Acorn Spell to Boost Productivity

Struggling to feel motivated? Let the hard-working nature of an acorn help you to accomplish the tasks on your to-do list!

What you will need:

Acorn
Clean cloth

Spell:

1. Take your acorn and wrap it in the cloth. This is you as you are right now- a hidden seed full of potential, but having a tough time getting started.

2. With the thumb of your dominant hand, carefully rub the surface of the acorn three times through the cloth. By giving the acorn a bit of warmth and attention, you are helping to wake up its energy.

3. Carefully pull the acorn from the cloth. Hold it respectfully with both hands, allowing your warmth to continue to charge the acorn.

4. Say:

Awoken from slumber to see the light,
To grow and embrace our inner might.
With space and blessings of the sun,
We have all we need to get things done!

5. Carry the acorn with you or place it on your altar. If you need a boost of motivation during the day, simply hold it in your hand again.

6. After you have accomplished what it was you needed to do, thank the acorn and plant it in your garden or in the woods.

Fun fact: the word Gibbous was first used in the 14th century and comes from the latin word gibbosus which means humpbacked.
