The Moon’s current phase for today and tonight is a Waxing Crescent Phase. Best seen in the west after the sun dips below the horizon at sunset. This is the first Phase after the New Moon and is a great time to see the features of the moon’s surface. The moon is close to the sun in the sky and mostly dark except for the right edge of the moon which becomes brighter as the days get closer to the next phase which is a First Quarter with a 50% illumination.

“What’s the latest possible date that I can still make something out of my life?” This is a question we procrastinators have. Relax because it’s not this week, because this week is all about being laid back and lazy. Thursday is nice for studying, planning and schmoozing; then the pace will pick up by Friday. Actually, for the rest of the year, no major planetary changes really occur. A few days ago, Mars moved into Scorpio for six weeks, which makes everyone more intense and bolder. (“V for Vendetta!”) Then, on Nov. 24th, Mars will move into Sagittarius for the rest of the year, which encourages travel plans and outdoor sports. So, relax and enjoy yourself. Let’s all play the game “Bureaucracy!” That’s where everyone stands in a circle and the first person to do anything loses.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

This week you will have intense, meaningful conversations with those who are closest to you. These conversations will be lively because someone has something to say. Perhaps they want to put their cards on the table? (Could be you – could be them.) Because Mercury is lined up with the Sun opposite your sign, someone is going to state their case. Nevertheless, this is also an excellent time to meet with others and make practical plans for the future. Down-to-earth discussions. Meanwhile, your sex drive is strong! Disputes about shared property might occur. Fortunately, relations with coworkers are excellent and mutually supportive. And of course, let us not forget that this is your year to get richer!

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Even though this is a laid-back week, you will actually get things done because you’re motivated with the Sun in your House of Employment. Therefore, you want to do things as efficiently as possible to be productive. Furthermore, you want to work in a very hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves way. Quite likely, someone older or more experienced will have advice for you, or they might directly help you. Nevertheless, let’s face it. You love your creature comforts so you will take time out for some fun, including playful games with children. Creative activities will appeal. Romance is also blessed. There’s no need to pretend to be what you are not.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

This week is play city for you! Grab every opportunity to get out and enjoy yourself. Meet friends for lunch, dinner, coffee or happy hour. Enjoy short trips, movies, plays and the entertainment world. Sports events will delight. Do whatever appeals to you because you’re in the mood to party and socialize! You will also love to express your creative talents if you get a chance. Meanwhile, redecorating projects plus entertaining at home will also appeal. Despite all these frivolous, fun diversions, you will still be productive because Mars will give you a sense of pride and personal satisfaction from your work. Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Your focus on home and family continues. Family discussions are taking place and probably home repairs as well. This is just what’s happening. However, Mars is in the most playful part of your chart, urging you to get out and play. It’s time to be yourself and express to others exactly who you are. Mars will also amp your sex drive and your desire to flirt. You’ll also enjoy competitive athletic activities. Meanwhile, Venus is influencing your everyday activities, making you realize how beautiful your daily surroundings actually are. (Something we take for granted.) And likewise, you will realize how well you are liked by others. (How sweet it is.)

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Your fast pace continues with errands, short trips, visits, plus increased shopping as well as writing, reading and studying. (Gasp!) You’re multitasking and getting things done! You’re also able to earn good money now and attract money to you; however, you are tempted to spend it on beautiful things for yourself and loved ones. And why not? Life is short – and fat. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

In fact, you look so attractive, you might begin a romance with your someone important. (This is certainly the year to improve your job but I doubt a flirtation with your boss is how you will do it.) Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

This is another powerful week for you with the Sun at high noon in your chart. This makes you look competent and successful to others (even if you aren’t). Nevertheless, don’t pretend to be something that you not because the truth will come out. Relax. Start to make plans about your future. Where do you want to be in five years? A Thought for Today

I hope this fines everyone in good health, happy, and relaxed. As for me I am doing ok just been a very long, rough week with being in the car approximately 4 to 5 hours every day for Big Dawg to serve paperwork. Today isn’t much different for being in the car plus my monthly meeting with my apprentices along with our Samhain celebration and a wiccaning for a beautiful baby boy.
