A Terrific but Hectic Day

Today I still have a home full of descendants it is a whole lot bodies than usual but what a blessing seeing my children and grandchildren from our of state. After we go to our towns festival and they leave it will be to quite for me for a few days. I know my familiars Cleopatra and Starbabie will be thrilled to have mommy and daddy to themselves again, but it’s not like they were ignored or missed any treats the last couple of days. In fact they got applied by their nieces.

I hope your last couple of days have been filled with as much love, laughter, and family harmony as mine have been. I’m hoping I can get back to posting more again tomorrow but after all the walking I’ll be doing today I may just be in to much pain and/or tired to do anything but sleep and read. Please help me by crossing your fingers that I will be mostly pain free and get a good night’s sleep so I can being horoscopes, divination, and more about the Chinese Zodiac to your inbox tomorrow.

Some of the USA’s History and Somthings to Possibly Think About

Today in United States of America we are celebrating the 243rd year of declaring this land free and seperate from whoever is currently sitting on the United Kingdoms of Great Britain throne each year July 4th comes along. Since Queen Elizabeth II has been their ruling monarch for 67 years, which longer than many of us started living this lifetime.

But questions about what rights individual people would be allowed to have in the USA was and is hotly debated both privately and publicy. As is where did the first people come from as hunter, gathers to this chunck of land. Also what rationality were the people who discovered this land mass that was alreaddy inhabited for thousands of years

The by-laws this country used and, with many admendments to it, still uses are The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America. Which was men only most of whom owned human beings as slaves to do with whatever they pleased. Their daughters and wives were barely a step above the slaves. Unless you were a white European male you has no rights as a human at all.

We have come far since the early decades of the forming of this nation or at least that is what we would like to believe. Yes woman and a citizen from anywhere in the world can now own land, property, even a business. Plus no matter where you or your parents are from if you are a legal citizen of the US you can vote for people who want to hold the different levels of power from the town to the federal level to decide what laws we as citizens have to live by which supposedly fulfills one of the privilages given to us by the Constitution. But and this is a big but it wasn’t until the 19th admendment was passed in 1919 and then ratified in every state, Tennessee being the last state of the 36 states, in August 1920 that women were given the privilage to vote. Yet a big leap forward was in 1870 after the end of the Cival War (this war was fought over humans being kept as slaves who were widely considered less important than a horse or a cow. The Northern states were against slavery and the Southern states were for it) that all males over a certain age could vote in elections. Sound pretty good? It wasn’t and most men of colored were denied their voting privilages until President Lynden B. Johnson signed the Voting Rights Law in 1965 that both men and women of color could excerise their voting privilages.

The people who are decendants from the original hunter, gathers were not allowed to be citizens in their own country until 1924. Affter they had been herded like cattle onto land the European men picked for them to live. Which was usually land that was in hard if not impossible to farm and/or raise livestock on. Their children were taken away and taught to deny their heritage that the only way not to be thought as a savage was to learn European customs and language. This happened with more than one or two generations of children born to people whos land, including their sacred lands used for burial and/or spiritual ceremonies, and their languages and costoms was stolen from them. Most Indian Reservations cover many of the largest poverty areas and limited educated people in the USA.

If you have read this far I thank you for doing so. What is taught in our schools here as this nations history leave many things out that could make politicians back through many hundreds of years look bad. As the regular everyday, working class people in other words us start rasing questions on the slanted history we were and most of our children or grandchildren are being taught, the more we can learn to honor different nationalities and their cultures rather than hold preconceived and prejudicial thoughts about people and countries that have a different way of doing things then we do. Today I  ask you as well as myself not to judge people by the color of their skin, or accent they speak with, or the spirital path they follow but instead try saying hello with a smile and maybe one day start a coversation with someone to learn who that person is as an individual not who you may think they are because of ideas that our parents, teachers, and other adults taught us when we were growing up as how to think of a person different from ourself, family, and close friends. Who knows this could take humans back to a time when we live in harmony with Mother Earth and all living things upon her and in her vast oceans and other water ways and polluting the air we breathe. The time is now for tolerance,  harmony and to start cleaning up land, air, and water for future generations.

I hope I have given you someethings to think about for positive changes. I also hope I did not anger anyone who read this post. It is up to each of us as to how we live each of our lifetimes and the karmic balance or unbalance we chose for ourselves. Blessed be, A’ho and Namaste my dear sisters, brothers, and guests.

The Moon today is in a Waning Crescent phase. In this phase the Moon’s illumination is growing smaller each day until the New Moon. During this phase the Moon is getting closer to the Sun as viewed from Earth and the night side of the Moon is facing the Earth with only a small edge of the Moon being illuminated. This phase is best viewed an hour or 2 before the sunrise and can be quite beautiful if you’re willing to get up early. It can also be a great time to see the features of the Moon’s surface. Along the edge where the illuminated portion meets the dark side, the craters and mountains cast long shadows making them easier to observe with a telescope or binoculars.

Taking the Day Off

I have back to back doctor appointments and lab test to be done today. All the wonderful stuff when your medical care giver says, “Whatever it is you have has been going on to long.”

I will be back bright and early tomorrow. I think I have finally found the website with the corospendes for each day so beginning tomorrow those should be back on a daily bases.

Merry Meet Sisters and Brothers

I hope everyone is doing well and it is a beautiful day. Here it is raining and chilly again. I also found out I have Epstein-Barr virus which is the adult version of mononucleosis. Come to find out with a little help from Google that 90 – 95 % of all adults are carriers but in most people, it stays dormant all their lives but if it manifests once (I was 34) you are more at risk for it doing it again lucky me. As usual with a virus, the doctor tells you to rest as much as possible and drink plenty of fluids, this one is no different. My question to the doctors is, “If I am supposed to be resting a lot and drinking a lot doesn’t one kind of cancel the other one out with trips to the bathroom?” So if you think of it when saying your “prayers” could you ask for a fast recovery for me, please?

Posting for the day might start out later and there might be days that I miss because I am just too tired to do the looking up information, copy, paste it, and all the other steps that go with every single post that WOTC does now and did in the past. Something you may not realize is that common everyday posts each take a minimum of about 20 minutes to do and the extra posts usually even longer than that. In other words to bring you the things you enjoy daily and an extra or two took the old WOTC Staff and by myself upwards to 3 hours to get done.

OK so anyway I will try to get up the common posts like Moon Phase, Planetary Positions, and Horoscopes. But the Horoscopes will be done with the Northern and Southern Hemispheres together and will cover 3 days at a time for the Today’s Your Birthday which I will separate from the Love and Daily Horoscopes. Dear Readers of the Nothern Hemisphere horoscopes if I do not get the new days horoscopes up early you can go read the Southern Hemisphere’s horoscope post that went up the day before because, ok stick with me here a teeny bit complicated, their tomorrow is our today. So the horoscope for their yesterday June 20th is our horoscope today for June 20th. It would just be so much easier to have a TARDIS to take us to the date we want to read….Right? lol

May those of you in the North have a beautiful day with the Sun shining, nice temperatures, and a gentle breeze. If you are in the Midwest in what I would swear is a monsoon season, LOL, this year I hope you can curl up with a good book and a cup or 2 of your favorite tea or coffee. If you have young ones home from school on Summer break I will post a few seasonal appropriate printable pictures they could have fun coloring.

May those of you in the South also have a beautiful day, with it not being too chilly or gloomy. As Winter is coming your way I hope you have a good supply of books or yarn or paints or whatever you need for the hobby or hobbies you enjoy. I will post some seasonal appropriate printable coloring sheets for you young one too.

Good Spellbind Saturday Everyone

Welcome to a day of the birds sing under slightly clouday skies or Ihope where you live the day is blessed with blue skies and Ra shinning down upon you.. Or welcome to a beautiful evening that hopefully you have a clear sky to see Luna and the staars in all their wonderst beauty.

I apologize for not getting the regular daily posts up yesterday but we are already having a horrible allergy season in Illinois and the allergins are kicking butt but not taking names…lol.

Than when I went to post this morning thhis site somehow got switch to the “Private” setting instead of “Public.” I have a good idea who is messing around with this website because this isn’t the first abnormality I have found this week. I just have to figure out how, the unfriendly witch is doing it. I guess it’s time to put on my thinking cap.

As anyone with allergies and/or sinus problems can understand it feels like my head weights about 50 pounds, and not from ego, and hurts more when we sit up. So I am going to try to do your Moon phaase, current planetary positions, and hopefully the birthday and general horoscopes up fo both hemispheres for today and tomorrow.

Ok, on with my experiment. Sorry it took so long to start getting the daily posts up something came up I had to deal with.

Merry Monday

Sorry, I have to use my tablet because my laptop is down. As much as I would like to put up horoscopes today I can’t get my tablet and me sync with copying long pages. I’ll work on figuring out what to do and have them IP tomorrow (fingers crossed). Before any asks…I did try select all but so much useless stuff came plus I couldn’t delete some of the ads from other websites.

My day started out good talking with Lady A. Then (yucky) paperwork I couldn’t put off any longer but that was fine because then my fur girls and I went outback. We spent sometime enjoying a beautiful, sunny sky at just the right temperature. Did my dishes and about 9:30 CT turned on my computer.

Well after turning it on it was no longer that good of a morning. I turned on my laptop to start the daily posts. It was taking it a long time to boot up. I thought I had to many programs attached to the start up menu but that wasn’t the problem. After about 3 minutes I started seeing little boxes pop up for a total, I think, of 6 telling different programs had crashed. So it isnot now sitting on my desk shut off until I can have my youngest look at it for me. The funny, and not the laughing kind, was when I was talking to Lady A. I joked I was having problems with it (I really have been having trouble with it) and should ship it to her to fix for me. Guess the last laugh is on me for today. Luckily I printed out the suggestions she gave me for posting on this great website, so posts may go up slower because I am using my tablet and can only use 1 finger or stylus to type with but I will still get as many up as I can each day. I don’t want you missing your daily horoscopes, Moon phase, planetary positions and hopefully divination stuff, etc just because I’m a 1 finger typed for now. If you see anyof major typos I apologize in advance. My tablet for whatever reason will sometimes attach extra letters or another word on to the end of the word I typed in. I do proof read but don’t always catch the typos.

The fantastic thing about using my tablet instead of laptop is it is easier to post while sitting outside on this beautiful day.

Good Early Monday Morning Brothers & Sisters of the Craft!

I hope everyone is doing fine and enjoying their Monday so far. I know several of you have asked about my health and since it is no longer a secret, I decided I might as well be the one to tell you. As most of you know I went back to work, HA! funny, funny! I started out liking the job, then after a few weeks, I grew to absolutely hate it. I prayed and prayed for a graceful way out of leaving the job. Well, all I can say is be careful, very careful what you wish for, I was bitten by a water moccasin(in case you don’t know, they are a very deadly snake) while goofing off on a riding lawn mower. I really wasn’t goofing off, I was trying to mow the marsh. We have had so much rain the grass was up to my knees in parts, seriously. I went through a patch of it and the next thing I knew, I saw a brown flash up on the lawnmower deck and this sudden pain in my ankle. It dawned on me what had happened and by the time I got back to the cabin, I could hardly move that leg. Lord M picked me up and took me to the hospital. By the time we got to the hospital, I couldn’t feel both legs and I could feel my stomach going numb as well. Funny, the first thing they do when you go in the hospital for a snake bite is to take a magic marker and draw around the bite. They say they want to know what shape it is (preferably what state it is in the shape of).  It doesn’t matter that you can’t breathe and gasping for air, oh no, let’s get that shape drawn. Anyway, after spending a few days in the hospital I was released and sent home. I was given snake venom, antibiotics and a saline drip and that was it.

After I returned home, I was to see my regular doctor. We went and Lord M got pissed. My ankle was black as the ace of spades and gushing greenish pus from it. Lord M demanded the doctor do something and she said just to stay on the antibiotics and it would get better. Well, I guess I have Lord M for saving my life and my foot. Since I am a diabetic, I could have lost my foot over the bite. He called someone in Nashville and got me in to a doctor down there. We went down there and the doctor threw a fit. He immediately admitted me into the hospital and they scraped all the dead and poisonous tissue from the area. I got to stay a day down there. I now have a hole in my ankle as big as your fist and I kid you not. You can see the bone, tendons and the whole nine yards. They are going to give it a chance to heal on its own but there is a good chance I will have to have skin graphs done on my ankle.

In all this chaos, I believe good news did come out of it (or else the morphine was talking, lol!), I am now engaged to Lord Myst. Yes after all these years of him asking me to marry him, I finally broke down and said yes. We were to be married tomorrow but I told him I thought we ought to have an engagement period. So we have now set the date for Samhain. I am going to ask Lady Beltane to handfast us, if she has the time. He is throwing a hissy fit wanting to know why we have to wait till Samhain. I told him I wanted to be sure our ancestors could attend, really I want time for head to clear to make sure I am making the right decision but anyway…..if Lady B agrees I hopes she likes the hills of Kentucky, lol!

My dear thoughtful son, Jacob had to pop me with a surprise also. He decided since I was going to be laid up for six months, I might get bored, Bored, yeah right! But anyway, he is a thoughtful child and was thinking of me and didn’t want me to go stir crazy. So he started me another website. I hope you caught that he started it, guess who finished it, me. I guess I am a sucker but I believe all things happen for a reason, the snake bite, the marriage proposal and now the new site. We are having our grand opening today. Grand right, I haven’t even unpacked all the files yet. But anyway, it is set to open today so it will open. If any of you would like to hop over and say hello or just look around, I would be glad to see you. The name of the new site is “The Witchcraft Chronicles.” The name just popped in my head and I took that as a sight as well. Ain’t it great to be a superstitious witch, lol!

Since I had received so many emails wanting to know how I was doing I thought I would give you a quick up-date. Got snake bite, been in the hospital, got engaged, and now a new site. JUNE’S FULL MOON

The sweetest full moon of the year is June’s full moon, commonly known as the Full Strawberry Moon. While the full moon itself is inedible, despite how round and delicious it may seem, the Full Strawberry Moon marks strawberry harvesting season in North America. Most Algonquin tribes understood that it was a sign that wild strawberries were starting to ripen and ready for the harvest. Delicious though ripe strawberries may be, June’s full moon has another name that’s even sweeter.

What could possibly be sweeter than strawberries? Try honey. In Europe, June’s full moon was actually known as the Honey Moon. Other European names for it included the Hot Moon, signifiying the beginning of hot summer days, or Hay Moon, because of the first hay harvest. Those names aside, European names for the Full Strawberry Moon overall tend to have sweet, romantic connotations – a good example is the name Full Rose Moon. June’s full moon is also called Mead Moon, which could refer to the mowing of meadows during summer, but there’s another more romantic interpretation as well.

In Europe, it’s traditional to gift mead or honey to a newlywed couple during their first moon of marriage. The name Honey Moon itself has now become a common word in the English language, used to refer to the honeymoon holiday that couples go on right after they’re married. It used to be that newlyweds in ancient Europe would go on a sweet romantic holiday around the time of June’s full moon, because the moon phases were seen as a symbol for the phases of a marriage, with the full moon signifying the fullest and happiest part, the wedding itself.

The Full Strawberry Moon is tied to romance and marital bliss all around the world. In India, for example, June’s full moon is celebrated as Vat Purnima, where married women perform a ceremonial ritual to show their love for their husbands. Vat Purnima is based off a legend from the Mahabharata, about a beautiful woman, Savitri, who is determined to save her husband, Satyavan, who is doomed to die an early death. Savitri fasts for three days before Satyavan dies, upon which she successfully negotiates with the King of Hell for the resurrection of her husband. Similarly, married women nowadays dress up in beautiful saris, fast, and tie a thread around a banyan tree seven times to wish that their husbands will lead long, happy lives.
It is no wonder, then, that the Pagans also call June’s full moon the Lovers’ Moon. This is an excellent time to work on the connections in your life, romantic or otherwise, by showing affection to your loved ones and allowing yourself to be vulnerable to encourage intimacy in your relationships. During this Honey Moon, some Hoodoo practitioners will even use honey in magic rituals to sweeten other people’s feelings towards the practitioner. An example of a sweetening ritual is to pour honey into a saucer containing the target’s name, before lighting a candle on top of it. Another example of a honey ritual is to tie two poppets together with honey between them, in order to heal a broken relationship between two people. Honey rituals aside, true magic may happen when you invest your time and effort during this month to work on your relationships and appreciate the love you have in your life.

Good Whatever Time You Get to Read This in the Southern Hemisphere

To our Southern Hemisphere readers, I am still working out a way to get you your horoscopes and daily everything when it is morning where you live. I think I almost have it figured out and hope to start the new week with both hemispheres getting daily things in the morning and not when your day is coming to a close. OK, I really need feedback from, our DownUnder brothers and sisters. I have set the “Daily Horoscope” and “Moon Phase” to post about 3:00 PM CT my Friday 5/31 afternoon. which if I figured the time right they should go live about 7:00 AM AEST on your Saturday, June 1st morning.

If these two posts work like I hope they will I can post information at an appropriate time for both hemispheres. When we da Sabbat gathering in the Coven Life chat room we have one circle but 2 rituals one for the Northern Sabbat and another ritual for the Southern Sabbat.

Since I started the Coven Life website I felt it is important that my students and/or visitors to the site learn about how magick is done and the Esbats and Sabbats are observed. We have quite a few articles written by my right-hand witch, Priestess Hypatia, who lives in Australia and has access to websites from there that I cannot see, about to bring up sitting the middle of the USA.

As I said last week when I took over WOTC there would be some minor changes. To me the most important thing is to get you the daily planetary positions, current moon phase, and daily horoscope, of course, I will attempt at some point so to add to the daily things for you. As far as posting information on the Southern Wheel of the Year they will be posted on covenlife.co

Please give me feedback on if the posts I did for the Southern Hemisphere come live on this website at about 7:00 AM AEDT. If you want it earlier in the morning then that I can change the post going live time easily.

Posts are going to really short today because I can barely keep my eyes open. We have had thunderstorms come through every night since Saturday. One of my familiars is terrified of thunder so if I’m asleep she wakes me up and wants a light on with her human cuddling her. If I’m still awake when the storm starts there is no going to sleep until after the thunder stops. Needless to say, my eyes are at half mast right after only 2 hours of sleep but you are important to me so here I am and now on to the posts…

In Honor of the Women, Men, and Animals that Served Our Country

This will be the only post for today. Please light a candle in memory of the people and animals who have died over the centuries to keep the restof of us safe.

I ask you to not only remember the brave men, women, and animals that served in the USA armed forces but also their family and friends. Remember to the men, women, animals, family, and friends of those who gave their life in the line of duty as a First Responder.

May those who remember rest peacefully in the Summerlands.

May their family and friends find comfort and support to help ease their grief.

So mote it be.

Why Lady Beltane takes Saturdays off from posting, answering comments and emails too. There are a few reasons the main one being I spend so much time on the computer to research other websites for information on different paths of paganism to present to the students in Coven Life’s different Witchcraft courses and now for cool and informative things for WOTC that I physically need one day I do not have to sit in my desk chair. Doing the research is a blessing to me as I learn more about the traditions I do and do not incorporate in my own solitary practice and as a teacher or mentor to those newer to The Craft then most of us it is an honor to learn new things and past them on to you and/or students on CL. So I make Saturdays a no screne time day the only exception once in a while is my Kindle if I’m reading a really good novel. Another reason is with having Fibromyalgia and somewhat bad arthritis through out my body I need a day to just kick back in another position besides sitting in my desk chair fingers typing away. I also have clinical depression and an anxiety disorder. So with all of these negative things that my physical body has, along with the mental, and emotional problems I need a day to hibernate, even my cell/mobile phone is shut off, to cleanse myself of all pain and any negative energy I have allowed to build up within me then I refill myself with positive emotions, be in a better place spiritualy, and not physically hurt so much. Now that the weather is warmer I also use the day to tend my gardens and just sit outside in my backyard watching my 2 canine familiars, Cleopatra a 10-year-old Min Pin and Starbabie a 7-year-old Long Hair Chihuahua, romp around and/or lay around soaking up vitamin D from Ra/the Sun. My husband drives me on errands I cannot walk to as I don’t drive. It’s a day of rejuvenation and family along with rest and no TV, Computers, Cell/Mobile plPhones interrupting me.

If you have a question or need to talk with me before Sunday put “Urgent” in the subject line because I check for “urgent” emails one time on Saturdays about 1:00 PM CT and will answer those. If it is something that can wait for one day please let it.

The only exception to this self imposed rule is the 2nd Saturday of every month when I host an Open Chat in Coven Life’s chatroom, informattion for the Open Chats can be found by clicking on Coven Life in WOTC’S menu than look for a box on the right-hand side of the Homepage for Coven Life’s Events. That week I take Sunday off.

Starting next Saturday I will have some posts scheduled to go live almost every Saturday.

Now I need to go enjoy Ra’s beautiful warmth and rejuvenation before it starts raining for about the 10th in a row. I wish each of you a weekend full of positive happenings and seeing the beauty of Mother Earth and all living thing upon her. Remember those small trash bags if you go for a walk, hike, or bicycle ride. We are the stewards that set the example for those who would harm her.

The Psychology of Magic

“Because time is fluid in Witchcraft, seen as a spiral that may be accessed at any point, it is not difficult to work magic with the future results in mind. The subconscious mind is accessed for magical work, and it is also the place where all of the activities of daily life first take place. Because of how the neural transmitters function, and the distance run by nerve impulses, all things known by the conscious mind actually take place earlier and are only remembered consciously. In other words, there is a time lag between an event and a person’s cognitive awareness of that event. This is why a person may not realize the bath water is too hot until after being in it a few moments — it just takes a while to register on the conscious mind. Meanwhile, the subconscious mind is already aware of the temperature. Witches practice opening the communication channel with the subconscious mind, so that in the tub example, a Witch would be aware before stepping into the tub that it is too hot. Most people simply go through life without noticing discrepancy of time, except when something called deja vu (“already seen”) occurs, and then they wonder why a place or event seems so familiar or has happened before. This is a clue that time does indeed spiral and you dip into it at will.

Since in deja vu experience you seem to know in advance what will happen, if only a short time, you can alter the event. What may be somewhat amusing is the reaction of other people involved in the event. Since they are not connectively using the subconscious mind and not aware as quickly as yourself, you may find they want to react to something that has not happened, giving them a puzzled pause. As an example, I once averted a disastrous dinner argument by keeping silent during the experience when I knew that I was “supposed” to make an innocent remark, which led to a fight the first time around. When the time came for my remark, I did not make it and the conversation at the table stopped cold, everyone turning to look at me! But I had changed history and the table chat resumed without the argument.

When you start altering the future, you may have multiple deja vus of the same event or experience. The meaning of this is that you ran the course of the event, did not like things turned out, changed it, ran the course again, and still did not like the results, so you are giving it another try or realigning the events prior to the deja vu to make the results more satisfactory. Another aspect, which you will begin to recognize with experience, is that there is a variation in the deja vu from what you knew it once was. That means your prior change has worked, and you are given a second chance with the new arrangement. This facet of time manipulation is characteristic of the Witch’s development of subconscious awareness. Witches are people who have refined their ability to process precognitive stimuli and hold on to it so they are able to then alter events before these even register on the conscious minds of other people.

The fluidity of time makes it possible for you to manipulate it so that you can stretch it out, making certain you are never late to any destination. the raising of energy you are working magic, the conscious mind is silenced or relaxed so the subconscious mind may come forward as the active principle. Doing drumming, breath work, chanting, and dancing during the raising of energy when in the Circle is a way to move yourself into an altered state. Drugs and alcohol are not good for this since these inhibit your awareness. When working magic, the subconscious mind creates the reality, which will then be perceived by the conscious mind.

To be a Witch, you have to be ready to live in multiple layers of reality with multiple worlds (Physical, astral, psychic, spiritual, etc.) since these are what you access when practicing your Craft. These worlds exist and are approached with mediation, astral projection, out of body experience, visits to Otherworld or Underworld, pathworking and spell casting. IN the ritual of casting the Circle, you create a space not only to hold the energy you raise, but one that is apart from the rest of the physical world. When you draw the cosmic lemiscate (Smaller INFINITY 2) over the altar, and say that you are standing between worlds, you say you are “in a place that is not a place, and in a time that is not a time” as a reminder for the subconscious mind to be open. You stand at the nexus of other worlds, where the magic you conduct may travel to affect your physical world.

Yes, I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I own WOTC so there might not be any regular daily posts until later on this week. Please read on for more information on how I plan on running WOTC, no worries no major changes why try to fix something that definitely is not broke, or what some might call me rambling…lol

As you might know, today is my first day of owning the marvelous website it took our beloved Lady Abyss years to build up. So I need your help to keep this site up to her high standards of bringing her brothers, sisters, and other readers things they want to read and/or use in their practice. I ask that you bear with me the first couple of weeks until I get my feet back on the ground because my broomstick and I are in the clouds this morning because of the honor bestowed upon me by Lady Abyss selling me her site. SHe emailed me a list about 6 inches long of the websites WOTC is allowed to use things from and link back to, so I need time to look at all of those sites. While I have been posting on WOTC on and off for about 5 or 6 years it was my own stuff I posted and not the day to day things. But with your help and patience, I will be back to posting divination things on a rotating base along with other I hope informative and interesting articles for you. As the picture for WOTC says I am the founder and owner of Coven Life, covenlife.co, which some of you know of from attending Esbat and/or Sabbat gatherings through and I with the help of my right-hand Witch, Priestess Hypatia, have courses for the novice, adept, and priest/priestess level witches. So I have two websites to post to and oversee what others post on them.

Witches Of The Craft and Its Domain are now for Sale

After 18 years spent on the internet and due to expensive lawyer fees coming soon, I have decided it is time to move on to the next stage of our lives. Therefore, the WOTC is now up for sale. It has not been an easy decision to make but I believe it is time for us to move on, hopefully to bigger and better things for each of us.

The site is currently valued at $45,000. But that is not the asking price for it. The price I have set for the sale of the WOTC is $5,000. If you are a member or Pagan group that would be interested in purchasing the site, the price is negotiable. It is my hope that someone will purchase the site and love it and care for it as we have over the many years.

Witches of the Craft is one of the oldest and most respected Pagan websites on the internet today. You will be purchasing a site that is well known and also has name recognization. The domain will come due later on this year at which time it can be transferred over to you. We also have a Blogger site (Witches Rec Room) and a Pinterest site which I will include in this purchase, if you want them also. If you are not interested in the other two sites, they will be deleted immediately after the sale is complete. Included in the purchase of the site, I will stay on for three months as a consultant and help you learn WordPress if you need for me too. As far as the store goes, when this site is sold, the store will disappear. The store is not included because of the various wholesalers we deal with.

The site does produce some revenue from the ads that are placed on the site by WordPress. It is nothing that is going to make you rich but it does help pay the internet bill. You can also decide whether you wish to keep the ads or remove them, that will totally be up to you.

So what are you getting:

Basically three sites for the price of one, if you want the other two, I will gladly hand the keys over to you. You are also getting a well established site, one which you do not have to start out and build it up. Between the Pinterest site, the Blogger site, the Facebook pages(which by the way, the minute this site is sold will be deleted) and this site, there are more than 45 million followers. I will stay on for three months to help you, if you need for me too but I will not be in the public eye nor make any posts.

I have not put this site for sale on any of the websites that sells sites yet. The reason being is as I stated earlier, I hope some one or some group purchases it and loves it and cares for it as we have all these years. This site has huge potential and it is my hopes that the new owners can soar higher and further than we have ever done. I am willing to work with anyone who is interested in purchasing the site. As I mentioned, I wanted to offer it to you first before I did a total stranger.
