The Chakras represent the seven primary energy hubs in the body. Life force energy is constantly flowing in and out of these centers. Just as the cosmos is constantly changing, so too are the levels of energy absorbed and radiated by our Chakra centers. The graph below is a representation of the quantities of Chakra energies available today.
Sahasrara – The Crown Chakra represents energies associated with cosmic consciousness, spirituality, knowledge, wisdom and inner peace.
Ajna – The Third Eye Chakra represents energies focused on both physical and spiritual vision. Psychic powers resonate from the Ajna Chakra, as well as your image of the Cosmos as a whole (the big picture) and the many nuances that make your journey unique.
Vishuddha – Throat Chakra is the energy center associated with communication and creativity. Your energy to express yourself verbally and creatively are derived from the Vishuddha Chakra.
Anahata – The Heart Chakra’s energy is concentrated on issues concerning your emotions. This energy fuels your power to love, feel compassion and maintain balance between disparate aspects of your being.
Manipura – The Power Chakra provides the energy that fuels our strength of will, individuality and sense of self-worth.
Svadhisthana – The Spleen or Sacral Chakra supplies the energy we use emotionally and sexually. This is the energy used to connect to others.
Muladhara – The Root or Base Chakra furnishes the energy used to create and maintain our foundation. This is the energy that keeps us on firm ground and provides us with the basic skills to uphold a place in the world.

Today’s I Ching Hexagram for Everyone:
Saturday, April 30th, 2011
General Meaning: Following brings supreme success. You may not be able to change the direction of the wind, but by frequently adjusting your sails, you can arrive at your destination.
Those who would acquire a following must speak the language of their followers. Those who would be loved must become the envisioned lover of their beloved. Those who would prosper must bend with natural forces and the pressures of society. In matters of principle, stand firm; in matters of style and taste, swim with the current.
In all human affairs, change is constant. In order to stay fresh, old ideas and patterns must continually be discarded in favor of new ones. Only by being adaptable to the demands of the time can the highest good emerge. Only by adjusting to changing circumstances can you prosper. Remain flexible, and you will gain the confidence of those around you. Bend and you shall not break.
Today’s Tarot Card for Everyone:
This Tarot Deck: Lovers Path
What has traditionally been known as the World card points to the presiding intelligence, called “Sophia,” or Wisdom, which upholds life on this and all worlds. A more precise title for this card might be “the Soul of the World,” also applicable as a symbol of personal empowerment and freedom. In most Tarot decks it is a female figure that has become our standard World image. She originates in Hebrew, Gnostic and Alchemical lore, and stands between heaven and earth as the Cosmic Mother of Souls, the Wife of God and our protector from the karmic forces we have set loose upon the Earth in our immaturity and ignorance.
Where the Empress energy secures and fertilizes our terrestrial lives, the goddess of The World invites us into cosmic citizenship — once we come to realize our soul’s potential for it. Just as the Chariot stands for success in achieving a separate Self, and Temperance represents achievement of mental and moral health, the World card announces the awakening of the soul’s Immortal Being, accomplished without the necessity of dying.
This card, like the Sun, is reputed to have no negative meaning no matter where or how it appears. If the Hermetic axiom is “Know Thyself”, this image represents what becomes known when the true nature of Self is followed to creative freedom and its ultimate realization.
This is an intense weekend with five planets and the Moon in excitable Aries. But attractive Venus opposes repressive Saturn today, limiting our pleasure intake. We want instant satisfaction, yet Saturn delays gratification. Nevertheless, the Moon’s contact with the Venus-Saturn opposition tempts us to over-personalize our experiences. Thankfully, the restraint will be short-lived as we approach a confident Mars-Jupiter conjunction later tonight.
You may be getting tired of the same old story. You’re hot to trot today, but you must wait for one reason or another. But instead of getting yourself all worked up because you cannot have what you want now, try taking a more mature approach and acknowledge that you may have something important to learn. Others love your fiery approach to life, but they will respect you more if you can also be patient when it’s appropriate.
You might not allow yourself to have a good time now, especially if you believe that others will judge you harshly if you don’t deliver on your promises. Unfortunately, stern Saturn’s tense opposition to your key planet Venus turns you into your own taskmaster. There’s nothing wrong with catching up on chores; just don’t harbor resentment toward those who choose play over work today. Don’t worry; your chance for fun will be waiting for you later on.
You are ready to lose yourself in a crowd today, whether at a party, a sporting event or the mall. It’s your way of temporarily forgetting about all your responsibilities, but this strategy won’t work no matter how invisible you feel or how fast you run. Fortunately, you can still enjoy yourself in a social setting as long as you don’t have escape on your mind. Make the most of your time with others and then return to the chores you set aside earlier.
You are uncharacteristically motivated to take bold action because you want to demonstrate a more dynamic side of your personality today. But you could try too hard and end up feeling rather foolish if you think you have to do something out of the ordinary just to be accepted by your friends and family. Instead of playing all your cards out in the open, do what comes naturally. It might be wiser now to assume the role of the strong and silent supporter rather than taking center stage.
You want to have a little excitement in your life today and you’re ready to lead the charge on an adventure with your friends. Unfortunately, they may not be as enthusiastic as you are now. Instead of trying to get others to support your idea of fun, leave them to their more sedate ways and go off by yourself. When you’re done with your excursion, you can return refreshed and rejoin those you left behind.
You’re not interested in your typical analytical approach to relationships now; you are intrigued by juicier rewards that lure you out of your comfort zone. You feel more emotionally assertive than usual and might even frighten someone close to you because of your heightened sense of urgency. Paying attention to how others react and having the courtesy to give them the space they need today can bring the results you seek.
As a Libra, you’re often more interested in maintaining harmony in a relationship than in always getting your way. The moody Moon joins your key planet Venus in your 7th House of Partnerships today, reemphasizing what others want. Although you are normally comfortable with taking care of someone else’s needs, you’ve had enough of being taking for granted. Stand up for yourself now by putting your foot down to set limits. However, don’t be surprised if it takes longer than you prefer to be taken seriously.
You are able to tell someone what you want today in no uncertain terms. You’re also able to do it in a manner of clarity that doesn’t blame anyone else for your dissatisfaction. In fact you seem somewhat detached from your needs even as you express them. However, you could be holding onto unexpressed anger, possibly on an unconscious level. Don’t bury your feelings; if something is bothering you, get it off your chest or it could return later in the form of a projection.
You may not be willing to modify your plans today in order to be included by your family or friends. You would rather separate yourself from others and keep your sense of integrity, even if it means doing something on your own. Thankfully, you won’t likely feel left out because you could be too busy riding your own wave of creative expression. Nevertheless, you’ll probably feel happy to be back in the fold tomorrow.
You are quite aware of how you must suppress certain desires today in order to accomplish very specific goals. You want to have as much fun as the next person, but you’re also able to put personal pleasure into a wider perspective. Still, you can’t help but contemplate the emotional cost of success now. Everything has its price; just don’t sell yourself short.
You may have set goals that you now realize you cannot quite reach. Or, perhaps, an obstacle prevents you from doing as much as you wanted to do on a project. But instead of feeling defeat or discouragement, you might have a sense of relief as you reconstruct your day now that you have more time to enjoy yourself. Fortunately, today’s dark storm cloud has a silver lining.
You may be tempted to make an impulse purchase today, but this could be a setup for buyer’s remorse. Perhaps the item in question costs more than you originally thought. Or, maybe, you worry that it’s not a good investment because it’s something you don’t really need. Take your time and logically analyze the pros and cons of spending your money. If after rational consideration the expenditure still makes sense, then go ahead because it’s probably a smart acquisition.
Mars conjunct Jupiter
Saturday, April 30, 9:26 pm PDT, Sunday, May 1, 12:26 am EDT
Active Mars and expansive Jupiter join up in fiery Aries to set a blaze of enthusiasm that’s made for adventure. Whether it’s a personal quest or a professional enterprise, the ability to burn away doubt and take on risky experiences is strong now. If anger or aggression is high, channeling it toward a creative project will be much more peaceful and productive than engaging in combat. This is high-octane fuel to propel us forward with courage and energy to handle challenges of all kinds.
The Lady’s Prayer
Our Mother who art all things,
Our Lady who art the moon, sun, and heavens,
Hallowed be thy name
By thy sovereignty of the sacred land,
Thy divine will be done
On Earth as it is in all realms
Give us this day our daily bread
Bless and guide us, Great Goddess
And protect us from all harm and evil
For thine is the power, beauty, and love
Forever, and a day. Ayea!
CANDLE SPELL TO STOP HARASSMENT
Timing: During the waning moon. Use a brown candle (an image candle, if you can)
to represent the person who is harassing you.
Write the person’s name on the front and back of the candle.
On a small piece of parchment paper, write:
‘From now on, (name) will say nothing but sweet words about me and to me.
By the power of Aradia, so mote it be!’
Put a drop of honey in the middle of the paper and roll it into a ball.
Heat a knife, pin or your athame, make a gash in the candle (in its mouth, if it’s an image candle)
and stuff the paper ball into it.
Let the candle burn a little while every night for an odd number of nights, to a maximum
of nine nights. Throw the remnants into flowing water, but save some candle drippings
or ash to sprinkle in the path of your oppressor.
Healing & Uplifting Body Soak
2 cups dead sea salt (can improvise with sea salt)
2 cups of fine sea salt (crushed not the large granules)
2 cups epsom salt
1/8 cup pulverized orange rinds
1/4 cup crumbled peppermint (the leaves not the candy)
2 tbsp of these: Myrrh, sweet orange, and sandlewood essential oils (easy to get and pretty cheap)
Begin on a Friday during the waning moon. Mix salts in large nonreactive bowl. Recite:
“Precious gift from the Mothers of river and sea,”
Grind orange rinds and say:
“Uplift my spirits with your blessed fruit.”
Add to salts and mix well. Stir in crushed peppermint saying:
“In honor of Mother Earth, please hear my plea.”
In seperate bowl blend essential oils, then pour over salt mixture. Put into a screw top container, mixing well. Shake all ingrediants for three days, mixing them well. Do you have a crystal ball or something like one? Try to find something to concentrate on, a mirror, or maybe a shiny object. Focus intently on conjuring up healing power as you mix the soak.
Use two cups per bath. Use cool water. If possible place a gardinia petal or plant on silver or white silk cloth by window or table. Take bath in the evening of the Friday of a waning moon. Burn soothing incense in a sea shell over a hot charcoal.
Now, open your spirit and release your grief, sorrow, despair, whatever you are feeling into the water and into the smoke. As you watch the tub drain when finished, visualize your anguish, pain, sorrow leaving along with the water.
2 parts Frankincense
