Goddess Bless On This Fantastic Friday!

GOOD MORNING, WOTC! How ya’ doing this morning? We are fantastic. It is a balmy 12 degrees here. We have got the bikinis on, going to cut out early and do some sunbathing today! Just kidding by the way! But seriously we might as well I don’t believe it is going to warm up till September. I know a few days ago I promised not to gripe about the weather but…..I can’t find anything else to gripe about might as well, lol! Hmm, if I don’t have anything else to gripe about then life must be good. Hey that’s great!

Ok, I will stop the silliness and get down to business real quick. I hope you all realize by now, I actually hate talking about our financial situation & asking for donations. Because I really do, that is one reason we opened the store and started raffling off merchandise. At least that way I didn’t feel like a total bum. It is coming close to the end of this raffle, I figured it might be safe (I hope). We received a $700.00 electricity bill in the mail a few days ago. We don’t have the money to pay this at all. If you have been considering joining in on the raffle this month, we would definitely appreciate it. If not, we are going to be in crisis mode, again. You don’t have to give a lot every little bit is appreciated. Think it over because we could definitely use some help. We have never had an electricity bill like this and personally I don’t know what we are going to do. I know we have always survived with your help and most of all your love and we are deeply grateful to you.

I am going to run for now and get busy. I hope everyone has a super Friday and a great weekend. Stay in where it is warm and we will see you tomorrow.

A paper airplane just flew by and reminded me…..

Time is starting to slip away on our raffle this month for the $50.00 gift certificate to our store. As of today, we have only two people that have signed up for this wonderful prize. Thank you all that have donated today. Please remember that the Raffle will be going till the 29th of this month. And of course, goofy (me) has her butt in a crack with WordPress over the payment for our domain.

I got to looking for my purse and come to find out I left it out in the truck. It has been in the truck since Saturday. Someone broke into the truck on the driver’s side (that side you can’t see from looking out). And anyway, my entire wallet was stolen. So I am really up a creek without a paddle. I called the bank and they have froze my account. But my PayPal account is still open. Thank the Goddess.

So if you would like to still participate in the Raffle we would deeply appreciate it and definitely now need it before WordPress finds out that the card is going to bounce like a hot potato. Thank goodness it take three days for a notice to come from your bank. I have just had way to much on my mind recently. I hope my life eventually returns to normal. But what is normal?

We Need Your Help!

Our domain was up for renewal on December 2nd. WordPress just through up a block after my last post. The block prevented me from adding any further posts till I paid them our domain fee. Well I did it and I don’t know how I did. I gave them a credit card which draw money out of my account (which is flat broke).

We need your help to cover the cost of the domain charge. If you will remember we still have the Raffle for a Cause going on. We would deeply appreciate it if we could have a few more donations to cover the domain fee. Plus you will be getting some great merchandise for your donation. We would appreciate any amount you would be willing to donate. Every donation is appreciated and we love you for all the support you have given us in the past.

Tuesday Notes


Today’s is not going to be a normal publication day. First, because we are running so late. I really wasn’t sure if we would be back today or not. I feel like I have been stomped by a 500 lbs. gorilla and that ain’t no joke. But we will try to cover as much as possible.

Also I wanted to let you know that we are going to give the Raffle a break for a while. We still have the current Raffle going on. The items can still be seen on the “Raffle for a Cause” page. But it seems like interest is just dying out for the Raffle. I don’t know if we are not raffling off the right items or what. But I thought this time we had some great items and so far we have one entry. So I am going to take that as a sign to give the raffles a break for awhile.

Wishing You A Very Blessed Wednesday Morn, Dear Brothers & Sisters!


Good Wednesday Morning, my dear, dear family! Do you know how precious you are to me? I would say I am going to start saying that every day but half of you would run, lol! So maybe once every week or so, how’s that?

This morning I realized how precious everything I have is. How I have been blessed by the Goddess. What I have taken for granted. You might be wondering what made me come to this realization, it was a TV news story. The story shattered my heart. It was about a man who had been out of the country when the Typhon hit the Philippines.  He had no communication with any of his family. He didn’t know if they were dead or alive but he was on a train on his way home. What awaited him, he didn’t know? Thank the Goddess, all his family survived. But they had no place to live they were homeless.  As I watched the tears roll down that man’s face, it hit me. That could easily be me or you or any of us. I live on the New Madrid fault line. I cannot imagine an earthquake destroying everything here and I am trying to get back home to my family. The horror ran through me. Not knowing if my kids were alive, not knowing if my husband was alive, not knowing if I had a place to call home.  What horror!

The Goddess did touch my heart this morning. I experienced all the feeling the man on the train had and I also experienced my searching for my own family. I cried like a baby. Needless to say, it is our time to start taking some responsibility or at least mine. I know one of our foremost missions from the Goddess is to help mankind. The people in the Philippines need our help. They are in a very desperate situation. We must step up. And we are. You will notice the Raffle items this month are expensive items, very expensive items. I did that on purpose to raise money to send to the Red Cross for their relief effort in the Philippines. 75% of all money received will go to the Red Cross for that exact purpose. I have found a very trusted corporation that is directing money specified for that purpose alone. I trust this company or else I wouldn’t be doing this. I wish I could send a 100% of all the money we collect this month but we have to survive ourselves. I hope you will contribute to the Raffle because this month it is for a very worthy cause, life, human life, what could be a greater cause.

This is only the start, I would like for anyone that knows the address of their local food banks, homeless shelter, etc., to send them to us. We are not going to desert our own people. We would never do that. From now on, every Raffle that we have, 75% of the money raised will go to a food bank, a homeless shelter or some other needy and worthy cause you can think of. Perhaps we can start making a difference in this world. And by doing so, we will be helping our fellow man and the Goddess’ children.

Please help by donating to the raffle, I will provide a receipt were I have donated the money to the Red Cross. Also if you have the name and address of any food banks or homeless shelters in your areas, I want them. If you have any ideas or organizations that need help, let us know.

A Change In October’s Raffle

We have made a change in the Raffle this month (this is one of the ideas they threw at me yesterday). Since we are offering more items for raffle this month, we decided we will have more winners. We have some super supporters and it is ashame that more of you don’t have a chance to win, that is changing, NOW!

Instead of one winner, we will have two winners drawn this month. How’s this going to work? The first winner will be given the first pickings of the items. Then the second winner will have the choice between the other two that are left. We think it is a good idea and we are proud we can offer our wonderful family such great merchandise at super, super savings.

"Raffle" Up-Date

For the new individuals with us, I apologize. I am sorry I took out the instructions on the raffle. It is very simple to enter. If you scroll down pass the last item listed, you will find a PayPal button. There you enter the amount that you want to purchase your ticket for (ever heard of anything like that?). You can enter any amount that you wish except anything lower than $5.00. The reason being is PayPal charges us for each transaction that comes through there. They don’t care if we are a non-profit or not. But anything over $5.00 is fine. You can also use the PayPal button on the main page. In the description part you fill out, just put Raffle. Since there are two items up for auction, you can go ahead and specific which one you want. But the minute I receive notice from PayPal you are automatically entered in the Raffle.

I hope this explains the process. Again I am very sorry for taking that part out and not putting it back in. Thank you again for your interest in our raffle. Oh, you might want to check out the other item I listed today. It is for a deck of Tarot Cards.

Blessings to you on this Sunday morning! I will try to be as brief as possible. Today is the last day to get your raffle tickets for the 4 Books of Shadows. I have said it several times and I will say it again. There is no where you can purchase a BOS for $5.00.

Take one more look at them because tonight at 12:00 they will be gone. We will also have a winner. That lucky person will have the BOS of his/her choice rushed to them. Besides it’s for a good cause.
