Friday’s mood could be a little fussy with the Moon’s presence in analytical Virgo. Yet being overly picky or narrow in our tastes is bound to limit the potential for having a good time. A challenging lunar square with expansive Jupiter in Gemini tends to take us off course early in the evening, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. It’s possible to feel pulled in several directions and it can be difficult to make decisions. But if we’re not overly concerned about the outcome, it’s easier to relax and go with the flow.

The Moon shifts into lovely Libra on Saturday afternoon to color the night with a romantic glow. Cooperation, compromise and concern for others are just a few ways to demonstrate the graciousness of this sociable sign. Taking the time to appreciate art and bask in beauty makes it easy to enjoy the ride on Libra’s harmonious waves. Those who stay up very late will experience a change of atmosphere as the Libra Moon crashes into hard aspects with reckless Uranus and ruthless Pluto in the wee hours of Sunday morning. Happily, a better mood emerges in the evening when a generous lunar trine to optimistic Jupiter in chatty Gemini provides a lighthearted atmosphere perfect for playing games and participating in intellectually stimulating conversations

Unfortunately, last night’s Mars-Pluto parallel may have wreaked havoc across the board and some of those intense vibes remain in the psychic atmosphere.  With the Moon in Pisces still in void mode, the Sun makes its annual opposition with Uranus (12:16AM PDT). Shock waves, surprises and overall unsettled conditions are par for the course right now. Mercury making a frictional, 135-degree link to Chiron (5:48AM PDT) may be able to be tweaked into offering you some healing and nurturing vibrations.  The Moon leaves void status in Pisces by entering fiery Aries (6:15AM PDT). Bold ideas are ripe for the picking — particularly as the Moon embraces Pallas in their monthly union (8:30AM PDT). Your skills as a problem-solver and strategist may be called upon.  However, another discordant aspect occurs as the Sun squares Pluto (10:56AM PDT). Now we have the center of our life — the radiant, light-giving and warmth-providing Sun — doing battle today with both revolutionary Uranus and underworld-ruling Pluto.
