Your Daily Chinese Horoscopes for June 6

Rabbit

If you slow down and let yourself think about things calmly you may find that you come up with a strong and positive way to make a solid improvement in your financial ambitions today. You have a lot of creative ideas today, but may not believe in them.

Dragon

You may be finding that your popularity today depends a great deal on where you stand right now, especially where it comes to your family. Half of them love your ideas, but the other half seem to be intent on giving you a radical makeover that you don’t want.

Snake

There are strange energies in the air today. You may feel confused or distracted, yet you know there is great potential for change. The biggest area of change is in your family structure or loved ones. Someone may express the need for emotional support or help with a drug or alcohol problem.

Horse

Your mate or partner is the rock in a storm you are seeking today. They will have just the words of comfort you are seeking. People you work with, and family members you live with, will be a source of arguments, disagreements and distractions right now.

Sheep

Your social or career connections could be a liability today. You may find yourself losing your temper with a boss, employer or authority figure. If so, remember your astrological warning – venting right now would almost certainly backfire, badly.

Monkey

You will want to get away for certain right now because the stresses of your career or social commitments are just a little too strong. Some of you could have problems with a parent or older loved one who is making unfair or unreasonable demands on your time.

Rooster

Your mind is on values and religion today. You may have made a judgement on someone else’s spiritual beliefs, and are finding to your embarrassment that you have made an error in judgement. It won’t hurt to admit you were wrong, and you may find it brings you closer together in the end.

Dog

Your love life is confusing and frustrating, and while you struggle to make sense of your friends and companions, it seems like they are doing their level best to be inscrutable. A financial or business partnership is more promising and less frustrating today.

Pig

You may have troubles with digestion or stress-related health troubles today. It is simply your body’s way of telling you to slow down and take a break. You are pushing yourself too hard. If you take any medications be sure to double check to ensure they don’t react against each other.

Rat

You want to get out and away for some fun, but cash may be a bit tight. You may also find that the people you want to play with all have different ideas about what to do and where to go. Money may be tight now, but the long-term picture is looking better. Keep your chin up.

Ox

A friend may help you adjust to some challenging changes in your family. You may not like everything you have to do, but once the chores are over, you may find “it” wasn’t as bad as you thought. Your friend may well point out that some things are worth compromising or sacrificing for.

Tiger

Can you think of a good reason to have an argument? Maybe, and maybe not, but you may find yourself getting into a “War au Verbiage” today, and believe it or not, it could actually be empowering. If you normally “fight”, try listening. If you normally “flee” … then stand your ground.

‘THINK on THESE THINGS’ for June 5

‘THINK on THESE THINGS’
By Joyce Sequichie Hifler

Everyone is a collector of something. And everyone’s collection looks peculiar to someone else. And yet, who knows why an item may have a certain appeal to one particular person. The shape, the color, the whole idea may have a hidden background, but it is most definitely there!

It may be old books, or magazines. Perhaps it is pill bottles, fishing hooks, or something “I may need someday when….” Who knows the reasons old calendars continue to hang, and scraps of this and that may someday be just what I need.

But more dear than any of these are the happy thoughts we collect to use along the way. We can use them to cheer someone, to pass along a word of courage, a simple prayer, a smile. And when someone has time to share with us an experience that we may profit by the pain they felt – yes, these are collector’s items. These priceless bits of life’s fabric, woven by someone’s cares and offered to us in hopes that it will help.

Whatever it is that we collect, we must never forget the dearest collections are the kindnesses, the thoughtful acts, the smiling faces that can be ours by giving the same.

What could be so priceless as true friendship? Friends for which time and space do not exist! It is written, “What a great blessing is a friend with breast so trusty that thou mayest safely bury all thy secrets in it, whose conscience thou mayest fear less than thy own; who can relieve thy cares by his conversation, thy doubts by his counsels, thy sadness by his good humor, and whose very looks give thee comfort.”

All of us have had many friends, but the special ones remain forever in our memories. The dearest are those who believe in us and are willing to trust us with their friendship.

We cannot force friendship. It is something mutually felt, mutually understood, and silently accepted. It is our opportunity to demonstrate our very best selves – to ask no questions and to pass no criticisms.

“Before us is a future all unknown, a path untrod;
Beside us a friend well loved and known –
That friend is God.”

Elder’s Meditation of the Day June 5

Elder’s Meditation of the Day June 5

“It is not through the great skill of the hunter himself that success is achieved, but through the hunter’s awareness of his place in Creation and his relationship to all things.”

–Thomas Yellowtail, CROW

If only the human being could understand the power of proper relationships, the need for power and control could be abandoned. It’s not what is going on that matters, but how we look at what is going on. It’s our relationship to it that counts. Nothing in the world has any meaning except the meaning we give to it. To be more effective at this, we need to consider our relationship with the Creator. Our relationship to the Great Spirit determines how we will perceive the meanings we put to places, people, institutions and things. We need to let the Creator tell us and guide our thoughts about these relationships. Any relationship that we have that is causing problems means we need to pray for a new point of view.

Creator, let me see the world and the people through your eyes.

Daily Chinese Horoscopes for June 5

Rabbit

Money makes the world go around, but right now it has your head spinning. Someone has made a weird investment or is suggesting a strange way of making a few quick bucks, but make sure that you check into the details before you throw any of your own coin down a bottomless well.

Dragon

If you want to overcome a feeling of rejection today, focus on your self, your image, your own personal needs. Don’t be afraid to be prudently selfish today. That is exactly what you need to do if you are to understand and heal yourself today.

Snake

You could stumble across an old childhood hurt that is buried in your subconscious today. If you find yourself acting oddly and you don’t know why, stop for a moment and ask yourself “What is this all really about?” The answer could be healing.

Horse

Arguments or disagreements with friends could be a good thing today. All the cards will be on the table, in full view, and the two of you can decide as mature adults whether the problems can be overcome, or whether or not it might be time to agree to part the ways.

Sheep

Don’t try to push yourself today. If you have a shot at a self-indulgent day off, take it and run. Trying to run about to get shores, shopping, or work done will only make you frustrated and anxious. Don’t feel guilty about taking a well-deserved break.

Monkey

You may find yourself exploring a new educational opportunity or challenge today. You will be drawn to paper, books, and online knowledge that can increase your sense of well being or self-esteem. Focus on the wilder, newer and more innovative ideas that catch your eye.

Rooster

If you are looking for investing opportunities, homes, real estate and home improvements are all good bets – but don’t go overboard with trendy decorations. You may find that those hot colours aren’t going to be in style too long. If you go shopping, look for bargains.

Dog

Your love life flip-flops from fabulous to frustrating, sometimes within a few moments passion turns to pressure. You are not communicating well, and you are not terribly realistic about your responsibilities and expectations in relationships.

Pig

If you work with a business partner, or have a friendly coworker you confide in regularly, pay them special attention today. They may be a little tense right now but they are going to have ideas that could make you both a lot more prosperous.

Rat

You may decide to take up some kind of structured sporting activity in order to get more exercise. This could be something of a challenge at first. Make sure that you stretch, get proper food and hydration, and check with your doctor before doing anything too intense.

Ox

Family members are both a source of joy and frustration right now. One is busy flipping wildly from one side of the “manic-depressive” spectrum to the other, while another is offering to help out and may even come bearing a gift of money, or news of a possible job offer.

Tiger

You seem to have a hard time putting your thoughts into words today. There are times when your head says one thing and your mouth seems to want to say something else. Take long breaks if you are working on any important presentation or paperwork today.

Daily OM for June 4th – Prayer and Meditation

Prayer and Meditation
Asking and Receiving

by Madisyn Taylor

Meditation and prayer can offer us different experiences and both can be powerful tools.

Prayer and meditation are similar practices in that they both offer us a connection to the divine, but they also differ from one another in significant ways. Put simply, prayer is when we ask the universe for something, and meditation is when we listen. When we pray, we use language to express our innermost thoughts and feelings to a higher power. Sometimes, we plumb the depths within ourselves and allow whatever comes to the surface to flow out in our prayer. At other times, we pray words that were written by someone else but that express what we want to say. Prayer is reaching out to the universe with questions, pleas for help, gratitude, and praise.

Meditation, on the other hand, has a silent quality that honors the art of receptivity. When we meditate, we cease movement and allow the activity of our minds and hearts to go on without us in a sense. Eventually, we fall into a deep silence, a place that underlies all the noise and fray of daily human existence. In this place, it becomes possible for us to hear the universe as it speaks for itself, responds to our questions, or sits with us in its silent way.

Both prayer and meditation are indispensable tools for navigating our relationship with the universe and with ourselves. They are also natural complements to one another, and one makes way for the other just as the crest of a wave gives way to its hollow. If we tend to do only one or the other, prayer or meditation, we may find that we are out of balance, and we might benefit from exploring the missing form of communication. There are times when we need to reach out and express ourselves, fully exorcising our insides, and times when we are empty, ready to rest in quiet receiving. When we allow ourselves to do both, we begin to have a true conversation with the universe.

Spice Proven to Speed Metabolism, Fight Cancer

by Michelle Schoffro Cook

Turmeric is not just for curries anymore. New research by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) found the key ingredient in the spice turmeric, curcumin, enhances the activity of the cells’ energy centers to speed metabolism. Given overweight and obesity rates, which are at an all-time high, this new information offers assistance to the millions of people trying to lose weight.

This information follows a lengthy list of other studies showing curcumin’s ability to prevent or delay cancer, prevent and even improve Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, heal heart disease, arthritis, and depression.

Of course you can still enjoy turmeric (fresh or powdered) in curries, but don’t hold back with this spice. Add it to soups, stews, and salad dressings too. The USDA study found that supplementing with 300 to 500 mg of curcuminoids (the collective name for the active ingredients in turmeric) worked best for boosting metabolism.

Good Sunday Morning, my dear friends! Have a Look, I’ve been taking pics again!

Good Morning Images, Quotes, Comments, Graphics
Good Sunday morning, dear, dear friends! How are you doing this morning? Me? I got up at 6:00 with wonderful intentions to do yard work. Ha, I took my medicine for my back and when right back to sleep. (For the new ones joining us, I had a three level back fusion.) I looked at the clock and thought, hmm, it can’t be that late. Yeah right, it was 11:00, I said,  “oh, sh*t!” Kiki and I do a lot of yard work together. When it is around lunch time, she doesn’t want to go outside because of the heat. Me neither, lol!

I have been out taking pics again and I wanted to show you what just showed up late yesterday. I got a call from a local vet and he asked if I would take in another critter for him. I asked him what kind and he told me, a beautiful red fox. I couldn’t believe it. It was brought to him with one of his back legs severely damaged. The poor thing, lost most of his foot and the rest of his leg and hip had to have pins. Needless to say, he is in quite a bit of pain. I give him pain shots every 4 hours and he stays sedated. I don’t believe if he didn’t, he could stand the pain. We aren’t sure what happened but the vet told me, some man just dropped him off and left. The man said nothing at all. So that led me to believe the man knew exactly what had happened. The vet said more than likely the poor thing had got caught in a trap. It wasn’t the intended victim, the man felt guilty about killing such a lovely creature and brought him to the vet. Now the question is, when the fox is out of the severe pain will he be able to function as he should. If not, he will have to have a home with a person. I never considered having a fox but if we bond during his recovery, then he will stay with me. Right now, he is very leery of humans and who can blame him. But here is his beautiful face.

This was taken while he was still under the influence of the sedatives. He had woke up just a minute and I had the camera in my back pocket. I snapped it very quickly. Then he went back to sleep. He is in a fairly good side inclosure. If he decides he wants to try to get up and walk and move, he can. I don’t believe in keeping animals in little crates or cages. All of the places I have for the animals to stay are quite large. It gives them a little freedom but they are still enclosed and safe. I might add they are also well protected and guarded.

The food bill I incur every month is huge, not to mention anything unexpected that might come up. I also always give the vets money for their supplies they use. I have received several donations towards these expenses. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them too. No amount is too small. It all adds up and it is put to good use. You can see for yourself who and what benefits from the donations, the animals. Then on top of the bill for the upkeep and care of the animals, I also have a server that I have to pay each month also. So my funds get stretched to the max, to say the least. I want you to know that I appreciate ever donation that I get. If you would like to help keep the work I am doing with the animals going by making a donation. There is a PayPal button to the side here.

Remember no amount is too small, it all adds up. And most of all it is greatly appreciated. Thank you my friends, from the bottom of my heart. Because I truly love doing what I do.

Daily Motivator for June 1 – Encourage yourself

Encourage yourself

Many times, the situations and events in your life won’t offer you much encouragement. On top of that, even other people may not have much encouragement to give you.

But that doesn’t mean you have to go without any encouragement. After all, you are perfectly capable of encouraging yourself.

Remind yourself how truly fortunate you are to be able to experience life’s great wonders. Consider all the positive possibilities that are available to you, even on the most difficult days.

You are marvelously free to think what you wish, to feel the way you choose, and to act in the best interest of yourself and your world. On top of that, you’re surrounded by a magnificent abundance that you can transform into great meaningful value.

Perhaps at the moment life is not offering you much encouragement, but that’s not really a problem. Connect with the joys you’ve already experienced, the possibilities of the present, and your dreams for the future, and you’ll find plenty of encouragement within yourself.

Is your world in need of encouragement, and there’s none to be found? Be the encourager, and you’ll be powerfully encouraged.

Daily OM for June 1 – Recognizing Happiness

Recognizing Happiness
Analyzing the Path

by Madisyn Taylor

When we take the time to recognize when we are happy and what that feels like, it becomes easier to recreate.

Those of us on the path of personal and spiritual growth have a tendency to analyze our unhappiness in order to find the causes and make improvements. But it is just as important, if not more so, to analyze our happiness. Since we have the ability to rise above and observe our emotions, we can recognize when we are feeling joyful and content. Then we can harness the power of the moment by savoring our feelings and taking time to be grateful for them.

Recognition is the first step in creating change, therefore recognizing what it feels like to be happy is the first step toward sustaining happiness in our lives. We can examine how joy feels in our bodies and what thoughts run through our minds in times of bliss. Without diminishing its power, we can retrace our steps to discover what may have put us in this frame of mind, and then we can take note of the choices we’ve made while there. We might realize that we are generally more giving and forgiving when there’s a smile on our face, or that we are more likely to laugh off small annoyances and the actions of others when they don’t resonate with our light mood.

Once we know what it feels like and can identify some of the triggers and are aware of our actions, we can recreate that happiness when we are feeling low. Knowing that like attracts like, we can pull ourselves out of a blue mood by focusing on joy. We might find that forcing ourselves to be giving and forgiving, even when it doesn’t seem to come naturally, helps us to reconnect with the joy that usually precedes it. If we can identify a song, a picture, or a pet as a happiness trigger, we can use them as tools to recapture joy if we are having trouble finding it. By focusing our energy on analyzing happiness and all that it encompasses, we feed, nurture, and attract more of it into our lives, eventually making a habit of happiness.

Protecting Grandparents From Mercury

by Dominique Browning

By Laura Michelle Burns, Moms Clean Air Force

If you’re anything like me, you fall into the category of women who are caring for their children and their parents or grandparents. My aunt and my grandmother are both in their 70s. I’m grateful that they are in good health and are active. But I will confess that I worry about them the most when they are up visiting Lake Erie with their friends. It may sound silly, but I worry because they always tell me about the wonderful local, fresh caught fish they had each trip.

Growing up, I spent a lot of my summers visiting Port Clinton and Marblehead on the Lake Erie coast. Even as I type this, I can see myself sitting in a corner booth of a small Ohio diner watching the fishing boats pull up to the dock to sell their morning’s catch. I ate a lot of fresh caught fish sandwiches with my aunt and grandmother. I know they taste amazing! But what I know now is that those fish are tainted with mercury. Lake Erie is surrounded by coal-fired plants that spew mercury into our air. Mercury in the air doesn’t stay in one place, it is absorbed into the water droplets in the air and circulated through the clouds, and eventually rains down into our lake.

We know what mercury does our our children. Today though, I’d like to highlight what mercury does to our children’s grandparents. Since mercury is a neurotoxin, it functions in the degradation of the brain. A child’s brain is impacted by mercury in a way that can hinder the child from reaching their full potential. An adult’s brain has already developed and is now used to maintain the information necessary for everyday life and beyond.

6 Facts About Mercury:

  • Mercury can have an effect on the Central Nervous System, specifically the brain, by concentrating in the cerebral spinal fluid.
  • It can also inhibit the microtubules in the brain which then reduce the nerves’ function and their communication.
  • Our brains rely on the communication between the nerves to do things like remembering what it felt like to hold our baby for the first time, or how to sing “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.”
  • As we age and these memories aren’t so recent, we rely more and more on our brains to retain them.
  • Alzheimer’s disease was reported to affect an estimated 5.4 million Americans in 2011.
  • Research has shown that mercury can be a causal factor in Alzheimer’s disease…even more so than the concerns of thimerosal being a leading factor in autism!

Of course, I want my family to be able to enjoy their summer visiting Lake Erie. I want them to eat and be as carefree as the day allows. But I also don’t want to worry that their memories could be affected by their unwitting consumption of mercury. This summer, as excited as I am to share my days with family, I’ll be encouraging them to skip the fish and order a burger instead. I know that memories can fade in time, but I’d hate to hurry it along with a side of mercury to accompany their catch of the day!

Daily Feng Shui Tip for June 1 – “World Milk Day”

Some calendars refer to this first day of the month as ‘World Milk Day,’ so I thought I’d share some milky legends and a silky soak. Milk was once considered a mystical gift from the gods. It was also believed to strengthen and enhance your own ability to give and receive love. And that promise pertains whether you’re wearing a milk mustache or bathing in it. This particular milk bath recipe offers soothing and calm while bringing restoration to body, mind and spirit. You’ll need a half-cup each of honey, milk and Epsom salts, as well as a few springs of fresh parsley and mint. Mix the milk and honey in a bowl and add the herbs. Run a bath and pour in the salt and let dissolve. Add the honey and milk mixture and soak in that for twenty quiet minutes. Ah, milk. It does a body good.

Today’s I Ching Hexagram for June 1 is 54: Careful Affection

54: Careful Affection

Hexagram 54

General Meaning: Affection is the basis of all lasting relationships, but must be channeled properly in order to bring satisfaction, and support the self-esteem of both parties. For example, a married person’s lover would necessarily have conflicted feelings: affection coupled with insecurity. Relationships based mainly on personal attraction, especially those that are outside the mainstream, require special caution and tactful reserve.

If you assert yourself too much, or try to make yourself indispensable, you will only incur misfortune. It is never easier to make disastrous mistakes than when you venture outside the bounds of propriety. If you are in doubt as to whether you should follow your heart or your head, allow for some time to pass, and perhaps the answer will become clear. Initiating any action could bring misfortune. Do not attempt to be too creative or attract favorable attention at this time.

Quirky Law Could Kill Thousands Of Animals For New Cigarette

by Sharon Seltzer

More than 8 million of the 47 million U.S. adult cigarette smokers have a serious illness caused by smoking, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Tobacco also costs the economy $96 billion a year for medical care. To counter the bad press, the tobacco industry has created new “light” tobacco products they claim are less harmful. In order to make that claim, a quirk in the law requires the products to be tested on thousands of animals.

Two years ago, Congress passed a law that requires tobacco companies to prove that any of its products labeled “light” or “mild” significantly reduce the risk of tobacco-related disease to smokers and benefit the health of the population. The Food and Drug Administration was placed in charge of regulating the law. They drafted guidelines that required animal testing to be part of the process.

The National Cancer Institute, Institute for Medicine, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and PETA have all called for an end to the animal testing clause.

The National Cancer Institute doesn’t believe the light cigarettes are less harmful to a person’s health. In a recent report they stated, “There is no convincing evidence that changes in cigarette design… have resulted in an important decrease in the disease burden caused by cigarette use.”

Bingxuan Wang, a toxicology researcher with the nonprofit Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is very concerned about the number of animals that will needlessly die during these tests.

“The bottom line is, tobacco – light or not – poses serious risks to the user’s health and to the health of others. Wasting countless more animal lives to prove the safety of an inherently harmful product, especially when such tests in the past have been misleading, would be grossly counterproductive for human health,” said Wang.

The Institute of Medicine said, “It is not possible to make laboratory animals use tobacco products the way humans do, and there are inherent interspecies differences that prevent meaningful extrapolation of human effects.” Experiments conducted on animals 50 years ago found that tobacco did not cause lung cancer, but that information was obviously incorrect in humans.

PETA said, “In some of the horrendous tobacco tests that could be conducted, rats would be forced to breathe tobacco smoke for as long as six hours a day for months at a time by jamming the animals into tiny canisters and pumping concentrated cigarette smoke directly into their noses. The animals would then be killed and their bodies dissected.”

Belgium, Germany and the U.K. have banned animal testing for tobacco products and Canada uses non-animal methods.

Your Chakra Colors and What They Do

Adapted from The Chakras in Shamanic Practice, by Susan J. Wright (Inner Traditions, 2007).

For millennia, eight colors have been thought to correspond to energy centers in the body. Wearing or surrounding yourself with these colors leads to balance and inner healing. For example, if you want to open your heart, there is a color that corresponds to the heart that will help. If you need to speak your truth to someone, you can wear a throat-chakra-colored scarf for encouragement. Find out about the chakra colors and what they do.

Red – First chakra, base of the spine. Groundedness, trust, belonging, lessens feelings of mistrust.

Orange – Second chakra, belly just below the navel. Sensuality, emotion, creativity, lessens feelings of inferiority.

Yellow – Third chakra, solar plexus. Will, identity, commitment, lessens feelings of confusion.

Green – Fourth chakra, heart. Compassion, forgiveness, intimacy, lessens feelings of isolation.

Blue – Fifth chakra, throat. Expression, communication, power to manifest, generativity, lessens feelings of stagnation.

Indigo – Sixth chakra, third eye, between the eyes. Clear sight, intuition, integrity, lessens feelings of despair.

Violet – Seventh chakra, crown, top of the head. Spiritual connection, mastery, lessens feelings of distraction.

White – Eighth chakra, just above the head. Radiance, expansion, lessens feelings of limiting attachment.

Your Weekly Pet Horoscopes for May 29th

Aries

While I’ve always been in love with the sound of my own voice, I’m taking this to a whole new level this week. I’ll be making sounds just because I can, but also to get your attention. Let’s face it, I love to have my ego stroked and if making a noise gets me more attention then I’ll be right into it. The only problem is that I’m not particularly smart about this, so only reward me when it’s deserved.

Taurus

When my birthday month came to an end last week I began another year of going around the block again, except that for me the aging process is accelerated. As I get older my health needs change and I need you to keep up with them. Whether it’s by going on line or talking to my vet, find out what I need as I age. I want to be around for a long time, but I also want to keep healthy and agile.

Gemini

With my birthday month now well underway, it’s time to look at how we’re going to celebrate. I won’t say no to a new toy or some treats, but what I really need are those annual updates that are easier to remember at this time of year and that you’re making a commitment to my future. I can’t make the new resolutions that you might make when you have your birthday, so I need you to make them for me.

Cancer

If I had my way I’d be turning into a bit of a sloth, moving when I want to, which chances are isn’t that much. This is a changeable time of year as far as the seasons go, but while the environment might change what I’ll be seeking won’t. When it’s hot expect to find me lounging in the shade while seeking out the warmest spot to laze away some happy hours when it gets cold outside.

Leo

So long as I’m in the thick of things and I can see what’s going on, then I’ll be happy. I’ll have a healthy sense of curiosity for anyone that comes to the door, comes over to visit and if there’s not a lot happening at my place, I’ll be looking over or through the fence to see what the neighbours are up to. I’m not exactly nosey, just interested in all the facets of life going on around me and all those interesting smells.

Virgo

Any chance I get this week to impress or show off and I’ll be in seventh heaven, with a competitive streak running right down my back. If there are other pets in the house expect me to be first to the food, not because I’m hungry but because I want to win. This is a good time to teach me some new tricks, especially those that involve treats when I get it right or lots of ‘atta girls’ or ‘atta boys’.

Libra

I’ve had a bit of wanderlust pumping through my system for some time now, but rather than wearing off it seems that it’s here to stay. Chances are a sense of curiosity that goes with this may also be getting me into a bit of trouble, as I try and explore all the nooks and crannies I can manage to squeeze myself into. At least you won’t have to spend too much time entertaining me, as I’m more than capable of entertaining myself.

Scorpio

While I might be a creature of habit by nature, liking things to stay the same, I’m becoming a lot more open to change and no longer as fearful of new things as I once was. If you’ve tried to introduce me to new things in the past and I turned my nose up at it, then try again as I might be more receptive this time around. Though don’t take it too far, as there are some things I won’t compromise on.

Sagittarius

Just like you, I get bored of the same old same old, day after day and I’m just as much in need of variety as you are. It’s balance that will keep me happy, so mix and match things up a little for me. This would be a good time to introduce new tastes to my diet, though go for smaller sizes first. And just like you movement and keeping agile is important for me as I age, but for me exercise means having a chance to play.

Capricorn

As the focus shifts more and more to my health needs, it’s important to remember that as well as the right food, the right vaccinations and treatments I need, that I also need to have fun. If you’re looking at all my other health needs and not seeing running around and having fun as part of that package, then you’ll miss the most important part. I not only need to keep agile, but having fun has all sorts of health benefits for me.

Aquarius

While it will soon be time to start looking more closely at my health needs, that time won’t come until next week. However, there is nothing to say that you can’t get a jump start on this or that you can’t start taking some shortcuts. I’m in a mood this week for having fun and I want and need lots of playtime. It just so happens that running around and having fun is one of the best things for my health and for our bonding.

Pisces

I am fast becoming a real homebody, not only liking my routines but loving being right in the middle of family life, with the more you include me the better. This is not because I’m feeling anxious or because I need reassurance, just that it’s something that I’ll enjoy. So much so that I’m likely to be a barometer for everything that is happening in the home, for if there is something out of kilter I’ll feel it and you’ll know about it.
