The Moon’s energy is most intense when she reaches abundant fullness. Any magical effort, especially difficult ones, can benefit greatly from the potency of this phase. Use the full Moon to amplify magical intent and to give spellworkings additional power.

To seal spells performed during the full Moon, use this chant or one of your own choosing.

Abundant Mother, Moon so bright
Hear my plea upon this night.
Your fertile power lend this spell
Make it potent, strong, and well

Power Portal Report for 9/23-28, 2015

Power Portal Report for 9/23-28, 2015

Cosmic Weather – Fall (Spring) Equinox,
Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse and Energy update

Hello friends. There is so much going on at the moment I have extended the usual Full Moon report to include the Physical Avatar report and other pertinent information.

Fall (Spring) Equinox, 9/23

Equinox gateway periods are always significant points of power on the planet as the magnetic field of the earth is impacted by the placement of the Sun in its alignment with the equator. This is why ritual and meditation have been significantly observed at these points by many different cultures around the globe. The Equinox kicks off this portal of energy nicely to set the stage for what is to follow with the upcoming Full Moon/Eclipse.

Dear ones, based on your question we see that the upcoming period of the Fall (Spring) Equinox, Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse bring a vibrational opportunity that could be described as a “quickening” of sorts. Though these energies are already present in your realm, we see the period of the most significance will be 9/23-28, with an integration period to follow 9/29-30.

Some of the possible uses for these energies can manifest in the following ways:

1) The shift and healing of physical and emotional issues, especially of a chronic or long-term nature as these energies will be impactful though all of your energetic bodies and also at a cellular level.

2) The dropping of energies most commonly in the form of beliefs, especially those that are no longer useful or in support of you being your most authentic divine self.

3) The realization and shift around any “roles” you have taken on as part of your soul mission that are no longer necessary. More veils will be dropped so to speak, as you step into greater levels of alignment and realization.

In combination with some of the other astro-cosmic energies present at the time (i.e. Mercury Retrograde) it will be helpful to remain open and flexible. Energies, concepts and situations will be moving through quickly.

We would especially like to invite those who identify as Empathic and/or highly sensitive to remain in their own circle (of energy) so to speak, and remain grounded and centered. This is one of the periods where the astral realms will be “busy,” and this could prove distracting or unbalancing to you. Be at peace dear ones. These periods in your world are wisely designed, as the energies that have configured are highly intelligent and purposeful. In periods of change and evolution there may be some discomfort that arises for some beings in which resistance can increase its intensity. Please do know that you are not without spiritual assistance at all times. You are dearly loved. Shanti. – The Keepers, 9.19.15

Physical Avatar Report for 9/23-28, 2015

NOTE: The Physical Avatar is an aspect of the collective in the akashic level that is related to health and well-being especially experienced by Empaths, light workers and sensitives. I started these particular reports in 2010 with the Akashic Wisdom Keepers as a form of guidance and service.

Some of the physical effects are: headache, “brain fog,” either an increase or decrease of physical pain issues, fatigue, greater thirst and appetite or possible decreased appetite. Organ “twitching” or slight discomfort, especially in the Liver and Gallbladder areas which are detoxing.”Cold” symptoms that never quite materialize, especially involving sinus issues, slight cough and/or sore throat. Dream activity is also on the increase including lucid dreaming and possible OBEs (out of body experiences.)

I am being told in this upgrade that it is essential to stay extra hydrated as this is related to the way the energies are impacting the system. One of the signs of dehydration is headache, especially for people who don’t normally get them. I was also told that it is important to not withhold proper nutrients the body, especially of protein which is also needed to synergize the incoming energies on a physical level.

Emotionally we may be mood swinging from releasing/crying to moments of great clarity, peace and joy. Thought this may mimic more problematic emotional issues such as BPD, unless you have a history of emotional disorders it is probably not cause for concern. I would hold off on any particular self-diagnosis if possible until this next “wave” has passed, around 9/29-30.

Dreamtime and Reality Shifting

Expect a “colorful” dreamlife in the coming week, where the metaphors are flowing freely. This is not uncommon in upgrade periods as energies that are no longer useful or needed make their way out. I would recommend keeping a journal closely as some of the symbols may be so deep they are not obviously apparent upon first glance. We may be sleeping very deeply or sleeping so lightly it feels like a more relaxed meditation. In that case, we may not feel entirely rested when we awaken. This is not uncommon in periods of strong portal energies.

Full Harvest/Blood Moon in Aries and Lunar Eclipse

Higher Ground and Pure Desires

As per every year this Full Moon highlights the Aries (me) vs. Sun in Libra (we) dynamic. The shadow side of Aries energies can be aggression, hostility and fighting for the sake of fighting. The light side however can be very high as it embodies the I AM presence along with desire in its pure form, courage and spiritual bravery. The overall theme of these portal energies are: transformation, healing and releasing all that no longer serves our higher purpose and calling.

I can light the night up with my soul on fire. I can make the sun shine from pure desire. – Steve Winwood

During a Full Lunar Eclipse we have a powerful energetic point in time; since the moon it is related to emotions, yin energy and inwardness. The moon sign of Aries is Yang, martial and dynamic. This creates an interesting juxtaposition spiritually and also an interesting energetic opening as we are presented with the creative, harmonic still point between opposites.

The Sabian Symbol for 5 Aries is: A Triangle with Wings

This is the symbol of the desire to reach a higher level of existence, of pure aspiration or devotion, of bhakti. What has emerged in the first phase of the process of differentiation is becoming aware of the possibility of further up-reachings. The principle of “levitation” is seen as one of the two essential factors in evolution. The emergent being glorifies and deifies it, but it is still only an ideal. At this stage, nevertheless, the whole being experiences a childlike longing for its eventual realization. At this point the last and synthesizing stage of the first five-fold unit in the cyclic process is reached. A NEW DIMENSION of being is envisioned mobilizing creative endeavors. – Dane Rudhyar

What a beautiful and appropriate symbol for these energies: The polar opposites making up the two sides of the triangle (Libra/Aries) give rise to a magical “third” based on the quintessence of both.

I was thinking about the 2016 yearly forecast which I will start writing in December and how intense the past two years really have been, which is fitting for “7” and “8” Universal Years. The “8” energies being about magnification and manifestation, sometimes in very unexpected ways. I can already tell no matter what will be happening next year astrologically and cosmically, many of us will need some integration time. 2016 is a “9” year which will be about the harvest, completion, goodness and Grace.

Though we pass through this gateway every year around this time, the energies always take a different form depending on what is traveling with them. This year this is especially the case. Another note to add is that Pluto (Capricorn) will also be stationing DIRECT 9/24-25. This will also help to lighten the load of Plutonic intensity and inwardness. For many, the spiritual cleanse and detox has definitely done its job and we’re ready to emerge into our new creations. Do keep in mind however, at any planetary station the main planetary energetic message may come in more loud and clear as it passes through.

Happy Equinox and Full Moon Eclipsing friends and remember to keep it Cosmic!

NOTE: The Full Moon in Aries is 9/27/15 at 7:51 pm PDT/10:51 EDT. The Lunar Eclipse occurs at 7:47 PDT and 10:47 PDT. Please check an ephemeris source for other times globally.

Let’s Really Get A Jump, Your Full Moon in Pisces Horoscopes for Aug. 29th

Let’s Really Get a Jump On Tomorrow….

Your Full Moon Horoscopes for Saturday, August 29th

Fantasy and reality battle it out during the Full Moon of August

The imaginative Pisces Full Moon on August 29, 2015, turns simple thoughts into vivid fantasies. Our dreams are engaged in a cosmic tug-of-war with our logical thoughts as the rational Virgo Sun stands opposite the emotional Moon. However, this planetary debate over what is real takes on grandiose proportions with pompous Jupiter weighing in on the side of the practical Virgo Sun. Our ideas are bigger than ever and we’re not afraid to think globally. Meanwhile, the Pisces Full Moon calls magical Neptune her ally. Although there is a spiritual component to this Full Moon, it’s tricky to wrap words around Neptune’s diffusive and elusive energy.

Nevertheless, we are likely to have powerful visions that can reveal future possibilities we’ve never seen. No mole hill is left unmagnified; they each transform into Mt. Everest under the expansive beams of Jupiter and Neptune. Still, we seek precision with the planetary emphasis on analytical Virgo. Ultimately, we must accept the opposite forces that exist simultaneously. There is no winner in the contest of big versus small. We are happily stuck in the middle; the best we can do is cultivate our awareness of the extremes.

Read your sign’s Full Moon in Pisces Horoscope below!

Aries Horoscope (March 21 – April 19)

You’re planning to head out on a vision quest while the psychic Pisces Full Moon brightens your 12th House of Spirituality. However, you might have to delay your fleeting flights of fancy so you can finish up the chores that are currently on your calendar. Surprisingly, even the most boring routine holds the potential for magic. It’s not about what you’re doing in the real world; it’s about your ability to travel in time and space. Simultaneously working both ends of the spectrum — the cosmic and the mundane — brings the greatest emotional satisfaction.

Taurus Horoscope (April 20 – May 20)

You hope to share your interests with imaginative people who care about the same things you do. The Pisces Full Moon lights up your 11th House of Friends, inviting you to express your tentative plans for the future in a safe environment. Even if you’re short on time, surround yourself with people who will ultimately support your wildest ideas. Luckily, you don’t have to worry about being practical in order to discuss your dreams. Just remember it’s not all about you; don’t forget to return the favor by encouraging others in their pursuits, too.

Gemini Horoscope May 21 – June 20)

Your current obsession with achieving recognition is reflected in your ambitious daydreams about your professional life. But it’s difficult to keep your feet on the ground when the otherworldly Pisces Full Moon shines in your 10th House of Status. Nevertheless, you can make the most progress by using your common sense to navigate your course instead of falling back on your intuition. Taking all the variables into consideration helps you climb the ladder of success.

Cancer Horoscope (June 21 – July 22)

Forget all the reasons why you shouldn’t take a risk; just find time to write your own itinerary for a truly fantastic adventure. The boundless Pisces Full Moon expands your 9th House of Distant Horizons, inspiring you to pursue your dreams and explore new lands. However, planning too far in advance doesn’t work because you can’t imagine what you might encounter along the way. Achieving satisfaction is more likely if you reserve the option to alter your direction as your feelings change.

Leo Horoscope (July 23 – Aug. 22)

You’re searching for more direct ways to reach new levels of intimacy in a relationship. You can actually feel the energy intensifying as the spiritual Pisces Full Moon casts a large shadow in your 8th House of Deep Sharing. Unfortunately, you don’t necessarily have a solid understanding of the big picture, preventing you from gaining a clear perspective on your feelings. But don’t get hung up on the details of communication; relying on words only limits the current experience. You can return to a conversation to fill in the specifics later on after you have connected on a deeper emotional level.

Virgo Horoscope (Aug. 23 – Sept. 22)

You think your logic is invincible and that you can reason your way through nearly any situation. However, others may not be so convinced your strategy is a viable one while the nebulous Pisces Moon illuminates your 7th House of Companions, muddying all forms of communication, especially in relationships. Don’t try to defend your plan if you encounter resistance. No one is interested in your careful analysis at this time; all they want to know is the bottom line. Your actions will convey more meaning than anything you can say.

Libra Horoscope (Sept. 23 – Oct. 22)

You want to share a long-lost dream with someone special. But there’s no reason to panic if you can’t recall all the fine points of your story, since you can sink into your subconscious to recover them. But don’t expect a treasure map with clear directions to suddenly appear out of nowhere. The fantasy-prone Pisces Full Moon floods your 6th House of Details, indicating that you might have to fudge some facts to fill in the ones you don’t know. Keep your integrity in mind since adding the right amount of color makes the difference between failure and success when revealing your truth.

Scorpio Horoscope (Oct. 23 – Nov. 21)

You wake up with a smile on your face as the spiritual Pisces Full Moon raises the vibration in your 5th House of Fun. Your positive frame of mind is so powerful that you believe extra preparation isn’t necessary. Luckily, this happy-go-lucky assumption works in your favor, inspiring you to make up the story line as you go along. Just remember to keep one eye on the clock or you could miss an important appointment later in the day. Spontaneity is your friend as long as you don’t lose track of time.

Sagittarius Horoscope (Nov. 22 – Dec. 21)

You may receive your share of notoriety but you don’t feel like standing under the heat of the spotlight. You might prefer to stay behind the curtains while the Pisces Full Moon emphasizes your 4th House of Home and Family. Unfortunately, you could eventually regret your decision if you choose to sidestep any well-deserved acknowledgments. Do whatever is necessary to overcome your uncharacteristic shyness so you can put on a show that others won’t forget.

Capricorn Horoscope (Dec. 22 – Jan. 19)

Your methodical approach to life often empowers you to develop concrete strategies to reach your ambitious goals. But the illusory Pisces Full Moon resonates in your noisy 3rd House of Immediate Environment, so you might not be as effective when attempting to put your plans into motion. Don’t promise any more than you can deliver, for anything you commit to at this time will probably need modification before you know it. Leaving a bit of wiggle room in your schedule improves your chances for success.

Aquarius Horoscope (Jan. 20 – Feb. 18)

You might not realize the powerful impact you have on others, but people often set their moral compasses based upon your core values. Unfortunately, it’s nearly impossible to see yourself clearly while the fuzzy Pisces Full Moon mirrors your 2nd House of Self-Worth. It’s a challenge to walk your talk because your spiritual beliefs are all over the map. Turn the tables by leaning on someone else to regain your rational perspective. Asking for help shows you’re just as human as everyone else.

Pisces Horoscope (Feb. 19 – March 20)

Separating your needs from those of everyone around you can be a daunting task as the emotional Full Moon canoodles with spiritual Neptune in your compassionate sign. It’s not completely your fault if you struggle to establish clear boundaries and limits. If you’re not mindful, your desire to rescue every wounded animal, plant or person you encounter could even derail your personal plans. Wanting to help those less fortunate than you is an admirable trait as long as you don’t lose yourself in the process.

Cosmic Weather – Full Moon in Pisces: Illumination, Transcendence and the Open Heart.

Hello friends. Well what a week it’s been. As of this writing (8/26) there have been over 62 solar flares in the past 5 days. We’re definitely in a vibrational upgrade period again, courtesy of the Universe. Today for me and so many others was quite an exercise in the pain of the world and disappointment, as another tragedy (in VA) is the last thing we expected on a day with a once-a-year Sun/Jupiter conjunction. Not exactly the “lucky” or “wish upon a star” vibe that we hoped for but it was a powerful teaching, especially on the road to one of the most transcendent Full Moons of the year. It was a reminder of the power of the outer world as an impetus for change, healing and a way to keep our tender hearts open, even if it’s uncomfortable.

You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather. – Pema Chodron

Also in appropriate timing, I recently watched the 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of the late, great Lou Reed. The induction itself read by his dear friend Patti Smith was beautiful and emotional as she stopped twice in the reading for tears. The speech given by his partner of 21 years Laurie Anderson is one of the most revelatory and profound that I have ever heard as she spoke about their enduring love, his ability to “take off his fame like a leather coat and put it back on when necessary,” his great body of work and his complexity as a man and artist. Lou Reed was not a typical Sun in Pisces person upon first glance, as he was very tough with plenty of New York attitude, but listening to his music and going below the surface the wisdom, compassion and transcendence was definitely there. His album “Magic and Loss” inspired by the untimely death of a friend, like much of his body of work is considered a classic. Lou felt the pain and the weight of the world and didn’t run from it. His musical stories about the harshness and complexities of life are what he was best known for as a songwriter.

Laurie Anderson shared that she and Lou came up with Three “Rules for Living” and they are:

1) Do not be afraid of anyone.
2) Have a very good BS detector.
3) Be very, very tender.

These are brilliant, aren’t they? They are also very Zen and Piscean in their way. If we can go through life with open hearts, awake and unafraid, we are definitely ahead of the game. That is the goal of all viable spiritual practice, to increase our presence and decrease our fears.

I can tell already that this Full Moon is going to be deep, REAL and more to the heart of matters than ever before. It’s the nature of the current energies and also the nature of this powerful year of manifestation and transformation. There’s going to be no hiding in this Moon as even in the hiding she will still see you, and maybe even get you to laugh along with her. If there ever was a time to get the “Cosmic Joke” it’s in a transcendent Pisces “Supermoon.” Also that being said, if there ever was a perfect time to radiate LOVE, COMPASSION and KINDNESS to all sentient beings, it would be the same.

This moon also has some significant things traveling with it worth mentioning; including an opposition to Jupiter, square to Saturn and conjunction to Neptune, the ruling planet of Pisces. This definitely backs up the all that I said here in the above paragraph with an extra dose of Neptunian mysticism for good measure.

As with all Full Moons there is an interesting juxtaposition to the Sun, its opposite sign. There are more alike things about Virgo and Pisces than many other astrological pairings, mostly being the predominant themes of service and compassion for others. They both have a shadow of martyrdom; Pisces is more prone to escape in drugs or drink, Virgo in workaholism or excessive “fixing” and “saving” behaviors. They are both deeply sensitive, but in different ways. The Mercurial and highly mental side of Virgo when out of balance can be phobic, critical and hyper-vigilant. The transcendent side of Pisces when out of bounds can be flighty, irresponsible, overly detached and self-absorbed in its own fantasies. There is a beautiful middle road between these two sign energies that is the best of their respective worlds: caring and compassionate but not co-dependent, spiritual but grounded on Earth, open-hearted yet still self-contained. There may be a tendency to flip into the extremes as this moon carries a lot of power, but it’s a good reminder we can always breathe, refocus and come back home to the Self at any time.

Recommended activities: Meditation, Journaling, Music, Daydreaming, Ritual, Service.

Sail me on a silver sun, where I know that I’m free. Show me that I’m everywhere, and get me home for tea. When I look into your eyes, your love is there for me. And the more I go inside, the more there is to see. – George Harrison

The Cosmic Full Moon Tune “It’s all too much,” was written by another talented Pisces who’s spirituality manifested quite differently but no less poignantly, George Harrison.

Happy Full Moon friends and remember to keep it Cosmic!

Magickal Activity for the 24th day of August – Festival of Luna

Full-Moon Blessing Rite

Items Needed:

A clear glass bowl

One bottle of Spring water

Silver paint

One sprig of jasmine

One moonstone

One white pillar candle

Gardenia incense and oil

Inscribe the symbol(moon symbol with crossed spears on it) on the outside side bottom of the bowl with the silver paint.

Set your altar or small table so the light of the full moon will shine directly on it. Fill the bowl with the spring water. Place the bowl and all the other items called for on the altar. Light the white pillar candle and say:

Lady I now invite thee here,

As the Mother of sacred Earth.

Whose power is beyond compare,

When dreams are given birth.

Hold the moonstone and sprig of Jasmine in offering as you ask this blessing:

Lady of desire, reflection of light,

You are my motion, direction, and second sight.

Mother of creation the original source,

You are potential, power, the ultimate force.

Grandmother of time, wise one from above,

I summon thee here with honor and love.

Gently place the moonstone and sprig of jasmine in the water. Pick up the bowl and hold it in offering to the moon as you say:

I call the brilliant evening star,

The Virgin of celestial light.

The Gracious Goddess from afar,

Great Mother of second sight.
Glorious Queen of the twilight hour,

Wise and vigilant protector.

Thou whose silent power,

Is regal and most splendor.

I beckon thee to now descend,

Great Mystery behind the veil.

She who rises time and again,

The keeper of the Grail.

Set the bowl down. Anoint your forehead with a drop of water. Allow the candle to burn for one hour and then extinguish it. Carefully place the bowl in a window where the light of the moon will continue to shine on it. Just before sunrise, remove the jasmine and stone. Pour the contents of the bowl into a bottle with a lid, and close tightly. Keep the moonstone with your other magickal tools. Take the jasmine to the nearest river or lake and toss it in the water as you make a wish. Use the moon water to anoint candles and other magickal objects.
