“THINK on THESE THINGS” for September 24

“THINK on THESE THINGS”
By Joyce Sequichie Hifler

So often it is difficult to know where the line lies between kindness and domineering. It doesn’t sound as if the two could possibly ever mix, but sometimes in our watchfulness over those we care about we’re inclined to thin it is a kind of goodness when it actually becomes domineering.

It is often the best and kindest thing to let others think for themselves. Even though the helpfulness is a love, it can be smothering to the ones who want to breathe freely, even of their own problems.

Concern can turn to possessiveness in the space of a moment and do it do subtly it is almost impossible to comprehend. All individuals have the right to make their own mistakes and also the undeniable right to correct those mistakes. It makes help appreciated when it comes and then help is recognized as help and not as ownership.

If we were all told what to do, it would relieve us of the burden of the responsibility of thinking, planning, or making decisions. Out lives would be literally free of care. And there are those among us who love to direct the traffic of other people’s lives. But have you noticed how detestable it is to them to have the smallest suggestion made concerning their own? What a display of vanity!

There are always sycophants, or “apple polishers,” if you will, who fawn and flatter the vanity. But to have one’s vanity built to great heights is not always an act of love, but more often subtle scorn.

Love is the only force against vanity. Love does not wish to command, but only to serve. If love cannot tell the truth it does not speak. Vanity separates, love joins. Love does not ask that another take the responsibility, but it asks only the strength to bear it.

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – September 24

“Touch not the poisonous firewater that makes wise men turn to fools and robs the spirit of its vision.”

–Tecumseh, SHAWNEE

It’s not an accident that firewater is also called spirits. Firewater affects our judgments. The Great Spirit created a set of laws and principles by which we are to live our lives. When we have problems we should pray and ask for the wisdom of these laws. If instead we turn to liquor, our judgment will be affected. It is the decision and choice made under the influence of booze that causes us to be fools. We need to learn to lean on prayer and not on the spirits of alcohol.

Great Spirit, teach me to pray. Let not one drop of liquor touch my lips today.

September 24 – Daily Feast

When we have a genuine interest in something we seldom lack the energy to do it. Hour after hour thought and energy flow into the routine and weariness has no part. There will surely be some necessary work that will not excite us – but we can refuse to be dull and slow of mind and spirit. How many times we have nearly given up because we could not see creativity or color. And then a change would come – a different view and energy would flow in and the misery would be forgotten. Energy can only flow when it is connected to a live circuit. Our work is to stay connected.

~ I am not talking anything badly or angrily, but simply the truth. ~

Daily Motivator for September 24 – Nourished by thoughts

Nourished by thoughts

Your life is constantly nourished by your thoughts. Whatever the direction  your life is moving, your thoughts have led you there.

Consider any possibility, and by your thoughts about it you have given that  possibility a presence in your life. As you dwell on that possibility, its  presence grows stronger and more vivid within you.

By giving your thoughts to life’s goodness, you fill your own life with a  unique expression of that goodness. By focusing your awareness on the positive  possibilities, you gain real access to them.

Your mind is an enormously powerful tool over which you have intentional  control. There is no limit to what you can think, and no limit to how far those  thoughts can carry you.

You set the direction of your life with the thoughts you most consistently  and persistently think. Fill your mind with thoughts of goodness and positive  possibility, and allow those thoughts to guide your every action.

Give your life the highest quality nourishment and the most positive energy  you can imagine. Let your positive, loving thoughts set the stage for a truly  rich and fulfilling life.

How You Affect Others Daily

by Madisyn Taylor

We have the potential to affect others through all of our actions during our day whether we are aware of it or not.

As the pace and fullness of modern life serve to isolate us from one another, the contact we do share becomes vastly more significant. We unconsciously absorb each other’s energy, adopting the temperament of those with whom we share close quarters, and find ourselves changed after the briefest encounters. Everything we do or say has the potential to affect not only the individuals we live, work, and play with but also those we’ve just met. Though we may never know the impact we have had or the scope of our influence, accepting and understanding that our attitudes and choices will affect others can help us remember to conduct ourselves with grace at all times. When we seek always to be friendly, helpful, and responsive, we effortlessly create an atmosphere around ourselves that is both uplifting and inspiring.

Most people rarely give thought to the effect they have had or will have on others. When we take a few moments to contemplate how our individual modes of being affect the people we spend time with each day, we come one step closer to seeing ourselves through the eyes of others. By asking ourselves whether those we encounter walk away feeling appreciated, respected, and liked, we can heighten our awareness of the effect we ultimately have. Something as simple as a smile given freely can temporarily brighten a person’s entire world. Our value-driven conduct may inspire others to consider whether their own lives are reflective of their values. A word of advice can help others see life in an entirely new fashion. And small gestures of kindness can even prove to those embittered by the world that goodness still exists. By simply being ourselves, we influence other’s lives in both subtle and life-altering ways.

To ensure that the effect we have is positive, we must strive to stay true to ourselves while realizing that it is the demeanor we project and not the quality of our wondrous inner landscapes that people see. Thus, as we interact with others, how we behave can be as important as who we are. If we project our passion for life, our warmth, and our tolerance in our facial features, voice, and choice of words, every person who enters our circle of influence will leave our presence feeling at peace with themselves and with us. You never know whose life you are affecting, big or small. Try to remember this as you go out into the world each day.

Living Life As The Witch – Fixing The Mother Of All Screw Ups

Fixing The Mother Of All Screw Ups

No matter how well we research our facts nor how careful we try to be, we’re eventually going to screw up. It’s just a part of the human condition. And there’s no place our screw-ups shine more brightly than in the hexes and curses arena.

That’s because standing up for ourselves doesn’t always come easily. Most of us really do take an awful lot of crap before finally deciding to do something about it. And even the, we don’t get in a hurry. We go about our business, gathering the facts and exploring our options. We peruse the details with the same sort of attention we might exhaust on a multi-million dollar business venture. And then, when we’re sure that everything’s in order, we start the magickal process, feeling absolutely safe in fact that we’re completely justified in our actions and that our target (damn his rotten bananas!) deserves every shread we’re doling out, and then some. If we weren’t and he didn’t things would never have gotten to this point. So, we do our thing and go along our merry ways, never giving it a second thought.

But then one day, it happens. An ugly head breaks through the muck, stares us right in the face, and blinks. And we – those same folks who felt completely justified in damning that target’s rotten bananas-can barely catch our collective breath as we gasp in horror. For there, right in the eyes of the beast, we see our mistake: The target was undeniably innocent. He was never even involved in the fiasco that damned near ruined our lives. Instead, he was just another innocent bystander; just some good, old Joe who was in the wrong place at the right time. A good, old Joe who we forced to pay for someone else’s infractions with a close encounter of the very worst kind. And there we sit, shivering and shaking and wracking our brains, in a desperate search of some way to fix things, wondering how in the hell we could’ve been so wrong.

To start with, today’s world is an interesting place. With its high-fluid technology and far-flung virtual realities, some might even say that it’s nothing short of amazing. But living in such a world also has complications, the most problematical being that because things are seldom as they appear, it becomes increasingly difficult to separate fact from fiction. Now take that problem and factor in a fact-finding mission, a little logic, and a few rounds of he-said-she-said and add them all together. I can nearly guarantee that the sum of those components isn’t going to be at all within the scope of reason. Reasonable or not though, it appears to be truth. And because it appears as such, we act on it as such-only to discover later that it was the most wretched mistake we ever made.

While that takes care of how easy it is to screw up-and hopefully, has illustrated just how important it is to factor in gut instinct as well as the facts-we still have a problem on our hands: How in the hell do we fix the mess we made? More to the point, though, is it even possible?

Fortunately, it is. Please understand though, that it won’t be easy, regardless of how simple the instructions appear. There’s absolutely no way to convey the degree of difficult involved in rectifying something like this. So, just be prepared to work long and hard, and as some effects can never be truly erased, be willing to repeat some steps you’ve already taken over and over to ease the problem is the need arises.

THINK ON THESE THINGS for September 21

THINK ON THESE THINGS
By Joyce Sequichie Hifler

The first day of fall brings with it the promise of quiet and peace. A stillness permeates the woods and about the only sounds are woodpeckers drumming on a hollow tree and blue jays squawking at squirrels they cannot tolerate. A sweet peace that connects with us and helps us relax.

The hills are rose-beige and rounded on top with horses grazing quietly along the sides. Deep ravines where water has eroded the dirt are dark marks such as a child would make with a crayon, and most likely have housed a bobcat or two.

This is the season when we do not hunker down and endure but we enjoy to the utmost. The color, the fresh air, the fall fruit and vegetables and smell of earth turned up by the plow. If something is not right, fix it, and don’t let this pleasant time go to waste!

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – September 21

“Everything is laid out for you. Your path is straight ahead of you. Sometimes it’s invisible but it’s there. You may not know where it’s going, but still you have to follow that path. It’s the path to the Creator. That’s the only path there is.”

–Leon Shenandoah, ONONDAGA

Everything on the earth has a purpose and a reason for its existence. Every human being is a warrior and every warrior has a song written in his/her heart and that song must be sung or the soul forever remains restless. This song is always about serving the Great Spirit and helping the people. This song is always sung for the people. Many times I need to learn much about the difficulties of life. I need to know this, so I must experience it. Then I can be of use to the people. Because I am experiencing difficulty does not mean I have left the path or that I have done something wrong. It means I’m doing the will of the Great Spirit during these times of testing. I need to pray constantly to keep a good attitude.

Great Spirit, this I know – You will never leave me, only my doubting makes it seem like You do. This I know – Your love is always dependable, only my doubting makes it seem like You do. Today remove the doubts from my belief system and allow me to stand straight and see You with straight eyes.

September 21 – Daily Feast

Can there be anything more beautiful than the seasons of a tree? A tree stands in beauty from year to year and keeps its grace and dignity. Its secrets are at its center and it tells nothing of people and their passing events. We learn when we watch a tree. It constantly prunes itself, continually sheds any excess. When it is growing in a difficult place it sends down deep roots to grapple for a firm footing. Every leaf is unique and beautiful – but they also serve to remove toxic poisons from the atmosphere, and send out a clean fragrance to shade us from heat. To sit beneath a tree, or to lie on the earth beneath an oak is the essence of pleasure. But to see the topmost leaves that no human hand has ever touched is to see a common miracle – a miracle with a message that says to get a firm footing in everything that is good and stand tall with our eye on the sky.

~ It may be that some little root of the sacred tree still lives. ~

Daily Motivator for Sept. 21 – Enjoy life itself

Enjoy life itself

The simple, common things in life can be just as enjoyable as the big,  impressive things. When you make the choice to enjoy life itself, you’ll find  yourself being lifted up by anything and everything.

Enjoy life itself, with all the ups and downs, and you won’t waste your  precious time worrying about what’s coming next. Relish the experience of life  itself, and every day will be filled with opportunities for true joy.

It’s great to have big, wonderful, meaningful dreams and ambitions. But you  don’t want to postpone your enjoyment of life until after those dreams are  realized.

Instead, find joy in the everyday process of bringing your dreams about. Find  your joy in the everyday moments of life itself.

You don’t have to wish or beg or hope or struggle for more. You already have  life itself, and the more of it you live, the more of its goodness you have.

Rather than putting conditions and judgments on your experiences, simply  enjoy life itself. And in that joy, you’ll find life getting better and  better.

Daily OM for September 21 – Opening the Channels of Communication

Opening the Channels of Communication

Dealing with Difficult People

by Madisyn Taylor

When dealing with a difficult person, try not to be judgmental or defensive in your conversation with them.

We encounter a wide variety of people throughout our lives. Many of them touch us in some positive way. Occasionally, however, we encounter those individuals who, for whatever reason, can be difficult to deal with. Perhaps this person is a colleague or close friend that you feel is deliberately being obtuse, inviting in trouble, or doing foolish things that you find annoying. Sometimes, it may be possible to appease or avoid those people short term. Dealing with them in the long term, however, can be exhausting. The behavior of difficult people can even make you feel like losing your temper, but keep your cool. Staying calm is the first step, especially when you are ready to confront them.

Avoiding a difficult person can improve impossible and not in your best interest, especially if you live or work together. Likewise, attempts to steer clear of them can become a source of stress and anxiety when they are a part of your social circle. When this is the case, it is best to kindly address the problem. Try not to let their actions or mood affect you. You also may want to try expressing your feelings directly. Tell to the person how their actions make you feel and encourage them toward a more positive course of action. Speak assertively, but respectfully, and don’t portray yourself as a victim. Another approach for dealing with a difficult individual is to gain a deeper understanding of who that person is. Ask them why they do or say certain things. If you disagree with their motives, question them further so you can try and discover the root of their behaviors. In doing so, you may be able to gently shift their perceptions, or at least help them understand your point of view.

You may want to think about what you want to say to a difficult person before you actually talk to them. If you can, avoid being judgmental or defensive, and try to approach the conversation objectively. If the person is open to the idea, try coming to an agreement. If approaching them fails, let it go and move on. There is no reason to let a difficult person or situation have power over your state of being. Remember that a lot can be accomplished when you take the time to listen and offer up alternative perspectives.

Feng Shui Lucky Animals

Feng Shui Lucky Animals

by Annie B. Bond

The ancient Chinese system of feng shui often uses small statues or images of  certain lucky animals as a quick fix for energies that are out of balance in a  home or office. One animal, for example, is often placed next to a cash register  to increase the cash flowing in!

Find out which animals are the traditional powerful helpers to make our  personal and career lives more fulfilling and successful, here:

First, find out which places in your home correspond to each of the major  “guas”–like career, relationships, or wealth, for example–so you know where the  lucky animal should go.

Dragon: Dragons confer power and good fortune in any gua, particularly  Family/Health, unless you were born in a Dog year (since Dogs are opposite  Dragons in Chinese astrology).

Three-Legged Frog: An odd-looking but charming creature, this frog is  usually shown sitting on a pile of gold coins. It is especially helpful in a  Wealth gua, or placed next to a cash register!

Fu Dogs: These dogs resemble stylized lions and they symbolize  prestige and power. They usually come in pairs, one stationed on either side of  doorways for protection.

Bat:  The Chinese consider bats to be harbingers of happiness and good  fortune. A pair of bats bring double happiness. (Imagine giving a pair of bats  as a wedding gift!)

Crane:  Cranes are symbolic of long life and wisdom.

Fish:  Carp swim upstream, so they represent success and perseverance,  but all fish are considered lucky for abundance and money.

Phoenix: This magical, mythical creature who rises from the ashes  symbolizes peace and blessings. If you were born in a Phoenix year, it is  especially lucky.

Get Out, Get Registered & Vote This November!

You all know I try to steer clear of Politics. I don’t believe Politics and Witchcraft mix together at all. But I have heard enough bull this election year that I think it is alright to voice my opinion. I am going to try to keep my opinion neutral as much as I can (but that is really going to be difficult, lol!). I also want go urge each of you to get out and vote this November. You have plenty of time to go to your local Registrar’s office. It’s simple, it’s painless and probably takes about 5 minutes if that long. So you have plenty of time and it is simple as apple pie, go, do it, now! Well not right now, when you get through reading this, lol!

I am going to start with Bill Clinton. I know some of you aren’t going to agree with me. But I think he is the best President I can remember. I know he got caught up in that Monica thing but it didn’t effect his judgment in the Oval Office. As far as I was concerned, he could screw anyone he wanted but as long as he kept the country in good shape. And if you remember times were good. Everybody that wanted to work had a job. The economy was fantastic and when he left the office we had a huge surplus of money.

Well next here comes, George Bush. That ought to be enough said right there but…..when things started going bad, I remember what his words were. “Well we have had it good for so long, now we have to pay for it!” said our lovely President. I just wanted to crawl through the TV. Pay for it, hell isn’t it our right as Americans to have and expect our lives to be good. After eight years of Bush and Chaney, I think we all know the answer to that. All they were doing was padding their pockets were they would be set when they got out of office.  But he made so many screw-ups, it was take two pages to write about them all. When dear President Bush left office we were trillions of dollars in debt. In eight years, that man (Bush) destroyed everything Clinton had done to make our country great again.

Now we come to our present President Obama. Obama is a very intelligent man. You can tell the way he talks and in his mannerisms.  Everyone is upset that we don’t have jobs for everyone right now. We can’t pay our mortgages. We are losing everything we have. I know times are horrible, believe me I know. But stop and think Obama inherited a hell of a mess from Bush.  Bush had eight years to totally destroy the country and he almost did. How on earth could anybody, I don’t care who it is, straighten Bush’s mess out in four years. You can’t do it. No way. Also Obama has Bill and Hilary Clinton at his side. The Clintons are the one that turned this country around the last time. I believe they will give him sound advice to do it again. But there is good news occurring, you just don’t hear about it. Or else they don’t want you to hear about it? Stock markets up, factories are opening back up and starting to hire, new factories are being built, things are looking up. We do have a good future with Obama.

Now comes Romney, I don’t know I guess I have watched this man like a hawk. From the very beginning there has been some kind of controversy in his campaign. What gets me about him is every time he comes out and says yes he is for something, then he finds out it is not a popular idea. He will distance himself from it. The one that sticks in my mind is a Republican Congressman/Senator brought up the topic of being Pro-Choice. They wanted to reverse Roe vs Wade. Romney jumped on the band wagon till he found out that really isn’t such a popular idea. He jumped off as fast as he jumped on. He has done this on several issues. My concern with that is, he will be in the White House will the little red button that launches the nukes. What’s he going to do, decide to push it and then go, “Oops, I shouldn’t have done that, that won’t be popular with the people!” What people, we will all be dead. Then he has made remarks that make me wonder which planet he is on. I don’t know if you have had a chance to hear he latest comments today or not.  He was addressing a $50,000 plate dinner and someone hid a microphone under a desk. They wanted to see what he was really like in a more relaxed sitting.  They got their ears full. He said the poor in this country thought they had entitlement, they expect the government to keep them up, they didn’t pay taxes and who gives a damn about them. They don’t matter.  Well, I don’t know what that tells you, but I know what it tells me. He is out for the rich and that’s it. Time he gets out of office, he will have packed me up and sent me back to Ireland. I sure ain’t rich so apparently he don’t give a damn about me so why should I be here. Does he want America just to be for the wealthy?

I had to start a new paragraph, I got to thinking about what he said and it just makes me angry. What about all the homeless people in this country? What’s he planning on doing with them, sweeping them down the gutters? Every time I pass a person out on the interstate ramp with a sign saying they will work for food, it kills me. To think we live in the greatest nation on Earth and we have people sleeping in the streets, people starving and children going to bed at night hungry. It is absolutely appaulling! The current shape of this country is due to Romney’s buddy Bush being in office for eight years. I shiver to think what will become of this country, if he gets elected.

And I said I was going to try to stay neutral, ha! But this is a very serious time in our country. You need to get out this November and vote. You have to weigh the options, then think who would lead this country in a better direction. What they always told me, if you don’t vote you can’t bitch, lol!

You go register, if you aren’t and get out this November and vote!

Unblocking Chakras

UNBLOCKING CHAKRAS

It is vital to the energetic health of the patient that the upward flow of energy through the chakra system, and the flow of energy into and through each chakra, be maintained. If you have sensed that a chakra is blocked-that the energy stops its normal flow at that chakra-it is possible to restore the healthy upward energy flow.

Unblocking of chakras is done during the normal round of hand positions-with the hands on the chakra in the same position, and at the same time, as regular hand placement. When you have detected a blocked chakra at a certain location, clear it in the following way:

As you lay the hands on that chakra point during the normal course of treatment, visualize the appropriate symbol (see the diagram) in the proper way during the full time you treat that chakra, and at the same time visualize, intend and sense that a blockage in the upward flow of energy is being removed-visualize the energy that is flowing upwards through the spine, at that chakra point, flowing through the chakra, the blockage in the chakra being removed as it does so. You may find it easier to visualize the symbol and the chakra clearing with your eyes closed, as you learn. With a little practice will be able to visualize in the proper manner with your eyes open, as you practice this technique, and this is to be desired.

The symbols are each related to a certain manner of energy flow, and this energetic nature of the symbols relates to the chakras in this way. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakras, for example, bear a relationship to the Circle in their energetic functioning. The 4th, 5th and 6th chakras bear a relationship to the energetic nature of the Trine. The 7th chakra bears a close energetic relationship to the Star. Accessing the energetic nature of these symbols (and hence that of the corresponding chakra) through visualization, combined with the visualization of the chakra clearing, provides the effectiveness of this technique-the energy flow through the chakra is cleared, and the blockage is removed.

If you have perceived that a blockage of the first chakra exists, it must be treated in a slightly different way, as placing the hands on the corresponding body area (the genital region) is not done. The hands of any person, however, are receptive channels for the body energy, and the patient’s hands may be used to treat this chakra.

To clear the first chakra:

Place your hands on the patient’s hands, with each of your palms on a palm of your patient. As you send in the energy, visualize the Circle, and visualize-intend and sense-that the first chakra is being cleared. This will not be as focused a clearing as would be provided with direct hand placement, but will assist considerably.

As the diagram implies, the symbols are also associated with regions of the body as well. The Circle is associated with the abdomen below the diaphragm, the Trine with the area above the diaphragm up to the third eye, and the Star with the crown of the head. Visualization on the appropriate symbol during the laying-on-of-hands on supplementary areas may also be done. For example, when treating problems in the lower abdomen, you may, if you have sensed that it is appropriate, use a visualization of the Circle while placing the hands in supplementary positions after the usual chakra positions. Use of the symbols during treatment of positions other than blocked chakras will not be required on most patients, however, but if you sense it will benefit a particular condition you encounter, use it. It may interest you to know, also, that while one symbol predominates in each of these areas, elements of the others are also present.

Stones Associated With The Seventh Chakra

Seventh Chakra (crown of the head)

The seventh chakra is our direct connection to spirit. When it is balanced we understand our relationship with the universe. We dissolve the illusion that  we are separate from other humans and other forms of life. We appreciate our uniqueness and our places as parts of the whole. When it is blocked we compare  ourselves to others or to internal checklists (and usually find ourselves wanting). We feel lonely, we are afraid of death. Stones associated with the  seventh chakra:

Clear calcite brings spiritual understanding to problems on the earth plane.
Clear quartzThere are many forms of clear quartz. See our articles about Clusters and different kinds of Crystal Points.
Danburite helps us to view what happens in our lives from the soul perspective and have a feeling of calmness and serenity even when    life seems very difficult.
HerkimerThis form of clear quartz is especially brilliant, and has a particular ability to dissolve chakra blockages.
Selenite

Stones Associated With The Sixth Chakra

Sixth Chakra (between eyebrows)

This is the psychic center, and, when unblocked, the source of intuition, esp, and other psychic abilities. This chakra is particularly related to the  fears of cultures which wish to believe only that which they can experiences with the physical senses, and blockages abound, including fear of the  imagination, of dreams, and one’s “irrational” intuitions. Physical symptoms of blockage may include persistent headaches, insomnia, and  anxiety.

Stones associated with the sixth chakra:

Amethyst, known as nature’s tranquilizer, helps in sleep and in peaceful dreams.
Azurite helps us to consciously look at old programmed beliefs and dissolve them.
Charoite helps to dissolve fears, both known and unknown.
Hawk’s eye helps us to see our lives as with aerial vision.
Kyanite reminds me that everything which happens is for a purpose, and that we are ultimately in charge, and often brings to surface beliefs we    have accepted as fact.
Lapis helps us to discover our hidden beliefs and bring them to the surface.
Sodalite helps in balance when one is emotionally or mentally confused.
Moss agate helps to balance the left and right sides of the brain.
Sugilite helps to release resentment and guilt.

Stones Associated With The Fifth Chakra

Fifth Chakra (throat area)

This chakra governs communication and mental creativity. When it is balanced we communicate easily and effectively with others in both written and verbal  form. This includes being able to constructively express anger and other emotions. When it is blocked communication is difficult to impossible, and these may  be the people who say, “I’m just not creative.

In my experience there can be more physical blockages associated with the fifth chakra than with any other. These can include excessive eating and  drinking (good ways to keep the throat busy while preventing communication), and a range of respiratory diseases. Teeth and gum disorders fall into this  category, as well.

Stones for the fifth chakra:

Angelite helps us to communicate with angels and other nonphysical beings, as well as aiding in long-distance communication. It also    helps to dissolve anger.
Aqua Aura teaches us self-expression through service to others.
Aquamarine helps us to express ourselves in a tranquil way.
Blue lace agate helps to ground our communications with a sense of what can be accomplished.
Blue Topaz Helps us to communicate fearlessly that which we know to be true, and also stimulates creativity.
Celestite helps to calm the over-active mind and teaches us how to be receptive
Chrysocolla helps one to have self-confidence in personal expression.
Larimar enables us to communicate with others that which we feel deeply in our hearts and souls.
Turquoise helps us to enroll others to help in the manifestation of our desires.

Stones Associated With The Fourth Chakra

The Fourth Chakra (heart area)

This chakra relates to love and emotional well-being. When it is unblocked we give love unconditionally and attract to ourselves those people who give us  an abundance of love. When it is blocked we feel the lack of love in our lives as keenly as those with third-chakra blockages feel a lack of material  security. Heart conditions are the most common physical symptoms.

Stones associated with the fourth chakra:
