April 14 Moon Goddess’ Current Phase

The Moon today is in a Third Quarter phase. Sometimes called a Last Quarter Moon, this phase occurs roughly 3 weeks after the New Moon when the earth is three quarter of the way through it’s orbit around the earth. If you live in the northern hemisphere the Moons left side will be illuminated and the right side dark. For thoughts of you in the southern hemisphere it will be the opposite with the right side illuminated. On the day of the Third Quarter phase the Moon will rise around midnight on the eastern horizon and set in the west around noon the next day. In the days following the Third Quarter Phase the Moon’s illumination will decrees each day until the New Moon.

Witches Spell a Day Almanac

I use the Witches Spell a Day Almanac and I wanted to share my experience with you. I find it very informative and it gives me a spell each day so if I feel like doing that spell I can.

Spells are part of us as witches and the ones in this book is just amazing. It gives the color of the day and the incense of the day. The spells I find very interesting.

I don’t do all of them but some I am drawn too. So, do you use this book and if so in what way?

Although this song mentions God singular I always add an “S” sing it out loud or just in my head. It also fails to name quite a few jobs people do for a living. Like the Ohio coal miners that work side by side with the Virginia coal miners. I also notice some first responders are missing such as doctors, nurses, and the entire support staff. If you think of a job that is missing please put it in the comments so they get the recognition they so deserve also, please.
