CUSTOM-MADE DAILY MAGICK FOR TUESDAY and THE PERFECT ACCOMPANYING SPELL

(YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE ANY SPELLS POSTED TO A DOCUMENT TO PRINT AND/OR SAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.)

Victory Through Strength Tarot Spell

This tarot spell may be set up simply or more elaborately; it is up to you. Don’t be afraid to make your magick personal and unique.

Either use the featured cards (Six of Wands, Five of Wands, and Strength) as your only props around a red candle or add the associated crystals for a Tuesday (ruby, bloodstone, stone, and garnet). Try draping the workspace with a red cloth or scarf. Consider working ing this spell at sunrise or at noon, when the sun is directly overhead and bright. I suggest gest setting the candle and its holder in the center of your workspace, then arranging the cards and other accessories around it.

Another good idea would be to scatter those flat-bottomed, red glass marbles on the work surface. (You know, those pretty glass gems that are so popular for wedding-reception reception table decorations?) You can pick up a bag of those at most arts and crafts stores for a few bucks. Find some iridescent ones; wouldn’t they look sharp? Use your imagination! How about holly leaves or red flower petals? Are you getting inspired yet? Good. Now psych yourself up and repeat the spell below three times:

The lady holds the lion within her arms

My strength comes from my soul and causes no harm

I hold the power to succeed time and time again

Honor and victory are mine, let the spell begin.

Meditate on the symbolism of the cards for a short time. Close the spell by saying:

For the good of all, causing harm to none

By fire and passion, this spell is done!

Let the candle burn until it goes out on its own. If you used stones in the spell, you may keep them with you for a few days in your purse or pocket to help reinforce the spell.

Some of the Witchcraft/Magickal Correspondence for Wednesday

(YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE ANY CORRESPONDENCES POSTED TO A DOCUMENT TO PRINT AND/OR SAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY)

Wednesday

Ruler: Wodin, Mercury

Colors: Orange, light blue, and gray

Power Hours: Sunrise and the 8th, 16th, and 24th hours following

Keywords: Success, creativity, communication

The word Wednesday is reminiscent of the Norse wind god Wodin, which is referenced in the popular rhyme verse “Wednesday’s child is full of woe.” This does not mean that those born on this day are full of sorrow or trouble. To be full of Wo (Wodin) means to be full of wind, to be spirited. Woden was such a powerful pagan god that the German church fathers changed the name of his day to Mittwoch, meaning midweek, in an attempt to exorcise his influence.

In the Spanish word for Wednesday, miercoles, we clearly see its connection to Mercury. Under the guidance of Mercury; Wednesday is a day of swift activity, communication, correspondence, and phone calls. This is a good day for journalists, writers, poets, bargaining, hiring employees, and visiting friends.

On Wednesdays, the hour of sunrise and every eight hours after that are also ruled by Mercury, making these times of the day doubly blessed. These are the strongest four hours for ritual work. Check your local newspaper, astrological calendar, or almanac to determine when sunrise occurs.

Six/6 of Cups

The Upright Meaning

While the Six of Cups is related to our childhood attitudes towards life, it almost never represents our childhoods in the past position.

You’re going to want to examine your more recent history to determine when you could have acted more mature towards the things life put in your path.

Your innocence in the past towards a life event is what has lead you to your current position.

If the Six of Cups appears in your current position, it means that you are living in the moment, and are able to enjoy it without consequence.

This happy-go-lucky attitude is working for you, so long as you are remembering to keep the rest of your life in order as well.

In the future position, the Six of Cups is a wonderful conclusion to your current situation. Despite what the other cards in your spread say, there are good days ahead.

This could mean a new relationship is on the horizon, or you’ll be taking your dream vacation. Whatever the case may be, your future is bright and full of joy.

Reversed Position

A reversed Six of Cups is a warning you cannot ignore. This means that you are still being affected by events from your past. It’s important to recognize the signs of lasting trauma, and to remind yourself that you can ask for help, even if you feel alone.

You must encourage yourself to deal with the past, not dwell on it, in order to move forward.

Rune

Hagalaz

Hagalaz is about destructive natural forces: earthquakes, storms, lightening, and all ways that the raw power of nature cannot be controlled. In this sense it is also associated with the unconscious mind, an energy which must be respected and cannot be successfully resisted. You might not be happy about the destructive force of hagalaz but it will bring an end to things and thus create space for something new. This is the cycle of karma.

The Rings

Keywords: Love, relationships.

Meanings: The Rings is the rune of love and when it is the leading stone, it is a positive answer to your question. It is very much a rune of relationship and can indicate engagement, marriage or a new/renewed relationship. It can also indicate the need for a fresh approach to an existing relationship.

Straif

The ogham symbol Straif has the phonetic value of St, and corresponds to the blackthorn or sloe tree, which is known for its magical power. Staves made from its wood were carried by wizards, warlocks, and witches.

In Irish sagas, the blackthorn has association with battle, sacrifice, transformation, and death. It’s also said to be sacred to Donn of the Milesians, the Irish god of death, as well as to goddess Morrighan who oversees matters of war and death.

I Ching

Hexagram Four/4

Moutain Above, Water Below

Be on guard for the careless or rebellious attitudes characteristic of inexperience. Just as a youth requires instruction, this is a good time to focus on learning lessons from a patient teacher or from life experience. Is there a circumstance in your life that you have failed to comprehend, perhaps because you didn’t appreciate its inherent complexities? Be respectful of anything or anyone who has something to teach you right now. If you are focusing on a relationship, ask yourself which of you is currently the student and which of you is the sage. If you are a parent ask yourself: Who is being the teacher – my child or me?

In order to be ready for challenging times, let education be an ongoing part of your life. Develop the necessary mind-set and willpower to carry you through confusing times. The wise realize that experience – especially difficult experience- is a most powerful teacher. But we cannot be forced to learn, even from experience. Be the humble student who delights in learning, the one who nourishes an expanding awareness.

Examine your attitude for factors that would limit your openness. Observe how you deal with the mistakes of others. Let people live their own lives and learn their own lessons. You may offer them your wisdom or advice, but do so only if they are receptive. Give up trying to convince others that you are right, as it is both exhausting and counterproductive. Instead, all other to proceed, even into difficult or dangerous circumstances. It may be the only way they can learn; and without learning, no one can achive success. Care without forcing attention; trying to take care of someone who is unwilling can actually be harmful. Live and let learn.

Oir

Epiphany, realization, peak, lightning flash, elucidation

Tree: Spindle (Euonymus spp.)

Letter: Th

Oir signifies the realization something is at its peak. It is a few of insight and understanding; it is the “bolt of lightning” like Prometheus’s fire that enables human beings to evolve. Lifting the veil of ignorance can be painful and seeing the truth does not always feel like a gift. The possession of knowledge is a complex burden to carry: it is too complicated to qualify as “good” or bad”. Nevertheless, some epiphanies can be life-changers. They can grant us the ability to make good decisions and liberate us from cycles we no longer wish to participate in.

Believers in reincarnation speculate the reason we cannot remember our past lives whenever we want is because all of that information would fry our little human brains. The same is true of clairvoyance: if we could see all of the non-corporeal activity around us, it would likely send us straight into the asylum. A little fire is good; burning the house down or freezing to death for lack of a pack of matches is not good. Seeking knowledge is great; seeking to know it all at the expense of one’s sanity and personal hygiene never works out. Running away from the life of the mind ends badly in equal measure. As usual, this Ogham implies a balance should be struck.

Questions to ask when you draw Oir: …

Can you maintain your integrity under any circumstance?
Can you influence the situation without giving opposing forces anything to resist?
Then you will endure to reach your goal.

One

Among the nine single-digit numbers, the 1 holds a special place in numerology.

The Numerology Meaning of the Number 1: THE PRIMAL FORCE

From a spiritual perspective, the 1 is the number of creation – the primal force from which all other numbers spring forth. Some say once you truly understand the place and function of this elemental number, enlightenment will be yours.

This statement doesn’t apply to a Numerologist’s perspective alone, but perhaps it’s a good place to start since the personality of the number 1 aligns nicely with its elevated spiritual symbolism.

The 1 is a doer, a powerful force that produces results.

The 1 is aggressive – a necessary trait for creating, and not allowing anything to limit its potential. The 1 is the spearhead, always in the forefront directing and leading others.

The shape of this number reflects its meaning; the 1 walks upright with pride and purpose – strong, determined, and unwavering with a specific goal in mind. The 1 is capable of turning ideas into reality – pushing obstacles aside or simply drilling right through them.

The 1 tends to have a simple, straightforward view of life, heedless of its many complexities.

An individual with the dynamic 1 trusts their ability to separate right from wrong, doesn’t waste time on abstract ideas, and rarely follows a path that isn’t in line with their result-oriented goal. The 1 is no preacher, no philosopher, spiritual explorer, nor dreamer – and certainly not an idealist. They are pragmatic, ruthless conquerors, and warriors extraordinaire. The 1 is individualistic and independent to a fault. They will attempt to force their viewpoint on you but have no desire to hear yours.

The 1 can be confrontational, jealous, and exceedingly stubborn, but also courageous and willing to try anything new (with promise) even at great risk. They have a sense of honor and responsibility that demands respect and are the first to defend injustice and hypocrisy.

Befriend a 1 and you have a friend for life.

Fortunately, the 1 has a great capacity for humor, often self-depreciating, so you can poke fun at your friend and not worry about hurt feelings. But don’t cater to them to win love or friendship or you will lose their respect. Stand up to a 1 and you may lose the fight, but you’ll gain admiration. Working for a 1 you will be pushed to the limit, abused at all hours, and incapable of living up to unreasonable expectations. But you will also become the best you can be.

When in trouble, you want a friend with a strong 1 on your side, and you won’t find a braver partner or a more dedicated protector. But, if the 1 is your enemy, you could be crushed without mercy. And be forewarned, the number 1 is the most difficult of all lovers, demanding, jealous, confrontational, and impatient.

If you have a 1 in your core numbers, your happiness and sense of satisfaction will come from your work more than any other source.
