A Tea Spell to Ease Anxiety

This is a little spell to relieve anxiety I have used for many years when life was too tough to handle at times. This requires a tea be made, a quiet place to sit, and sip for just a few minutes. The little chant is a take on a knot spell but I liked it and it as done me well over the years. I suggest writing a chant that is meaningful to you. Here is how I completed my spell to help deal with my anxiety at time.

I first made a tea, then said my chant, and drink the tea. I have said this spell at work while mixing my tea saying my chant under my breath. It had some interesting results when others who happen to walk in during my tea break and start talking about their recent hurts. It happened enough that I can’t say it is a coincidence. Mind you nothing was said to the person about my spell.  I only made my intentions privately known and at the time worked in a public setting that would frown upon magic, spells, or anything other than completing one’s work.

This is a tea enchantment spell. You can make this tea ahead of time if you know it is going to be a particularly angst filled week. The magic comes in when you take a spoon filled with honey or other sweetener and stir your tea to activate it with intention.

Anxiety Spell Ingredients

Make a transmutation elixir (a.k.a. Calming tea) using:

  1. Brew: Simmer and steep the herbs in a pot for 20 minutes, strain herbs, and pour 8 ounces of tea into a teacup.
  2. Enchant: Stir in your honey using a clockwise motion. This sweetens your intent. Visualize things in your life becoming sweeter.
  3. Say:
    Hawthorn, oat, lavender, nettled
    Transform this hurt
    To wholesome fettleBy the swirl of one
    This spell is done.By the swirl of two
    This hurt bids adieuBy the swirl of three
    With transmute completeNo harm to thee

I would like to make a disclaimer before describing the rite. Nobody wants to take the place of doctors or say that doing a ritual to have a child is the only right way in the world. The fact is that this is our way of praying (I mean us pagans), like when someone goes to church and prays by lighting a candle.

Our ways of praying are different but no less respectable than others. Many women have asked me for the favor of publishing a ritual that could help them have a child. If this ritual can serve to give you a chance, because harmony and positivity always start from the mind, then I’ll be happy to show you how to do it.

According to my point of view, whoever is to be born is a soul waiting for a woman who can allow him to cross the door to the outside world. The souls are there waiting to find the right one that can give them the life they need to live and then come (who knows when) to enlightenment.

So, you should be ready to welcome a new life into yours. Many people experience this moment with anguish; therefore, it is very easy to get stuck. Therefore, try to relax, to be calm by creating a sort of inner peace. Your anxiety will close the doors.

A fertility spell without ingredients

As soon as you feel ready, calm, and free of any negative moods, buy a teddy bear, a rattle, or a baby onesie.

On a Monday, place your object so it is exposed to the rays of the moon to create a connection with the universe.

When you feel ready, place the object on your heart and say:

“For you my child, my body is ready to receive you!” (Repeat 3 times)

Now take the object and rock it, saying:

“Through the Earth, the air, the fire, and the sea,
In my arms you will be!”

Empowering Crystals

This is actually very easy and simple. You can empower crystals with your magical intent, whether that be to draw things to you–money, love, or luck–or keep things away. To do this, pick a crystal to match your magical intent, cleanse it, then charge it by chanting the following:

“This crystal I hold with intentions clear,
To contain the magic within it sphere.
Make it last and hold it long.
Enhance the magic, make it strong.”

Envision your intentions infusing into the crystal and coming to pass while you chant. When you are finished, use it for whatever you needed it for or just carry it with you. Told you it was easy.

You can use this same technique to charge just about any magical object you use by simply changing the word “crystal” to that of the object you are using. However, I use a different chant for potions simply because I like chanting “Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble,” but you can use this for potions as well and even when you are cooking.

While the moon is waxing (moving from new to full) it is the perfect time to perform prosperity magic. We want to bring things into our lives during this moon cycle, and who doesn’t want a little extra money.

As the saying goes, sometimes you have to spend money to make money. This spell requires a few ingredients but packs a powerful punch, calling upon the ancestors for aid. Feel free to purchase only the necessary products, customize it to your will or perform the spell in it’s entirety.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:

A 7 day candle jar and a green 7 day pillar candle

Prosperity Oil

A jar of Money Draw Herbal Blend

A lucky horseshoe

Ancestor Money

A jar of Magnet Attraction Sachet Powder

A roll of charcoal pucks

a Pyrite stone

HOW TO PERFORM:

Begin by cleansing your empty jar with some sage smoke and your candle by running it under cold water for 30 seconds. Take 3 full breaths while holding your candle and visualize money and prosperity flowing effortlessly into your life. Connect with your intention deeply, use all your senses. Breathe your intention onto your candle 3 times and whisper your intention.

To dress your candle first choose a symbol or create a sigil for prosperity. The dollar sign works like a charm. Carve your symbol or sigil and your intention onto your candle. Next run the prosperity oil over top of your candle. Move in a clockwise direction from the top to the bottom to draw prosperity to you. Finally apply the money draw herbal blend to your oiled candle. Once your candle is fully dressed and charged place your candle in a fire safe container on your altar.

Write down that which you want to draw into your life onto your ancestor money. Be specific, ask for a precise amount of money and if it’s to pay bills don’t forget to include when you need it by. Offer the money to your ancestors for their help. Call them by name and make sure to give them an offering they like.

Place your ancestor money under your candle on your altar. Continue by placing the lucky horseshoe around your candle so that it sits in the ring of luck. Don’t forget to charge the horseshoe with your intention. Light your candle stating your intention while doing so.

In a fire proof bowl, on top of a bed of sand or salt, light your charcoal puck. place a scoop of magnet attraction sachet powder onto the lit puck and allow the incense to surround your spell. Inhale it and feel rich from the inside out. After the spell you can also place some of the powder in your wallet and sprinkle it onto your money.

Take your pyrite stone and anoint it in the magnet attraction smoke. For an added bonus anoint it with your prosperity oil. Hold it in your dominant hand and spend 10-30 minutes focusing on your intention. Feel yourself financially rich. When you are ready, safely take your ancestor money and light it from your candle and burn it knowing with certainty that your ancestors will come to your aid.

Take some time to divine any messages your candle flame has to offer. Candle flames can indicate possible blocks or results of your spell depending on the way it is burning.

Allow the candle to burn out then dispose of your spell work. This can be over several days. Carry the pyrite stone on your for and extra boost of prosperity. Lastly, don’t forget to offer your ancestors some of their favourite treats. Tobacco, tea, beer, cookies work depending on their preference.

Spell for Today – New Moon Wish Spell

Burn the paper in the flame, imagine your wish and look into the night sky.

Take a piece of sunstone to an eastern windowsill at sunrise

alternatively, place the stone outside in the East where it can absorb

the rays of the morning Sun. Offer the stone to the Sun and chant:

 “Flaming Orb of rising power

Add vital energy hour by hour

To this stone with flecks of gold

Give it Your power, great and bold,

And when the light of day is through

And with your zest this stone is imbued, It shall come back home to me

To impart Your zestful energy.”

Leave the stone absorb the energy of the rising Sun, but don’t retrieve it until sundown this gives the energy time to ‘settle’ in the stone. Carry the sunstone with you.

It is common knowledge that before performing any spell work it is important to set your space. This is most commonly done by cleansing yourself and your space, casting your protective “circle” and calling in the elements and spirits.

Practitioners need to cleanse themselves to avoid carrying unwanted energy into their magical practice. It’s difficult to manifest money when you’re feeling stressed about that unpaid bill on your fridge. Being aware of the symptoms of energetic “clutter” can give you clues as to when you are overdue for a cleanse. 

Cleansing your environment is equally as important as cleansing yourself. It’s tough raising positive energy when there’s a pile of dirty clothes in your sacred space. Everything holds energy!

More importantly, the need to cleanse your energy and your space for everyday living is very real. We all have to function one way or another in order to survive in this society and that means we have to remain emotionally, spiritually and physically regulated. 

Cleansing Your Personal Energy

Simple cleansing rituals can be added into your routine by adding a little intention to an everyday occurrence. Add some extra power by stating your intention out loud or under your breath. 

To add another layer of correspondence perform your cleansing spells on a day that aligns with your intention. We suggest a Monday or a Saturday.

Monday is ruled by the moon which governs the sub-conscious, our shadow selves, and our intuition. This is an excellent day to work through heavy emotions, limiting beliefs and release what isn’t working. 

Saturday is ruled by the planet Saturn. Saturn governs plans, our systems, order and time. This is a great day to break habits and clean up messes. 

Daily Cleansing Exercises 

Next time you wash your hands hold the intention that you are cleansing your personal energy of that which does not serve you in your minds eye. 

When you go to the washroom you can use it as an opportunity to tune into your body and focus on releasing any unwanted energy along with your bodily waste. 

When a gust of wind blows by you, say out-loud or under your breath all the different obstacles you wish to remove from your life. 

When you are walking or driving you can use that energy to leave behind that which no longer serves you. 

Bring a small cup of salt into the shower with you and use it to scrub every inch of your body stating that which you want to release. It’ll leave you feeling energetically cleansed while providing soft, well exfoliated skin. 

Next time you find yourself caught in the rain without an umbrella use it to wash off the energies that hold you back. 

These are a few examples of mundane acts we do every day or that are common in our lives. With a little intention we can turn them into on the go rituals that can greatly impact your personal energy. 

I find that the small, spontaneous rituals we perform in our every day lives have much greater effects than the grand rituals we perform.

The element of Earth represents the energy of a strong, safe, and grounded foundation. So, in this spell, we’ll be using one of the most well-connected spell ingredients we could find.

The main ingredient of this house protection spell is a potato. Potatoes dig deep into the Earth, creating strong, nourishing roots. The plant, itself, is poisonous; this natural defense mechanism helps deter predators from harming the plant. So, we’ll utilize those two symbolic aspects of the potato to keep your home safe from harm, safe from negative energy, and full of nourishing love.

    1. Using your boline, cut the potato into quarters. Each quarter represents a corner of your home.
    2. On the paper, draw the property outline of your property, making sure to draw it as large as the paper. Draw your home within the boundaries of your property.
    3. Place the candles at the 4 corners of your property line.
  4. Enchant: One by one, hold a quarter of a potato and light one candle. Say:

Draw an outline of yourself in the soil. Next, over it draw a symbol representing that which you wish to be free of.

Draw this symbol over the image. Gaze at it, see the symbol as part of yourself, as you are now.

Then, with careful strokes, completely erase the symbol with your fingertips. Make sure you don’t damage your original outline, however, if this happens, redraw immediately. Now gaze at the new you, free of the negative aspect and ready to start again with a cleaner slate.

Repeat every day for seven days.

Today is a good time to renew the physical boundaries of your home or property. You will need a few small stones to set along the edges of the property. You can use smokey quartz, black obsidian, black tourmaline, or any protective stone you connect with. You will need to walk the boundaries of your property. As you do this, set the stones in the corners of your property line. You may bury them if they are outdoors, so they will not be disturbed. If you live in an apartment, you can simply place them near the doors or windows of your home where they will not be in the way. As you walk the boundaries, at each point where you are placing a stone, say:

Only those who are welcome may
stay. All others must go away.

When the last stone has been placed, the ward is sealed and the property protected.

With your oil rub a thin layer over top of your talisman and your candle. Move in a clockwise direction from the top to the bottom to attract love in to your life. Anoint your heart and feel it full of happiness from the abundance of love in your life.

Once your anointed and your candle is fully dressed and charged place your candle in a fire safe container in your bathroom somewhere you can see it from your bathtub. Light your candle while repeating your intention for love out loud.

Draw your bath adding the patchouli bath salts into the warm water. Submerge a rose quartz stone for added love and attraction if you have one.

Spend 10-30 minutes in the bath deeply concentrating on the abundance of love you’re about to call into your life. Feel the love and joy in your life, sing to some of your favourite songs, read a book featuring a relationship you admire and want. This is your time, experience the luxury of your bath. Once your finished step out onto your floor full of the attraction for love and abundance you have in your body. Don’t forget to dispose of your candle in an ethical way.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:

A black taper candle

Banishment herbal spell mix

Cut & Clear oil

A white or red skull candle (skulls focus on the mind)

Empowerment herbal spell mix

Master key oil

String or twine (dental floss will work in a pinch)

Good Juju soap

Magical tip: when I am attracting something I like to fill my candle with as much intention and yummy energy as possible. “You catch more flies with honey than vinegar is a well-known English proverb.” When I want to banish something I leave my candle empty of intention. Leave room so that what you are banishing can fill up the candle. 

HOW TO PERFORM:

Begin by cleansing your candles by running them under cold water for 30 seconds.

While holding your black candle connect with the patterns and beliefs you want to shed. Take 3 full breaths and blow out your breath over your candle as forcefully as you can. Visualize those outdated beliefs being pushed out of your body through your breath.

Start dressing your candle by engraving the old patterns and beliefs onto your candle. Cover the candle with the cut & clear oil. Move in a counter clockwise direction from bottom to top to draw away from you. Finish by applying the banishment herbal blend to your candle. Once your candle is fully dressed place your candle in a fire safe container on your altar.

While holding your white skull candle connect to your authentic self. Who do you want to be in society? Take 3 full breaths and blow your intention over your candle. whisper your intention to your candle. Fill it with your true self, your true desires, who you really want to be.

To dress your candle first choose a symbol or create a sigil for empowerment. Carve your symbol or sigil and your intention onto your candle. Next your candle in the master key oil. Move in a clockwise direction from the top to the bottom to draw your true self to the surface. Finally apply the empowerment herbal blend to your oiled candle. Once your candle is fully dressed and charged place your candle in a fire safe container on your altar next to your black candle.

Cut 8 or so inches of string. Tie one end to the wick on your black candle and tie the other end to the wick of your skull candle. Move the candles away from each other until the cord is taught.

Feel the cord keeping yourself attached to the societal beliefs you want to rid yourself of. Think of various times those beliefs have stopped you from being your authentic self. For an extra boost write your list on a piece of paper to burn once your candles are lit.

Once you feel ready, take a match, or a piece of wood (everyone has takeout chopsticks or toothpicks in their drawers) and light it on fire. Really feel this part! Take the piece of wood and hold it in the middle of the string, feeling the cord connecting yourself to the unwanted beliefs BURN AND SNAP!

Depending on the string used, it should spread to the two wicks, but if not simply light those two candles separately. While the candles are burning continue to feel any remains of those beliefs unchain you. Do some breath of fire, jump around, move vigorously to expel those beliefs from your body.

Take some time to divine any messages your candle flame has to offer. Candle flames can indicate possible blocks or results of your spell depending on the way it is burning.

Finish by burning the list if you have one in the black candle flame. Allow the candles to burn out.

Immediately go take a shower and clean yourself with the good Juju soap to attract good luck and fortune to you. Continue using the soap for 7 days for a powerful effect.

To dispose of your spell, carry the black candle far from your property and throw it into a trash can or dumpster that is emptied often. You can bury the remains of the white candle on your property or throw it into a bonfire that you are enjoying.

Spell For Monday – Protection Spell

Protection Spell

The spell: “God and goddesses, hear my plea. Protect this (name) for whom I please. So mote it be!”

The ritual: Get four 3 white candles and 1 green candle and your charm. Place the white candles in a triangle in front of you and have the green candle in the center. Light them up and bask your charm in the candlelight.

Cast the spell. Once you’re done, blow out the candles and let the charm absorb the smoke by simply circling it around and through the smoke.

These are some of the easy magic spells that you can do on your own. Keep in mind that this is not a one-time thing. If you want to get better at casting spells for your manifestation, then you should practice it.

Spell for Sunday – To Use on Decaffeinated or Herbal Beverages – Coffee or Tea to Still Wake You Up Without the Caffeine Jitters

Here in the Northern Hemisphere the days are getting shorter as we look forward to Mabon, Samhain, Yule, and Imbloc. This is the time of year many of us switch from a cold beverage in the morning to a hot one. I have been 95% caffeine free for almost 15 years but on days that I had to go to work on little to no sleep I would have caffeinated coffee and wind up at the worse with a migraine or at least feel jittery. So, I had to figure out how my decaf coffee or tea or herbal tea could give me the boost that caffeinated beverages did. Standing in the kitchen one morning, while it was still dark out, waiting for my morning wake up sip I came up with a spell to put natural universal energy into my decaf coffee so I wouldn’t fall asleep walking to work. To my surprise, keep in mind I am still more asleep than awake, the spell work fantastically. This spell does work and is much better for the human body than caffeine and/or energy drinks.

Print off this spell if you want to and hang it in your kitchen somewhere close to where to fix your cup of coffee, tea, herbal tea in the morning.

Even if you drink your coffee or tea or herbal black you can use this spell to energize your beverage.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Your Favorite Hot Beverage Cup/Mug

A Regular Teaspoon

Cup of Decaffeinated Coffee or Your Favorite Tea (this spell does work on herbal teas and beverages like regular Gatorade, or even plain water also)

Milk, Cream, Half and Half, Powdered Cream or whatever you use to make your beverage have a whitish color to it

Sugar, Artificial Sweetener, Honey, Or Whatever you use to sweeten your beverage

PREPERATION TO DO THE SPELL:

Brew your decaf coffee or steep your tea

Fill your Cup or Mug (Your beverage will be HOT. Be careful and watch as you pour so you do not over pour and get burned by your beverage)

Fix it how ever you like it – Do not stir it yet

SPELL:

Put the teaspoon into your cup/mug stir counterclockwise wise three times while saying:

I stir all out all tiredness from my mind and body

Make sure the liquid comes to a stop before stirring it clockwise three times while say:

I stir wake up energy into my (coffee, tea, herbal tea)

You can do this once and keep adding the spells more times, making sure the liquid come to a full stop before reversing your direction of stirring, until you know what is right for you. When you have stirred it both ways for as long as you want finish the spell as you would any other spell that you do.

To Find a Lost Item

Concentrate on the item you have lost and repeat in a chant the following:

What is lost, I must now find
Bring it back, it must be found
Take my luck and spin it round

Repeat as long as you feel you need to.

Note: This spell works best during the waxing to full moon.
