Lady A’s Spell Of The Day for 8/10: SPELL TO AVERT EVIL

SPELL TO AVERT EVIL

You will need:
* three small pine branches, a few feet in length (or three fern fronds)
The Spell:
To banish evil that has come, go into your garden at night.
Cut three small pine branches, a few feel long, or three fern fronds.
Circle your garden with these slowly and call forth all the powers and spirits of your garden
in whatever words feel good to you. Express your hurts and fears and ask for help from the
Earth Mother. Then “sweep” the house with these branches or fronds, pushing all the
dark energies out the front door forcefully, saying:
OUT! OUT! AVERT! AVERT! EVIL OUT IS– ALHIZ! ALHIZ!
Throw the branches away, off your property.

Air and Fire Energy Spell

Air and Fire Energy Spell

Try this air and fire spell to boost both your mental and physical energy. Place a few drops of rosemary oil in a diffuser or on a cotton ball, and inhale, facing east, while saying:

Winds of intellect, attend me.
My mind is strong and alert.
I retain all I learn.
I remember all that is important.
Winds of intellect, attend me!

Repeat whenever needed, preferably outside on a windy day. Now place black pepper oil or crushed peppercorns in a diffuser or on a cotton ball and (carefully!) inhale. Facing south, say:

Fire of strength, attend me.
I am physically fit and strong.
I perform my work energetically.
I am free of fatigue and lassitude.
Fire of strength, attend me!

Repeat whenever necessary, preferably in front of a bonfire or blazing fireplace.

RELATIONSHIP-ENDING SPELL

RELATIONSHIP-ENDING SPELL

Here is a handy spell to end a relationship. You will need to know your astrology symbols.
Get a black piece of paper.
On this black paper at the top of it you want to put the signs for Pluto, the Moon,
and Saturn, on the paper, in black ink, at the top.
At the bottom put a pentagram (five pointed star) upside down, also in black ink.
On one side of the star put your birthday, on the other you put your partner’s birthday,
also in black ink.
Burn the paper. As you do so shout “NAI-KAM-MO”
Mail the ashes to the person. (Only do this spell once a week until that person leaves.)

Lady A’s Spell of the Day for Aug. 4th: Spell To Lock Out Anything Nasty

SPELL TO LOCK OUT ANYTHING NASTY
You need to start by meditating before hand on the effect of the spell for at least 15 minutes.
Then, to cast, you sprinkle holy (consecrated to the Lord and Lady) water mixed with salt and
powdered iron; (try potteries to get this) Stand in front of the door that you want to lock…or in
the case of a person the 3rd eye point which is between the eyebrows just above their level.
Then place your hands on the 3rd chakra point or door and concentrate your energies
going down your right arm and going through the door and back into your left arm.
Then you start chanting over and over:

“Portal be controlled and mine, Become as one with my mind,
I hold thee fast, To make this last,
open you not, as I weave the knot, of my power from within.”

Keep chanting this as you build up power, and imagine the circle of energy (right arm through
door back into left arm) getting faster and faster. Then upon release, visualize a green field of
energy coming up in front of the door or the 3rd eye chakra.

A Spell to Help You Keep A Positive Attitude In Illness and Thereby Encourage Healing

A daily spell can help you to focus your own self-healing powers and will act as a reminder that you are still yourself and not the illness.

You will need:

Sheets of white paper; a selection of crayons in rainbow colours; a black pencil.

Timing:

Every day of the illness, when you get up.

The spell:

  • On day one, draw an outline of a figure and cover it with black dots.

  • Crayola over the dots with different colours. When you have finished, say six times: Today I will feel better, and tomorrow I will recover even more

  • Throw away the paper.

  • Each day, draw fewer and fainter black dots and make the colours brighter and more intense. Repeat the chant six times and throw away the paper

  • When after a number of days you have no more dots to draw, just colour the figure and repeat the words six times. The spell is done.

Just me pestering you again, lol……..

Today throughout the posts you will find different posts about Magickal Intention. Your intention, as we all know, is the reason we do the spell. It is our “Intention” that drive the spell, like I said we all know this. Basically intentions are simple magickal needs  love is one, money another and protection a third.

I know the Elder Witches already know what to cast for and if their intentions are true. But the new ones to the Path might not. They could be having doubts if they can cast for such & such, or shouldn’t they.  Hopefully this will help them in their learning. And the others can skip over them or use them as a refresher course. Either way I hope you enjoy the posts today.

Daily OM for June 2 – Composing Bliss

 Composing Bliss
Poetry as Meditation

Sculpting your thoughts into a poem can take you on a journey where your conscious mind is momentarily cast adrift.
The creation of any kind of art can be as much a form of meditation as a vehicle for self-expression. Energetically splashing colors of paint onto a canvas can be like casting the weight of the world off your shoulders, while raising your voice to hit the high notes of a song can inspire you to release your fears so you can reach new heights in your own life. And then there is the act of meditation that can take place when you create poetry. Sculpting your thoughts and emotions into a poem can take you on a journey into your inner universe where your conscious mind is momentarily cast adrift.

Like other forms of meditation, writing poetry requires that you stay fully present during the process, rather than focusing on any outcome. In doing so, you release any inhibitions or ideas of “what needs to happen,” so that your thoughts can flow freely through you. When you write poetry, you are able to see the reflections of your innermost self imprinted on a page.

If you’d like to experience poetry as a meditation practice, you might want to try this exercise: Set aside twenty minutes where you can be alone in a quiet space. You may want to look at poems other people have written to see if there is a style of poetry you would like to try. You can also try writing in freeform. The structure of the poem will then organically reveal itself to you. When you are ready, sit down with pen and paper and let the words flow. Don’t think about what you are going to say next, and don’t worry about spelling, grammar, or logic. Instead, be as descriptive, visually precise, rhythmic, or lyrical as you want to be. When you feel complete, put the pen down, and read over what you’ve written. Appreciate this work of art you have created. You may even find that thoughts and emotions you had repressed before are now making themselves known so you can process and release them. Writing poetry as a form of meditation lets you slow down your mind long enough for you to get out of your own way, so that your soul can freely express its deepest yearnings.

Crafting The Spell: Laying The Groundwork

Spells function best when some sort of context exists for them in which to manifest. Have you acted in the physical world to work on the situation you intend to address with a spell? Spells will not solve your problems for you. They will help, but leaving them to function without putting any other effort in on your end reduces the chances of the spell coming to successful fruition. Would you cast a spell to pass an exam for an area of study with which you had no experience? What would be the point of that?

Lady A’s Spell of the Day for April 26: Spell to Create A Psychic Electric Fence Around Yourself

A Spell To Create a Psychic Electric Fence Around Yourself

If you are a kind, sensitive person,, you may experience more than your fair share of spite and malice. In time, this can cause you to feel constantly anxious and exhausted because you are unable to relax. You may feel spooked at night (even though you are not), because nasty remarks, sarcasm and belittling words attach themselves to your aura (the invisible psychic energy field that surrounds each of us). By creating a protective psychic fence you can shed the negativity that others have imposed on you and prevent further attacks on your psyche.

You will need:
A fibre optic lamp or two torches

Timing:
Just after dark

The Spell:

  • Holding a torch in each hand, shine light all over your body with whirling movements, or stand in the glow of the moving fibre optic light. Picture the light forming sparks around your outline.
  • Put down the torches (but leave them shining towards you), and shake yourself like a dog who has been in water to dislodge any lingering negativity from your aura.
  • Shake your hands and arch the over your head, picturing a gentle golden glow spreading around you like a gold sphere. Say: When I shake my hands I will activate the force field round me so none can harm me with word or malicious thought.
  • The imagined light will fade, but it will remain in the background for whenever you need protection.

Lady A’s Spell of the Day for April 25: Break Another Witches Spell

The following ingredients are needed:

A Length Of Silver Cord Or String
Your Boline (Magickal Knife Used For Cutting) Or A Pair Of Scissors .

Tie one knot in each end of the silver cord, as you do this visualize one knot representing you and the other person who has cast the spell or hex.

Cut the cord in the centre, chant the following, and see the spell breaking: “From you to me this spell I break, This was not right for you to make. It’s path I will abruptly end, And back to you the spell I send”

Lady Abyss’ Spell Of The Day: Scrying Spell to See The Future

Scrying Spell to See the Future

It may take some practice to learn to relax and allow visions to come to you. Trust your intuition and pay attention to what you feel as well as what you see.

Best time to perform this spell:

*   During the new moon

*   When the sun or moon is in cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces

*   On Mondays

Ingredients or equipment needed:

*   A cauldron or large dark bowl filled with water

*   A broom straw

*   2 cloves, crushed

*   A rose thorn or common pin

*   Rubbing Alcohol

The Spell:

  1. Fill the cauldron or bowl with water and sprinkle the crushed cloves in it.
  2. Sterilize the thorn or pin and your finger with rubbing alcohol, then prick your finger and squeeze a drop of blood into the water.
  3. Make three, slow, gentle clockwise circles in the water with the broom straw. Gaze into the water without skepticism or preconceptions. Allow impressions about your future to arise into your awareness–don’t censor or analyze, just keep an open mind and an open heart. Gaze as long as you like.
  4. When you’re finished, empty the water, and write down what you experienced.

Lady A’s Spell of the Day for 4/5: ANGER BANISHMENT SPELL

ANGER BANISHMENT SPELL

The following ingredients are needed

One onion

This is the banish anger from yourself.

Take your onion and wash it in fresh spring water (purchased also from the witches’ friend, the local supermarket). This spell is best performed during a waxing moon. Wear earth colors to ground you and, if you wish, burn some sandalwood oil or incense. By the light of a black candle (black absorbs negativity, remember!) peel your onion at midnight. As the tears_come, take away a layer of the pain you are feeling with each layer of the onion that you peel away. Onions represent Mars, which represents war and feelings of angst and anger at our enemies, so peeling through the onion will open the heart chakra, allowing you to experience the feelings you have been hanging on to, and layer by layer, release them. This spell is all about not wishing to get even, or to obsess any longer over those who have harmed you. After you have peeled your onion, place the peels on a plate (stainless steel or silver) and put on a window ledge in the kitchen where overnight the moon’s energy will draw away the negativity banishing it from your environment for good._complete this simple spell with a long, languid bath into which you have emptied three handfuls of sea salt. This will purify, protect, and strengthen you further. As you lie there, think of how much better you feel now that the desire to get back at someone has dissipated.

When To Cast a Spell—and When Not To

You can pretty much cast a spell any time you feel comfortable doing so. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. You must:

  • Have a valid need or desire, clearly delineated

  • Be in the correct frame of mind

  • Be in the proper state of health

If you cannot aim your spell as a clearly defined goal, then you have no concept of what you truly wish to manifest as a result of that spell. Apart from being a waste of energy, this can create more problems as the energy your spell casts out into the world bounces randomly like a pinball around and through the issues in your life. With no clear goal or need, a spell becomes dangerously unpredictable.

Your mental state is crucial to your success. Being distracted or worried will weaken your focus and your subsequent effects. States of high emotion can also be dangerous. Emotion is one of the energy sources that fuels spells. This might sound ideal to you, and in one respect, it is: the ability to feel intense emotion during the casting process can help you a lot. However, that intense emotion should be summoned and accessed during the process. If you fire off a spell as an emotional reaction to something, you are guilty of not thinking the situation through. You are not in proper command of yourself, which you need to be in order to cast a focused and well-aimed spell. Spells are a method of controlling yourself and your life, and to cast like this is not only irresponsible, it undermines the whole principle of creating positive change in your life.

Your state of health is also vitally important. When you are ill, your personal energies are unbalanced, and your handling of outside energies will be affected. Every spell, no matter how many other power sources you pull in such as components and correspondences, uses your own personal energy to guide it. Casting while ill can worsen your physical health, leaving you low on vital energy. Raising energy is a crucial step within the spellcasting process, and it takes energy to raise energy. Remember, spells don’t replace work: they are work. Many practitioners feel like they’ve run a marathon after casting a spell. If you had the choice, would you run a marathon if you were sick? Probably not: in fact, most of us want to stay home from work as soon as we experience the first warning signs of a cold. Casting while ill is irresponsible, as it counters the principle of creating beneficial change. It is somewhat hypocritical to attempt to create beneficial change in your life when you’re making yourself more ill by doing so.

What about casting a spell to regain your health? This is the one and only exception to the rule about performing spells while ill. However, make sure the spell you craft or use isn’t too taxing, and choose a gentler method of raising energy.
