Ancestral Money Draw Spell

Description

While the moon is waxing (moving from new to full) it is the perfect time to perform prosperity magic. We want to bring things into our lives during this moon cycle, and who doesn’t want a little extra money.

As the saying goes, sometimes you have to spend money to make money. This spell requires a few ingredients but packs a powerful punch, calling upon the ancestors for aid. Feel free to purchase only the necessary products, customize it to your will or perform the spell in it’s entirety.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:

7 day candle jar and a green 7 day pillar candle

Prosperity Oil

A jar of Money Draw Herbal Blend

lucky horseshoe

Ancestor Money

A jar of Magnet Attraction Sachet Powder

A roll of charcoal pucks

Pyrite stone

HOW TO PERFORM:

Begin by cleansing your empty jar with some sage smoke and your candle by running it under cold water for 30 seconds. Take 3 full breaths while holding your candle and visualize money and prosperity flowing effortlessly into your life. Connect with your intention deeply, use all your senses. Breathe your intention onto your candle 3 times and whisper your intention.

To dress your candle first choose a symbol or create a sigil for prosperity. The dollar sign works like a charm. Carve your symbol or sigil and your intention onto your candle. Next run the prosperity oil over top of your candle. Move in a clockwise direction from the top to the bottom to draw prosperity to you. Finally apply the money draw herbal blend to your oiled candle. Once your candle is fully dressed and charged place your candle in a fire safe container on your altar.

Write down that which you want to draw into your life onto your ancestor money. Be specific, ask for a precise amount of money and if it’s to pay bills don’t forget to include when you need it by. Offer the money to your ancestors for their help. Call them by name and make sure to give them an offering they like.

Place your ancestor money under your candle on your altar. Continue by placing the lucky horseshoe around your candle so that it sits in the ring of luck. Don’t forget to charge the horseshoe with your intention. Light your candle stating your intention while doing so.

In a fire proof bowl, on top of a bed of sand or salt, light your charcoal puck. place a scoop of magnet attraction sachet powder onto the lit puck and allow the incense to surround your spell. Inhale it and feel rich from the inside out. After the spell you can also place some of the powder in your wallet and sprinkle it onto your money.

Take your pyrite stone and anoint it in the magnet attraction smoke. For an added bonus anoint it with your prosperity oil. Hold it in your dominant hand and spend 10-30 minutes focusing on your intention. Feel yourself financially rich. When you are ready, safely take your ancestor money and light it from your candle and burn it knowing with certainty that your ancestors will come to your aid.

Take some time to divine any messages your candle flame has to offer. Candle flames can indicate possible blocks or results of your spell depending on the way it is burning.

Allow the candle to burn out then dispose of your spell work. This can be over several days. Carry the pyrite stone on your for and extra boost of prosperity. Lastly, don’t forget to offer your ancestors some of their favourite treats. Tobacco, tea, beer, cookies work depending on their preference.

March 12, 2026 Current Southern Hemisphere/Tomorrow’s Northern Hemisphere Moon Phase

The Moon phase for March 12th, 2026 is a Waning Crescent phase. This is the phase where the moon is less than 50% illuminated but has not yet reached 0% illumination (which would be a New Moon).

In this part of the moon cycle, it is getting closer and closer to the Sun as viewed from Earth and the night side of the Moon is facing earth with a decreasingly thin crescent being illuminated.

The waning (shrinking) crescement Moon will rise at around midnight, transit the meridian after sunrise, before setting after noon. This phase is best viewed 1-2 hours before sunrise and is a great time to see the features of the Moon’s surface. Along the illuminated crescent you can see the craters and mountains of the moon casting long shadows.

The Waxing Gibbous phase, like all moon phases, will last for just over 7 days. The actual length will vary because of the elliptical shaped orbit of the moon. During this Waxing Gibbous phase the moon will rise in the east in the mid- to late-afternoon and will be high in the eastern sky at sunset.

Assuming it’s a clear night, the Waxing Gibbous moon will then be visible through most of the night before setting just before sunrise.

Ten of Cups- Minor Arcana

Imagery and Symbolism

Rainbow…

Dancing Couple…

Children Playing…

River…

Green Landscape…

House…

Upright Meaning

Keywords

Harmony, Bliss, Complete Emotional Fulfillment, Family, Joy, Peace, Contentment.

General Overview

The Ten of Cups stands as a beacon of emotional and familial harmony. It represents the zenith of human happiness within the home and relationships, a paradise on Earth where love and joy overflow. The imagery is both vibrant and serene: a joyous family beneath a brilliant rainbow of cups. These cups are an emblem of emotional wealth and fulfillment, achieved through genuine connections and mutual respect.

It is a card that signifies the importance of bonds, be they blood or chosen. Here, there is a manifestation of dreams and aspirations in the realm of relationships and emotions. While most cards in the tarot deck may denote a journey or progression, the Ten of Cups marks a moment of arrival. It is the harmonious conclusion, the idyllic state one hopes to reach.

However, the presence of the rainbow, while symbolizing blessings and peace, also reminds us of the transient nature of such moments. They are to be cherished and acknowledged, for they arise from the culmination of effort, understanding, and love.

Reversed Meaning

Keywords

Broken Dreams, Disruption, Family Discontent, Misaligned Values, Shattered Harmony.

General Overview

In its reversed position, the Ten of Cups suggests a disruption in the idyllic picture it paints when upright. The harmony, joy, and mutual respect once symbolized by the radiant rainbow of cups are now under strain or possibly shattered. This card reversed hints at broken dreams, disappointments, or the realization that the perceived perfect situation was an illusion or perhaps taken for granted.

It reminds us that true happiness and harmony, especially in familial or close relationships, require continuous effort, understanding, and mutual respect. When the card is reversed, it may signal that some of these foundational elements are missing or weakened. It’s a prompt to evaluate our relationships and our emotional landscape, searching for the root of discontent or dissonance.

While the imagery is a stark contrast to its upright position, it also serves as a valuable lesson. The universe often presents challenges to steer us back onto the path of genuine happiness and fulfillment, urging us to address issues rather than brush them under the carpet.

Hexagram Thirty-One/31

Hsien / Influence (Wooing)

Upper trigram: Tui The Joyous, Lake

Lower trigram: Kên Keeping Still, Mountain

Comments on the Hexagram

The name of the hexagram means “universal,” “general,” and in a figurative sense “to influence,” “to stimulate.” The upper trigram is Tui, the Joyous; the lower is Kên, Keeping still. By its persistent, quiet influence, the lower, rigid trigram stimulates the upper, weak trigram, which responds to this stimulation cheerfully and joyously. Kên, the lower trigram, is the youngest son; the upper, Tui, is the youngest daughter. Thus the universal mutual attraction between the sexes is represented. In courtship, the masculine principle must seize the initiative and place itself below the feminine principle.

Just as the first part of book 1 begins with the hexagrams of heaven and earth, the foundations of all that exists, the second part begins with the hexagrams of courtship and marriage, the foundations of all social relationships.

The Judgement

The weak element is above, the strong below; hence their powers attract each other, so that they unite. This brings about success, for all success depends on the effect of mutual attraction. By keeping still within while experiencing joy without, one can prevent the joy from going to excess and hold it within proper bounds. This is the meaning of the added admonition, “Perseverance furthers,” for it is perseverance that makes the difference between seduction and courtship; in the latter the strong man takes a position inferior to that of the weak girl and shows consideration for her. This attraction between affinities is a general law of nature. Heaven and earth attract each other and thus all creatures come into being. Through such attraction the sage influences men’s hearts, and thus the world attains peace. From the attractions they exert we can learn the nature of all beings in heaven and on earth.

The Image

A mountain with a lake on its summit is stimulated by the moisture from the lake. It has this advantage because its summit does not jut out as a peak but is sunken. The image counsels that the mind should be kept humble and free, so that it may remain receptive to good advice. People soon give up counseling a man who thinks that he knows everything better than anyone else.

Numerology

Twenty-Two

Known as the “Master Builder,” the number 22 is also blessed with the intuition of the aforementioned 11, with an added gift of practical effort that gives it the ability to turn even the loftiest visions into realities. The 22 has many of the same attributes as its single-digit counterpart, the number 4 — rational thinking, methodical steps, solid structures — but with far greater instincts and people skills. This gives the Master Number 22 the power to envision a grand idea and materialize it in the real world.

But people with 22s in their Numerology chart are not magicians, they are actualizers — confident, hard workers intent on creating something of great value and meaning. Throughout a lifetime of setbacks and struggles, these people learn what it means to stay dedicated to their life purpose. Each trial is a spiritual lesson in how much one can achieve if they keep their eyes on the prize and work with the currents of the universe.

Master Numbers are so powerful that their energy must be acknowledged. Resisting the influence of the Master Number 22 usually results in idleness or a total lack of direction. These people may realize too late in life that they are unprepared and unaccomplished. However, when a person accepts and aligns with the powerful potential of the 22, then truly anything is possible.

Welcome to WOTC! A Thought for Today

Soul Contract

The idea bred false conclusions

And a fateful contract

Signed in blood

Ancient text with ancient rite

Demon summoning

Lonely crossroads

It sounded easy

No payment due

Saved until a future day

Bargaining with your soul

What’s the value

None can say

They rather trade it away

Earthly pleasures

They’re easy to see

Wealth, fame, power

Living life so lavishly

Yet time

Time’s a mortal enemy

Try not to think

That eternal damnation

A constant cycle of cremation

But only after pain

And so much suffering

Distract yourself

Try not to see

Deal with it eventually

You want it now

Everything

Eternal youth and diamond rings

Pleasures only flesh can bring

Forgotten was the ancient spell

Your private highway

Your road to hell

Tied now to the hourglass

Amazing run will travel fast

The pact fulfilled

The payment due

Now he comes

Comes for you

The Moon phase for March 11th, 2026 is the Last Quarter phase, which is also sometimes known as the Third Quarter. In this phase, the moon has completed three quarters of it’s orbit around the earth and exactly half of the moon is illuminated and half is in darkness.

The Last Quarter phase comes roughly 3 weeks after the New Moon and this is when the moon has completed three quarters of its orbit around the Earth (hence the name, Last Quarter). The moon will rise around midnight on the eastern horizon, transits the meridian at sunrise, before setting at noon in the west.

The Last Quarter of the moon phase cycle happens on one day. It’s followed by the intermediate phase, Waning Crescent, and will become less illuminated every day until it reaches the New Moon phase.

One Person’s View Point About the Sun Phases Part 1 of 6

Sun Phases

The Sun emits an uncomplicated, direct masculine energy that is warm and golden-feeling. Unlike the Moon, He moves through several different phases every day availing the practitioner of unlimited opportunities for immediate spellwork. His wide range of properties can boost almost any magickal effort normally aided by the Moon.

My View Point of How to Use Sun Phases for Spells

While almost every witch follows Moon phases for doing spells, rituals, and other magickal works. I also use the Sun phases, especially because my patron God is Ra.

Every day there is a waxing, full, waning and new phases for the Sun besides the seasonal changes. From sunrise to noon is the waxing phases, the full phase is from 11:55 AM to 12:05 PM, the waning follows until sunset is the new phase.

For the seasons spring is the waning, summer the full phase, fall is the waxing phase and winter the new phase.

This idea and the phases may seem a bit strange to people but when the Moon is in the wrong phases for something I cannot wait to do I use the daily and if possible the Sun phases. This gives me more options of what I need to do.

(One Person’s View Point) Solar Witch: How to Cast SUN MAGICK in 11 Ways

All these witches be talkin’ about the moon. Moon phases, rituals and moon water. But what about the witches who prefer the sun? Do they exist? Yes, we do! I know because I’m one of them. If you feel empowered by the sun more than the moon, you might be a solar witch. And if you’d just like to incorporate more sun magick into your practice, we’ve got you covered!

A Solar Witch & The Sun’s Magick

What makes the sun magical? Is it the same type of magick as the moon? The sun fuels all life on this planet. While the moon has a huge effect on us, and pulls the tides, I’d venture to say the sun is more important. If I had to choose one. (Lunar witches don’t be mad at me!) The sun is necessary for many reasons including the growth of plants and trees, for our own physical and mental health, and to keep our planet warm and alive! Sun = LIFE.

11 Ways to Make SUN MAGICK

The way the solar witch makes sun magick is only limited by imagination and inspiration. Forge your own path, but if you need ideas:

1. Sunbathing

2. Magical Timing With the Sun

3. Sun Water

4. Sun & Fire Plants

5. Seasons & Sabbats

6. Sun Magick with Colors

7. Sun Tea

8. Solar Plexus

9. Sun Salutations

Spell For Tomorrow – An Evaluation/Promotion Tarot Spell

(YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE ANY SPELLS POSTED TO A DOCUMENT TO PRINT AND/OR SAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can find the origin of the spell by clicking on the hyperlink.)

Got an evaluation coming up at work? There is nothing worse than having to go over a review form. You know you deserve a good raise, but how much will your manager or the company be willing to dole out? Or are you trying for a promotion? Sounds like it’s time to hedge your bets, so to speak. Try your hand at this tarot spell.

Gather the following:

• A carnelian tumbled stone for success and to boost your career or a quartz crystal point for extra power
• 1 yellow or gold candle (white will do in a pinch-it’s an all-purpose color)
• Three tarot cards: the Ace of Wands, the Sun, and the Chariot
• An item in sympathy with the spell that you are casting

You can also add the health, wealth, and success philter to this spell if you wish. Just anoint the spell candle with the solar-powered oil you have created.

What exactly is an item of sympathy? It is any item that is sympathetic to what you are working for. Since this is a job-related spell, an item in sympathy could be your recent paycheck stub, ID badge, or your business card. So, with that thought in mind, adding this sympathetic item to your other correspondences only helps to unify the magick. It does this by uniting the energies and giving you something very specific to focus on.

Arrange your items in front of the candle. If you wish, anoint the spell candle with the philter. Now, light the spell candle and focus on the cards and your item of sympathy, pathy, and then repeat the spell below three times. Check out the last line of the spell and adjust this as necessary.

Just like the golden child who rides under the sun
I call for recognition of a job well done
This spell candle illuminates my way
Bring success and wealth to all my days
Goddess, bless my ambitions, they are fair and true
While this higher career goal/promotion I do now pursue.

Close the spell by saying:

For the good of all, with harm to none
By the sun and stars, this spell is done.

Let the candle burn until it goes out on its own. Keep the carnelian in your pocket or purse, and the cards and your item of sympathy together and on your person for one week, until the following Sunday.

Six of Wands – Minor Arcana

Success after hard work.

A woman with a small dragon on her shoulder stands with a crown on her head. A five-point star is centered on her forehead, directly over the spiritual third eye. This symbolizes the woman’s connection with spiritual guidance and her access to ancient knowledge. Before her is a table covered with rolled scrolls, quill pens, and other magickal equipment. Prominently to the front is a brass vase holding six crystal topped wands. Other small dragon fly and sit about the room. The star (pentacle of protection and a symbol of the Goddess) and the crown (spiritual enlightenment) reveal that this magician is on a higher path of life. She has gathered her will power (the wands) and placed them in a position to bring about fertility an manifestation (the vase). This fertile energy is repeated in the Celtic scrollwork carved into the table, the magician’s center for working her will.

Divinatory Meaning: You are rewarded with success after hard work. A message of good news brightens your day. There could be advancement in career. Supportive friends give you the courage to follow your dreams.

“Music is essential to your healing and well-being, whether sing, playing an instrument, or listening”

In order to diagnose their patients, one of the questions, that shamans often asked was when the patient stopped singing. If it had been quite some time, the shaman was certain to recommend sing (among other remedies) as an essential aspect of recovery. All that’s involved when you sing — the fullness and rhythm of your breathing, the opening of your mouth and jaw, and the soulful and creative expressions of your spirit — serves to enhance your health and raise your vibrations.

Similarly, playing an instrument can touch those inner creative depths that yearn to be expressed through song. Simply Listening with your full attention to you favorite tune or melody can also inspire and heal. Make music as essential to your lifestyle as eating and breathing.

You can breach the inhibitions about expressing yourself musically that you’ve acquired over the years in some very simple and easy ways: Sing, chant, or play an instrument! Take a few voice lessons as a means to shore up your confidence. Let the magical child inside help you rediscover the joy of creating music. Dive in and play!

The Moon phase for March 10th, 2026 is a Waning Gibbous phase. This is the first phase after the Full Moon where the illumination of the moon decreases each day until it reaches 50% (the Last Quarter phase).

During this phase, the illumination of the moon will go down from 99.% to 50.1%. As a Pisces born on March 9th

Astrological symbol: Fish. The sign of the Fish represents people born February 19 – March 20, when the Sun is placed in Pisces. It describes the ambivalence of the spirit and the versatility around.

The Pisces Constellation with visible latitudes between +90° to -65° and the brightest star Van Maanen’s, is one of the twelve zodiac constellations. It is spread on an area of 889 sq degrees between Aquarius to the West and Aries to the East.

The name Pisces is the Latin name for Fish. In Greece, Ihthis is the name of the sign for March 9 zodiac sign, while in Spain is Pisci and in France Poissons.

Opposite sign: Virgo. This is important because it reflects upon the courtesy and orderliness of Virgo natives who are thought to be and have everything those born under the Pisces sun sign want.

Modality: Mobile. This suggests the thinker nature of people born on March 9 and that they are a symbol of harmony and eccentricity.

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS March 9, you make many sacrifices. You get so involved with people that you think you can read their minds or feel what they are feeling. Your intuition and sensitivity are what defines you as a Pisces born on March 9.

Although Pisces, you have the gift of psychic abilities, you use it only when someone needs your assistance. You feel truly blessed to be able to enrich somebody’s life. You enjoy having this attribute. You will not use it for material gain, however.

Your birthday personality shows that this ability to “see” a situation forthright gives you joy and pleasure. Other times, you feel like this emotional boomerang. Having this gift has its pros and cons. It is mentally draining to have many burdens laid at your footstep. You want to help but some times, it can be overwhelming.

The March 9th birthday horoscope shows that your natural zeal puts you in the best situations to meet people although some Pisceans born on this day are shy, sensitive and at times, are withdrawn. But you don‘t stay this way forever.

You continue to carry out your daily duties as usual. You have too much to do to wallow in self-doubt. If today is your birth day, you realize you have to take care of your emotional needs in order to be effective or give your best to anyone else.

If most Pisceans could combine all their talents into a profession, they would make excellent troubleshooters or mediators. You love helping people. Your dedication to the cause deserves a reward. Welcome to WOTC! A Thought for Today

To me my personal soul contract was found by doing shadow work. I strongly suggest if you are going to do shadow work that you do it with someone you trust 100% as looking at your shadows can bring up some pretty scary things from this and past lifetimes.

Information About the Moon and the Sun In Magickal Practice

Something to me that gets over looked often is the place the Sun has in pagan/witchcraft traditions. There are many spells better done during the day rather than at night. I personally always do protection spells during the day as negative entities are weaker than and the Sun can and does help make this type of spell stronger in my experience.

The Sun has phases just as the Moon does. Where the Moon phases go on a monthly basis the Sun’s phases are daily. So I decided the topic of informationally posts this week will be about the Moon or Sun in witchcraft. I find the differences in working spells and/or rituals during the day rather than at night can make a spell and/or ritual either stronger or weaker.

If there is a specific Sun and/or Moon Goddesses and/or Gods you would like me to post more information about please leave the deities name or names in a comment on this post.

During the Summer Solstice, or “Midsummer”, Pagans celebrate the peak of the sun’s power and its vital role in the cycle of life.

Throughout human existence many civilizations have praised the life giving abilities of the Sun and have treated it as a deity. Below are a list of different Gods and Goddesses associated with the Sun.

In many mythologies the Sun is often a male and he chases a female Moon goddess across the skies. This is reversed in Norse mythology as the Sun (Sol) is a female and the Moon (Mani) is male.
