This celebration is of rebirth and the return of the sun. Renewing of the old. It’s the beginning of longer, brighter days. A time to celebrate knowing that spring and warmer days lie ahead. A return of light, hope, and promise.
Litha- Southern Hemisphere-Summer Solstice
Longest day of the year where life & light are abundant. The time in which the son God is the strongest. Time of celebration by burning the sun wheel with promises of fertility and prosperity for the coming year. Also, a celebration of the Goddess because she is with child reflecting nature’s growth and abundance.

Memorial Day
Let’s not forgot to remember the people serving in the military and for those that gave all for our freedom. Sometimes we forget that if is wasn’t for them we would not be how we are today.
Also, lets thank law enforcement, fire crews, emergency medical people, doctors, nurses, and also forestry.

Ego…
Merry Meet,
I wanted to discuss today about the three parts of all of us. The first part of us is our spiritual part, which is represented by the upper 3 Chakras. Then there is the Ego part of us which is represented by the lower 3 Chakra’s. Now, the third part of us is the Heart.
Now, we have to choose everyday about what we are going to listen to…will it be the spiritual/heart part of us which is the “I AM” or the Ego part which is “I AM NOT”
Very important because the ego can and will ruin our lives if we let it take over and it will lead to devastation because it will lead to greed etc.
Thought this was the perfect time to let everybody think about this which to me is a very important decision for all of us.
I choose “I AM” but we each have the decision to make.

Monday Card Reading
Today I picked from my Archangel Animal Deck by Diana Cooper. To me animals, are very important in our lives. The card pulled was “The Owl”
Owls are teachers so what is the message for us today…So this is just a reminder to watch the words that you speak to others. You could have a positive affect on the person or a negative one. Therefore, listen to your words as you speak. This could help somebody that is having a bad day. As you speak your vibration is raised so imagine how we can help others if we are speaking positive.

I use the Witches Spell a Day Almanac and I wanted to share my experience with you. I find it very informative and it gives me a spell each day so if I feel like doing that spell I can.
Spells are part of us as witches and the ones in this book is just amazing. It gives the color of the day and the incense of the day. The spells I find very interesting.
I don’t do all of them but some I am drawn too. So, do you use this book and if so in what way?

Today’s card is “2 of Roses-Winged Messengers” The deck is The Akashic Tarot by Sharon Anne Klingler and Sandra Anne Taylor.
This card reveals there is some kind of conflict in the home or family. But this states it’s up to you to solve the issue. Be the peacemaker, sit and talk it out.
Also, the hawk in the photo coming in from the right, indicates more challenges are coming but you have the spirit to deal with whatever comes your way due to your knowledge of the situation.

Tuesday Card
The card for today is for us all. Its Blame-I accept responsibility for my well-being. The Deck is “The Soul’s Journey” by Jame Van Praagh.
So, this is what I get from this card and I feel it applies to all of us. It’s time to take responsibility for our actions. This virus has killed and now we need to step up and do our part–each of us.
Its time to stop blaming others for our own actions. So, step up today and take action to make your life better and remember to try and shift the blame to someone else is only going to hold you back.

National Doctor’s Day
Merry Meet. Today is National Doctor’s Day and I want to ask for prayers for all the doctors, nurses, EMT’s, Paramedics, anybody in the health related field. The virus does not discriminate and these brave people are facing it everyday.
I was a EMT, paramedic, and a nurse years ago and it is very hard dealing with deaths. So, please today if you can please light a white candle and call upon Arch Angel Raphael and ask for the all medical personnel to be protect from this virus.

Faith- Sacred Sites
Today I wanted to just speak about faith. The world is undergoing a cleansing and I hope this wakes everybody up. I do feel that the destroying of Mother Earth is a main reason why this is happening. For example, here in Arizona we are fighting to protect Oak Flat. It’s a very sacred place especially for the Apache People. The mines are trying to take it and destroy it by mining.
Oak Flat is a very sacred place that will be destroyed if we cant stop it. The Apache people are trying to stop it but we are waiting to find out.
Keep your faith with whats happening in this world. The virus, the destroying of Sacred Sites, and harming Mother Earth. I know it will be hard but pray and know that the Creator is with you.

Card of the Day: Scots Pine
The Scots Pine is a tree that we get great versatility from. It brings clarity, adaptability, and creativeness. But its main focus is to bring inspiration to follow our own path. The Pine brings forth saying “take responsibility for your actions” You are here to serve a higher purpose.
When the Pine is left our of our lives, we no longer can confront any issues in our life. So then what enters: confusion, fear, timid.
So, this card fits perfect for what is going on in this world. Remember, to be you and bring some Pine into your life. Go with what is inside you.

Now this card also reveals to me that we all hide to a certain degree. It could be what we practice that we hide, or it could be hiding who we really are.

Spell Work
A lot of us are having challenges so I wanted to share a spell that I made up for overcoming those challenges no matter what type of challenge it is…
What you will need:
Purple Candle
Dirt gathered from the four sacred directions where you live
A bag (any type) but small that will fit in your pocket
Then the first thing you do is light the candle and think about the challenge at hand as you stare into the flame. Now, you would place the dirt into whatever bag you have chosen, mixing it together and tie the bag and say “I am strong and successful. My fears only make me stronger and the challenges I face do not frighten me. I am strong and successful.”
Now take the bag and carry it in your pocket or purse whenever you go to face the world.
This is amazing and it works.

Witchcraft today…Has it affected you?
Witchcraft today is going strong. Most people think if you are practicing witchcraft is has to be evil when in truth its actually how you practice it.
I am firm believer in practicing witchcraft and practice it in the light. I know most people get scared and walk away from you. Well, that has happened to me since I have begun this journey. I am also a spiritual medium and I have lost so called friends from finding that out.
Do I care? No, they didn’t deserve me in their life. Witchcraft and mediumship is very important to me. I live my life the way I want to and I don’t need anyone’s approval for that. Accept me as I am or I don’t or need you in my life.
So, has this happened to you? I am sure it has but you know what don’t let it get you down. Just keep going and hold your head up.

My first Spell and Ritual
I am moving along with my Novice lessons and I wrote my first spell and Ritual and I must say I have never been so excited.
I am a published author and when I sat down to write my spell and ritual I thought “Oh gosh this will probably be hard.” But I sat down with confidence and wrote them both within an hour. It was amazing.
I want to say that I love this coven and everybody in it. Lady B is amazing and always there for me and Priestess Hypatia is also amazing. I just want thank the Coven for being there for me.
This is my path. I feel so connected now and its bring the best out of me. So thank you Coven Life and Witches of the Craft for allowing me to be me.

Mantras for the New Year
Happy New Year’s. I thought one of the best things for the new year is mantras. So, what are mantras? Mantras are repeating of words or sounds that is used to penetrate our unconscious mind. Usually they are chanting loudly but you can also say them silently or even listen to them.
So mantra for 2020 that I picked to post today is: “Believe in yourself, have faith, and remember you are important.”
Hope you practice this mantra to help you realize that you are one with the Universe and the 2020 is the year for change and you are the change.

White Buffalo Calf Woman

To the Native Americans the birth of a white buffalo is a symbol of rebirth and world harmony.
One summer, long ago, the seven sacred council fires of the Lakota Oyate, the nation, came together and camped. Every day they sent scouts to look for game, but the scouts found nothing, and the people were starving.
Among the bands assembled were the Itazipcho, the Without-Bows, who had their own camp circle under their chief, Standing Hollow Horn. Early one morning the chief sent two of his young men to hunt for game. They searched everywhere but could find nothing. Seeing a high hill, they decided to climb it in order to look over the whole country. Halfway up, they saw something coming toward them from far off, but the figure was floating instead of walking.
