This phase is best viewed just before the sunrise in the western sky. In this phase the Moon’s illumination is growing smaller each day until the New Moon. If a love one has past away, but you dream that he or she didn’t really die that first time and are being buried again indicates that this loved one was taken before their time and you never got a chance to say a proper good bye. Perhaps there was some unfinished issue that is still left lingering long after their death. You wished you had a little more time with them.

On a negative note, to dream that you die may represent involvement in deeply painful relationships or unhealthy, destructive behaviors. One Way to Calmly End a Stress Filled Day

The following is an easy form of meditation that can be done anywhere anytime you fell the need to use it.

Take a very deep breath (try to count slowly to at least five and work your way up until you can count to ten) and then let it out slowly (using the same way of  counting that you used to inhale) using a keyword to help you relax. Say it as you let out the last part of your breath…do this three times. It really does help to lower stress, blood pressure, and the feeling of wanting to whack someone. My keyword is simple I just use the word ” RELAX.” I also use this a night when I have had a stress-filled day and am having a hard time going to sleep. Each time I say relax in my mind I can feel myself Sinking (for lack of a better-descripted word) into my mattress and pillow more. I am usually at least 2/3 of the way to sleep after the third breath.
