But we can use the next three weeks to reconnect with people from the past and to resurrect creative concepts. Listening more attentively and communicating more precisely will prevent minor errors before they become major problems.
Daily Cosmic Calendar for July 14 – Watch Out, Here Comes The Kitchen Sink!
The universe is back into throwing the kitchen sink at earthlings on this rather tense day in July 2012. Many souls are still reeling from yesterday’s Uranus stopping in Aries and reversal. Now it is Mercury’s turn to halt at 13 degrees of Leo (7:16PM PDT) and begin a three-week retrograde cycle that lasts until August 7. However, before arriving at tonight’s Mercury shift, there are numerous happenings in the busy skies. The Moon in Taurus remains void until 5:28AM PDT when the lunar orb enters flexible, mutable and airy Gemini. Reading, writing and research are emphasized, and then magnified by a Moon-Jupiter parallel (9:08AM PDT). It is also possible to come up with new ideas about increasing the value of your investments – courtesy of the monthly lunar union with Vesta (9:12AM PDT). Nutrition, diet, gardening and productivity are important themes today because Ceres forms an off-kilter, 150-degree tie with Pluto (12:41PM PDT) while the Sun makes a frictional, 45-degree link to Ceres (6:16PM PDT) and the Moon unites with Ceres (9:42PM PDT). If Mercury weren’t virtually motionless, the main essence of today’s vibrations would be centered on Ceres. However, the cosmos also offers you golden opportunities and another chance to reinforce your optimistic mind-set as the Moon unites with Jupiter (7:57PM PDT). Then, shortly afterwards, the Sun squares Saturn (9:15PM PDT) – a challenging alignment often associated with fear, pessimism, and chronic problems. Thus, it is under this strange cacophony of stellar aspects that Mercury heads into reverse – placing a strong emphasis on communications, information exchange, words and language, travel and transportation, health and medicine, business and trade, classes and primary educational pursuits. In general, it is always wise to be more cautious and careful during a Mercury retrograde time-period.
