Items You Will Need:

  • A small piece or rose quartz
  • A glass jar or bottle, preferably green with a lid or stopper
  • 9 ounces of olive, almond or grape seed oil
  • 6 drops of rose, jasmine or ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chamomile leaves

Best Time To Cast:

  • Begin on the new moon and continue for as long as necessary.

The Spell

Collect the ingredient needed for this magick balm. Wash the rose quartz and the jar with mild soap and water. Cast a circle around the area where you will do your spell. Pour the olive, almond, or grape seed oil into the jar. Add the essential oil and inhale the fragrance, allowing it to relax your mind. Crush the chamomile leaves very fine and sprinkle them in the oil. Add the rose quartz. Cap the jar and inhale it three times to blend and charge the ingredients. Open the circle.

Before going to bed, pour a little of the magick balm into your palm and dip your index finger in it. Then rub the oil on your skin at your heart center. Feel it gently soothing the pain. Take several slow, deep breath, inhaling the pleasant scent, letting it calm your thoughts and emotions. Repeat each night and each morning until your sadness diminishes.

Make and drink this potion to put more love, wisdom and passion into your love life.

You will need three cups of white grape juice, three drops of vanilla, nine ice cubes and three strawberries.

Strawberries are a favorite food of elves and because of this, Bavarian peasants tie a basket of strawberries on the horn of their cattle so that the animals may prosper with blessings of the elves. In Norse mythology, the strawberry is sacred to Frigga, wife of Odin and Goddess of Love in terms of relationships and marriage.

Mix the grape juice, vanilla, and ice together using an electric blender. Turning of the blender, add the first strawberry, and say:

Oh great Goddess Frigg

Let my beloved and I share a love that knows no bounds.

Blend the first strawberry, then turn off the blender and add the second strawberry while saying:

Oh great Goddess Frigga

Let my beloved and I share a wisdom that knows no bounds.

Blend the second strawberry, then turn off the blender and add the third strawberry while repeating:

Oh great Goddess Frigga

Let my beloved and I share a passion that knows no bounds.

Blend the third strawberry, then pour the mixture into  glass. Before drinking toast the elves:

–some dried herbs associated with drawing love
–liquid oil like Dragons Blood, rosemary or jasmine
On paper write what goal you want. When done place oil in corners of paper.
Place herbs in center. In clockwise direction close paper and fold as small as possible.
As you do this visualize the new talisman as a powerful catalyst that not only will draw
your chosen love to you but will bind him to you as well.
When its folded as small as you can begin winding thread around it to seal it.

These poppets are to represent you and him/her.
With any sympathetic Magic what is done to the poppets is done to the lovers.
A poppet is a specially constructed cloth doll. It is a simple rough figure from 2 pieces of cloth.
While cutting the cloth, concentrate on who it will represent.
It may then be worked on further with embroidering it with facial features, special
characteristics such as a beard, moustache, long hair, etc. Even astrological signs
and the person’s name can be embroidered onto the doll to help symbolize who it represents.
Sew the figure leaving the top open.
The figure should then be stuffed with the appropriate herbs again concentrating on the person.
