The Perfect Spell for the New Year, I Give You My Friend – Prosperity Spell

Book & Candle Comments

 Prosperity Spell

To ensure a good measure of prosperity for the New Year, take some play money or a few Hell notes (purchased in any New Age Shop). Write your financial wish for the New Year on it. Hold it in front of an altar set with a green tablecloth and cauldron and visualize your wish coming true. When you are satisfied with your image, say the following words:

“Let my spell be spread on air.

Nothing may my wish impair.

Bring success and wealth to me.

As this I burn, So Mote It Be!”

Burn the paper in your cauldron. When the ashes are cooled, release them to the wind.

Life As The Witch – Personal Will

Witchy Comments

The Witch & Personal Will

Personal will can also be thought of as motivation, temptation, or persuasion. In order to establish enough power to accomplish your goal, you must be sufficiently moved to perform a work of magick. If you do not focus fully on the results, or if you invest only a small amount of energy in your desire, you are unlikely to realize any true results. The stronger your need or desire is the more likely it is that you will raise the amount of energy required to manifest what you seek. However, desire or need is not enough by itself. Bear in mind that desire must be controlled, and the will must be focused only upon a detached view of the desired outcome of your spell or magickal rite. Enflame your mind in the intent while at the same time separating yourself from the desired result. In other words, run the race mindful of the finish line but totally focused on the pace.

Today’s I Ching Hexagram for December 27th – 26: Containment of Potential

hexagram09

This hexagram points to the containment of great power that increases as it is wisely stewarded. Like a river that has been dammed, or a boiling pot with a lid on, holding and containing power produces enormous energy. During normal times, daily ritual and habit help keep life ordered and serene; but in times of great opportunity, great fortitude is required. Focused attention is what will be required to channel this great potential and achieve supreme success.

In a current situation you have considerable reserves of energy and support to draw upon. This is the right time to channel creativity by collecting and organizing good ideas and plans. In this way, even large or extremely challenging undertakings can be successful.

A hidden source of power for the great is the study of the past. The lives of wise and successful men and women are like buried treasures of wisdom. Great good fortune comes to those who unearth these valuable treasures by applying the lessons of the ages to current events.

Charms Against Rivals

Charms Against Rivals

By Migene Gonzales-Wippler

An Indian incantation used by a woman against a rival.

There are a very large number of these spells. They follow, in general, the established pattern of identifying the invocant with some supernatural power. After reciting the statement that he (or she) is thus super-endowed with magickal force, the spirit is called upon to exercise its good offices in favour of the operator. Some charms involved the digging up of a plant with suitable incantations. This spell is used by a woman against a rival, to ensure that she does not get married.

This woman’s power, her good fortune, her advantages, have all come to me. She no longer has them. She will, like the mountains, sit in her parents’ house (she will not be married).

O Yana, great King, this woman will be there for thee, and for none other. She will have to remain in the household of her mother, her father or her brother!

She will keep the house for none other than thee, King Yana; to thee I have presented her! She will remain with her family until she has no hair left!

O woman, thy fortune is covered, concealed by me, as within a deep box. This is done in the name of Asita and Kasyapa and of Gaya. It shall remain hidden!

Sunday Greetings, dear friends! It’s me again!

I have a confession to make, it is not my fault that I am late. It’s Lady A’s. She emailed me and told me not to log in. She had some updating or something she had to do. I can tell the night owl was busy last night. Wow! I love new graphics she put up. I sometimes wonder when that woman sleeps. I am looking out the window right now. There she is with Kiki checking on the animals. She loves doing it, so why not let her do it in peace.

Lady A is enjoying herself. So I will get to work and hopefully bring some joy into your life. I will be putting on more spells today. Just give me time to do it, I have to type each one up. There might be a little pause between spells but the next one will be coming up shortly

Have a great day,

Annie

How About A Little Humor – Women Compared To Men :)

Women Compared To Men

Women

Women have strengths that amaze men. They carry children, they carry hardships, they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy.

They smile when they want to scream. They sing when they want to cry.

They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous.

Women wait by the phone for a “safe at home call” from a friend after a              snowy drive home.

They are child care workers, executives, attorneys, stay-at-home moms,              biker babes, and your neighbors.

They wear suits, jeans, and they wear uniforms.

They fight for what they believe in. They stand up for injustice.

They walk and talk the mile to get their children in the right schools and for getting their family the right health care.

They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.

Women are honest, loyal, and forgiving.

They are smart, knowing that knowledge is power. But they still know how              to use their softer side to make a point.

Women want to be the best for their family, their friends, and themselves.

Their hearts break when a friend dies.

They have sorrow at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.

A woman can make a romantic evening unforgettable.

Women come in all sizes, in all colors and shapes.

They live in homes, apartments and cabins.

They drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about              you.

The heart of a woman is what makes the world spin!

Women do more than just give birth. They bring joy and hope. They give              compassion and ideals.

They give moral support to their family and friends. And all they want              back is a hug, a smile and for you to do the same to people you come in contact with.

Men

Men are good at lifting heavy stuff.

“Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater.  Give her sperm she will make a baby.  Give her a house she will give you a home.  Give her groceries she will give you a meal.  Give her a smile she will give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what she is given. So if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of shit.”

Daily Feng Shui Tip for Dec. 19th – ‘Look for An Evergreen Day’

You’ll get a big boost of seasonal blessings if you follow the inspiration of this ‘Look for An Evergreen Day.’ In fact, Feng Shui says it’s important to add lots of green to your holiday decor. Long considered a ‘healing’ color, green is also strongly considered the most ‘cooling color’ in the spectrum. Green is believed to be able to harmoniously offset the intense heat caused by all the fiery red seen at this time of year. As well, green promotes peace and plenty, while evergreen itself is said to absorb negative vibes loitering around the house. Hanging an evergreen branch or bough on the outside of the entryway door has long been believed to keep negativity and evil at bay while inviting in more peace and prosperity. You can think of this as a totally magical approach to going green for the holidays!
