sometimes will also use some of the essential oils that I know draw in money. Think of the amount of money that is needed, not what is wanted. Asking for a million dollars is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Write down the amount that you know you need to help you achieve your goals (paying bills, paying for college, camp fees, whatever) on the plain, white piece of paper. Fold the paper in half three times.

After getting a connection with your goddess, light your green candle. Use your own incantation to ask the Goddess for her help and guidance to find the money that you need. Place the paper under the candle. Now close your eyes and see money coming to you. Don’t think of how it comes, just see it come. See it appear in your hand or maybe imagine it flying around you like in those money booth games and see yourself snatching it out of the air. While doing this, I burn a bay leaf in the candles flame. Inhale the fragrance emitted by the bay leaf. If you have money-drawing oils, then a few drops on the sides of the candle can be placed as you give thanks to the Goddess for listening to you.

Close as you feel appropriate. Leave it all set up when you finish if you are able and repeat. Start it on the new moon and repeat several times until the full moon. At this point, burn the paper and spread it’s ashes to the wind.

The Witches Spell-A-Day – A Spring Abundance Spell

A Spring Abundance Spell

Now that trees and shrubs are beginning to show signs of growth, it’s the perfect time to perform this ritual. You’ll need a pliable stem about two to three feet long from a tree or shrub such as a willow or forsythia. Being by weaving the steam into a small wreath. As you weave, say:

The winds of winter are a thing of the past
Spring, I welcome you at last.
Growth and abundance are draw to me.
Now I’m blessed with prosperity.

As you weave the stem, visualize growth and abundance being bound to you. When you’re done, hang the wreath on a branch to the tree or shrub from whic it came. Thank the tree or shrub. You’ve created some positive karma, which will increase the flow of abundance coming to you.

  • A red candle

  • A pink candle

  • Red or pink flower petals

  • Some purple lilacs

  • A red pen

  • White paper

  • An envelope

  • Some perfume

  • A symbol of permanence/stability of your choice

With the paper and pen, write ten things you would like in a lover. Set the paper down on a flat surface and say:

Aphrodite and Venus, bring me a lover.
Let he/she be faithful and true
Let he/she love me for who I am
And let me love him/her for who he/she is.

Light the pink candle, and say

Let the first feelings of love strike me and this unknown person Let our love be one of friendship and romance

Light the red candle, and say:

Our relationship will be strong, and we will have the courage to trust each other and to be ourselves, and to help each other overcome whatever crises may befall us.

Spray the paper with perfume. Put it and the flower petals and the symbol of permanence in an envelope and seal it, imagining being happy and safe in the lover’s arms or something like that. Say:

Let this love be sweet and flourishing like these flower petals, but let it be far more enduring, like (permanence symbol).

Then finish the spell by keeping the envelope with you, or burying on your property, or keeping it by your bed at night.

How to Make Black Salt and Some of Its Uses

I live in an old house like built in the 18oo’s old. This home belonged to the foreman of the wheat farm who was a man of color. He lived here with his children and wife and it was also a brief stop on the Underground Railroad once Illinois declared emancipation of slaves in their first constitution in 1818 when it became a state. We share our home with those who had passed on in it culminating with a raid on the house by slave bounty hunters killing all the hidden slaves, the foreman, and his entire family. Somehow the raiders were also killed in this house so we have good and evil spirits here. Through the help of one of of my Priestesses in Training we banished the evil ones or at least we thought they were gone for good. Even after being a Pagan for over 40 years I used white tablet salt to do a protective circle outside and inside our home…wrong move. Considering these Spirits have lived here in life and death for over 200 years none of them will go away easily. We will not send any Spirit that is good to the Summerlands or banish them.

Last night something popped into my head, brought be my Spirit Guides and/or Ancestors, that I should have used Black Salt to form the protection I want and need around and inside my home. Below is a recipe for making your own black salt and a couple of ways to use it for protection.

“In some folk magic traditions, black salt is used as a protective element. It can be blended up and sprinkled around your property to keep your home safe from intruders or troublemakers. It is traditionally used to drive away evil, and can even be sprinkled in the footprints of someone who is bothering you, to make them go away.”

Make Your Own Black Salt

“Some websites recommend adding a dye or food coloring to the salt. However, when you add liquid to salt it gets clumpy, and then dissolves. So you’ll want to use something dry to color it instead. Here’s a basic recipe for black salt:

  • 2 parts sea salt
  • 1 part scrapings from a cast iron skillet or pot OR
  • 1 part fine ash from your fire pit OR
  • 1 part finely ground black pepper OR
  • 1 part dry, powdered black food coloring

Depending on the density of your coloring ingredient…

Magickal Tips for Tuesdays – Spells not coming to Fruition

Magickal Spell of the Day – Dragon Spell for A New Start Under Difficult Circumstances

A Dragon Spell for a New Start Under Difficult Circumstances

Dragon living in caves beneath the Earth and guarding treasures, are an ancient symbol of Earth energies. European dragons are primarily guardians of gold while in the East they watch over gems and pearls. Pearls are said to bring courage and wisdom to humans who find them, scattered after rain. Whether your new beginning excites or scares you, the dragon is an excellent symbol of courage.

Items You Will Need:

Materials to make or draw a two- or three-dimensional dragon (for example, clay, wood, newspaper and glue, thin copper wire, different papers, paints, a computer drawing program); a small dish of dried tarragon

Best Time To Cast:

Two or three days before the new ventures is to begin

The Spell:

  1. Create your power dragon, giving it huge wings so that you can soar high in the clouds to launch your new venture.
  2. Set out your dragon and place next to it the dish of tarragon (herb of dragon courage). Say:  “I have the power, I have the courage, I have the Dragon gold. How can I fail?”
  3. Keep your dragon somewhere where you can see it, repeating the chant last thing at night and first thing in the morning in the days before your launch. If possible, add tarragon to meals.
  4. Buy a tiny ceramic or silver dragon to carry with you for your new beginning.

Spell to Stop a Person From Harming You

Spell to Stop a Person From Harming You

You will need:
White candle
Favorite incense
Brown paper
Lead pencil
Spoonful of used coffee grounds

Light a white candle and your favorite incense. Meditate a short while on the problem. Invoke the Spirits of Protection.

Take a piece of brown paper, like from a grocery bag, on it use a lead pencil to print and write the name of the offending person or people. If unknown people are involved, also print and write, ‘and all persons unknown that are causing harm to me!’

Cross off each line forcefully and say, forcefully:

I freeze name(s) to be bound by this spell,
unable to cause any more harm to (name(s)!
As I will, so mote it be!

Put a spoonful of used coffee grounds on the brown paper, fold it small, and place it in the freezer. Leave it until the problem is completely resolved. I wrap a rubber band, string, twist tie, or what have you, to keep the coffee grounds from falling out of the paper. You can also use a zip lock bag.

Be sure and burn the candle completely up. Don’t use that candle for a different purpose.
