While using spells made by other people can be just as effective, writing your own spells is not that difficult at all. In fact, in some cases, it is more than encouraged. Another person’s work will not resonate with you as much as your own words will. Finally, the most important rule: Believe in your spell. Working a spell, no matter how wonderfully worded, without believing in it will result to failure. You should never attempt to cast a spell without sufficient faith in magick because doing so is to render yourself vulnerable to negative forces.
