The longest face and the saddest cry
Always seem to come with the question why
Why did you take what belonged to me?
It has always been mine, or can’t you see
That you have no rights, not right to claim,
And you did just that, you’re to blame
For all my unhappiness, all of my tears.
Well, perhaps not all, part were my fears.
And I suppose if I think I can also say
That if I’ve lost anything, it’s really the way
That I treat the things that used to be mine.
I saw clouds on the days where there was really sunshine,
I turned often to darkness instead of the light,
I saw all of the wrong, but never the right,
And in all honesty I suppose I must say
If I’ve lost anything, I gave it away.

Mother Earth is the source of life and the place all life returns to. She gives us life. She feeds us through our journey and she waits for us to return to her. The Indian way is to recognize the earth as the place of our ancestors. That is why certain places on earth are considered sacred areas and sacred land; this is the place of our ancestors. We all need to reflect upon the earth, the place where our ancestors lived. We need to have love and respect for the earth.

My Creator, let me honor the place of our ancestors, Mother Earth.

Turn around right where you are and face the frightening situation, the lion, hlvdaji, on your path. Don’t waver and dodge. Look the problem in the eye and call it nothing. Speak to it in definitive words so that there is no doubt that it must go. Wisdom tells us to get out of harm’s way at times, but it never tells us to weep with fear. Once we turn to face it, a quiet determined strength pours in to end the terror. Fear is terrorism. It is not running from it that cripples us but refusing to call it what it is. When fear takes over it flows through all our thinking. If we have any faith at all, it is scared faith, but faith will grow when we charge it with determination and powerful words.

Even when there’s something big that’s getting you down, you can find  something small to lift you up. Just one little joy can change your outlook in a  big way.

There is a lot of goodness in life, and it’s always good to be reminded of  that. You deserve a little joy right now, so go ahead and give it to  yourself.

While you’re at it, give some joy to those around you. Even a simple, sincere  smile can make a difference, so make wherever you are a more joyful place.

Decide that you’ll find some little way to be joyful, and you can feel the  positive energy flowing in you. Everything you do will be enhanced and improved  when you do it from a perspective of joy.

Add a little joy to life, right now and every chance you get. Those little  joys will quickly add up to a life that’s truly magnificent.

People often have difficulty accepting that they have been blessed with psychic abilities.

Psychic experiences are a natural part of our everyday lives. People often have difficulty accepting that they have been blessed with psychic abilities because without a frame of reference it is almost impossible to identify an extrasensory experience and to distinguish psychic sights, sounds, and sensations from the projects of the unconscious mind. To some extent, every human being on the planet is clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient, although most people discover that they are naturally adept at one more than the others. When you trust in and take steps to hone your innate clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, you will enter a new realm of being in which the universe, your higher self, and your spirit guides lovingly conduct you toward a more aware existence.

Clairvoyance, or clear seeing, is the ability to see with the mind’s eye. An individual who has honed their clairvoyant abilities may be able to see in their mind’s eye events in a remote location; to witness incidents that have yet to occur; or to perceive shapes, colors, and other images that are physically invisible. Clairaudience, which means clear listening, is the ability to hear sounds not physically audible. A person with the gift of clairaudience perceives psychic information as auditory resonance and may hear angelic voices, music, or other sounds. A clairsentient, or clear feeling, individual is able to sense physical, emotional, and spiritual energy in the form of seemingly unearthly scents, touches, and movements. Each of these psychic abilities can manifest themselves within us voluntarily or involuntarily. It is natural for us to have these abilities; we need only practice.

Developing your psychic talents is a matter of releasing your fear of seeing, hearing, or feeling inexplicable or disquieting stimulus. Before you attempt to consciously tap into your gifts, ground yourself to anchor your mind in the present to disconnect from any involuntary psychic experiences you may be having. Concentrate on your intuitive responses to the world around you and notice any sights, sounds, or feelings that enter your mind. If you trust your perceptions, you’ll discover that each psychic impression you receive will be in some way relevant to your experience—even when that relevance may not be immediately recognizable.

FACING BIRTH SPELL        Materials needed:

–Cast off Fur from a Female Cat–A Small cloth bag Statue or picture of Kitten
–Also one of Bast Incense of Jasmine or Wisteria

        Timing: Whenever necessary preferably before birth pains start.
Set up a little altar or sacred space in a place where it can be left until the birth is completed.
Arrange the statues in the center at the rear of this space.
Light the Incense and say:
Gentle Bast hold me in your loving hands
        Let the birth of the coming child be easy
        Keep all fear and negativity far from me
        Be at my side as the child enters the world
        Place my trust in you Bast
Gently brush the cast off fur against your cheeks, thinking of Bast’s love and goodness.
Put the fur into the bag and leave it by the statue on the altar. Leave it there until the birth is over.
Whenever you feel or dread of the coming birth, open the little bag and breathe you fears gently into it.

You Will Need:

Patchouli oil
Sandalwood incense
2 pine cones
3 wheat heads
Green Candle
Green marker and paper

        Rub the oil on the candle and anoint yourself around the womb area with a drop of oil.

       Light the candle and incense and place the pine cones and wheat into a cauldron or container. Visualize your magickal goal and use the marker to draw yourself on the right hand side of the paper as you are now – draw yourself as you want to be on the left side (flat belly – pregnant belly will do just fine) visualize your goal while drawing – when you feel you’ve visualized enough tear the paper in half and fold the left side with your goal drawn on it into a small square and place it in your pocket then light the other paper in the candle flame and place it in the cauldron to burn.

       Chant or pray for your goal to be realized as you watch the paper burn. Bury the contents of the cauldron in your yard – preferable a garden – leave an offering of a small crumb of cake on a crystal plate for any good spirits or fairies who might happen by.

     Stay positive so you don’t attract the attention of any jealous or bad fairies!

     Keep the paper with your goal drawn on it with you at all times until your wish is granted then you can place it in a safe place for luck.

Timing: Perform on a Saturday, during the Waning Moon, and when the winds blow strong.

Take a small square of paper and write on it the name of the annoying would-be lover. Use black ink for this. Then light a white candle and burn the piece of paper in its flame while thinking of the person running away from you. Catch the ashes in something (burning the paper over an ashtray is a good idea) and carry them out to your back porch or backyard. There you must place the ashes on the upturned palm of your right hand and hold it up saying:

Winds of the North, South, East and West, Carry these affections to where they’ll be best. Let his/her heart be open and free, And let his/her mind be away from me.

 

Then blow on the ashes so that they scatter to the winds.

clock as you draw with the sand falling slowly. Say:

SPELL TO UPSET THE PLANS OF A FOE

To upset the plans of a foe, buy a thick white candle and carve it into the
rough shape of a human being. Write the name of your enemy on a strip of paper
using red ink, and wrap the paper around the chest of the wax image. Hold it in
place by thrusting a steel pin through the chest of the figure. Think hard of
your enemy as you insert the pin. Tie a length of red thread around the feet of
the image, and suspend it upside down, saying:

“As this image of [enemy’s name] is overturned,
so are the plans of [enemy’s name] overthrown.”

Leave the image suspended. From time to time bat it with your hand to make it
twist and swing, and repeat the charm.

WRITING SPELLS

Below are some steps that will help you get started when writing your own
spells. Please keep in mind that this is not the only way to write your own
spells. There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to creating your own
spells. A spell comes from your heart, not some universal law.

Your Spell’s Rough Draft

This is the construction process of a spell.

Define Purpose- Decide what it is you would like to accomplish with this spell.

Locate Correspondences- Look for various herbs, gemstones, colors, etc that
correspond with the spell and look for other supplies you will need as well
(e.g. working tools) .Also decide how you will use the correspondences during
the spell. This could be anything from simply placing them on the alter in a
given position to creating a charm or amulet.

Casting the Circle- Decide what technique you will use to open and close your
circle.

Calling the Quarters / Inviting the God and Goddess- Decide what technique you
will use to call the quarters (the elements) and invite the God and Goddess.
(Note: this step or part of this step does not always have to be included in
your spell)

Meditation- Decide on a meditation technique you would like to use during your
spell.

Your Spell’s Final Draft

This is the sequence in which you may follow when casting a spell.

Set up the Alter
Casting the Circle
Call the Quarters and Inviting the God and Goddess
Correspondences (place correspondences on the alter, light candles, etc.)
Stating the Purpose (this can be done through rhyme, although it doesn’t have
to)
Charging the Charm/Amulet (if you choose to have a charm, this is the time to
charge it)
Meditate
Thank the Quarters and the God and Goddess
Snuff out Candles
Close the Circle
