Cleanse Ritual

Items Needed:

  • 3 Aloe leaf
  • 12 Lime Fruit
  • 1 bottle of maple syrup
  • 3 Gallons of Distilled Water
  • 4 cups of Sea Salt
  • 2 Gallons of Whole Milk
  • 1 Quart of Goats Milk
  • 2/3’s bottle of Florida Water
  • 4 White Candle’s

For three days prior to this cleanse you are to fast from solid foods.
Your diet should consist of only Distilled Water infused with maple syrup and lime.
For 1 gallon of distilled water you can mix 1/3 cup of maple syrup and ½ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice. In this mixture put ½ cup of strained aloe juice.
Drink one gallon of this mixture per day.
Save one Aloe Vera leaf.

Day 1:
1. Pour 4 cups of your salt onto a large, preferably white, plate.
2. Clean your 4 candles with Florida water
3. Place the 4 white Candles all around the plate and light them.
4. In the salt use the middle finger of your right hand and write the word “Purity”.
5. Leave these candles lit through the 3 day duration.

On the third day
1. Take a bath to cleanse yourself of any physical dirt.
2. Blend half an Aloe Leaf in a blender and strain the aloe liquid through a strainer or piece of cotton cloth.
3. Take the other half and cut off one side of it’s green skin exposing it’s inner gel.
4. Cut your Lime into Halves.
5. Squeeze the 6 Limes and leave the juice in a container. Save the lime halves.
6. Pour your Goats Milk into a large Bowl and put it near your purity intention plate of salt surrounded in light.
7. Fill a warm bath.
8. Bring your Candles, Aloe Juice, Florida Water, Lime Juice, Lime halves, and plate of Salt with you into the Bathroom.
9. Get into the bath.
10. Dip your Lime Halves into the plate making sure they have salt on them.
11. Use these halves to cleanse yourself from your crown to the sole’s of your feet.
12. While doing this you’re silent.
13. Just imagine harmful energy running and scattering from your body, presence, and home with every stroke.
14. Once through your 12 lime halves place them in the bathtub with you.
15. Now pour the lime juice into the tub along with you.
16. Using your hand, rub the remainder of the salt all over your body. Cleaning yourself thoroughly…every crevice.

17. Now pour the two gallons of milk over your body whilst in the tub after cleansing yourself with the salt.
18. Combine your two thirds of Florida Water with your Goats milk.
19. Pour this over your body from head to toe.
20. Once done with that, take your container of aloe juice and coat your body with it using the half of Aloe as an applicator.
21. Do not rinse this off.
22. Now take a portion of this bath into a large bowl.
23. Step out of the bath
24. Cover your head in a light cloth.
25. Do no dry off but, allow yourself to air dry.
26. Surround the bowl of leftover bath with the 4 candles.
27. When the candles all extinguish, take whatever is left of the bath and throw it outside towards the West.

A Thought for Today

Until tomorrow and all through your lifetime dear sisters, brothers, and honored guests may your life be filled with all things positive! 

I have all of the northern hemisphere’s regular daily posts for tomorrow ready to go. I have the same for the southern hemisphere’s tomorrow. YEAH! I am finally more or less ready to get out of the dark playground in my mind and start living for just today again. The old saying, “If you have one foot in yesterday and one foot in tomorrow you will piss all over today.” I have been straddling today for too long and feel that have been unfair to all of you. I am very grateful to everyone for being supportive, understanding and patient with me not posting as I work through things and illnesses. I will not say my clinical depression and anxiety disorder are totally under control again, but I am working on getting them controlled enough that I am not afraid to leave me home. Yes, I have been staying in my home basically 24/7 unless there is something I have to do that I cannot pawn off onto Lord Beltane. But to leave my home and yard I am picturing myself as a tiny mouse in a maze that no other human can see me in otherwise, I would feel like everyone is staring at me and whispering about me. I truly hope that me writing about my depression and anxiety has reached at least one person to realize they are not alone with how they feel and that I validate their feelings.

Posts Will be Caught Up Sometime Today

The bruising continues on the back of the broken toe and the ones on either side of it.

First any ideas besides tapeing toes together for a broken, next to little toe, toe on my left foot? We have a beautiful deer family that visits us inn our backyard, across the street, and in the empty lot next door. They are amazing to watch especially the fawns we have watch grow from nursing as mom eats to them now eating along side of her. Well, all but Starbabie, my ESA Un- Chihuahua Chihuahua, love to try to give the deer a hard time so we check to see if they are around mostly when our, Min Pin Cleopatra, big male- German Shepherd/Pit mix- Merlin and big female – German Shepherd/Pit/Rottweiler/ Wolf/Chow mix – Dreamer, fur kids are taken out. I did not see them yesterday and took the two of them out. They spotted them and Dreamer, very unusual forcher to do something like this, lunged as I was coming down the last step where the sidewalk has broken off from the rest of the side walk leaving about an inch or so gap. My shoe came off and my foot turned some how breaking my toe and spraining my knee. Today it my foot and toe are a pretty shade of purple and black, need to look at something good to offset the pain lol, and I cannot walk without using my cane because my balance is off. I found this out the hard way when I got up to take our loving fur kids out and fell back on to the bed. It was funny watching Merlin’s reaction as he turned his head from side to side to try to figure out if I was playing some kind of game. I am elevating it above my hip and icing for 20 minutes every other hour. Getting ready to brew a small thermos of White Williow Bark tea for the pain and a cup of Comfery Leaf to help with the bruising (DO NOT DRINK COMFERY LEAF TEA! IT IS FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY) So any other helpful ideas are greatly appreciated

Now, for the important stuff. Today once again I will be catching up birthday horoscopes and doing today’s Moon phase. I know it is already October 6th or 7th depending on which hemisphere you live in but I am going to finish the monthly posts. I figure better late than not do them at all…Right? Since I will be sitting down as much as possible I am hoping to get tomorrow’s regular posts done for both hemispheres too but please do not need upset if these do not happen until tomorrow.

Thank you so much to my long, medium, and short term folders for sticking with me while I post sporadically since mid-August. A close friend and mentor use the phrase “Dropping a Love Bomb on everyone reading this.” I think it is very appropriate for me to use it here but tweaked to be my own…

A Tought for Today

These are words I really need to remember especially now. I have been sleeping around 18 to 19 hours in every 24 since last Saturday and still feel exhausted but I know it is my body trying to heal itself so for now I am ok with sleeping that much.

My biggest problem is the increase in nightmares from a bunch of things including but not limited to fatal car accidents, my mom dad and Sonny sitting up in their coffins to tell me just one more thing, along with other things I do not want to bring into the light of day.

My psychologist has me Journaling about the nightmares ans PTSD not fun but it is helping. I just with I could get the above mentioned people into a nice forest or field or anywhere but their coffins. I talked to relatives and close friends beyond the veil anytime they come to me when I am awake. Why these 3 have to interrupt my sleep I probably will never know…lol

UGH I Hate Being Sick

I went to our urgent care. After chest x-rays, covid test, and blood work it turns out I have pneumonia in both lungs. The x-rays show white in about half of each of them. I am now on an antibiotic and prednisone for 10 days. Along with using steaming water with eucalyptus in it to help open my air ways. If it was not for having allergy indeed asthma, fall allergy season where I live is bad because of all the crops being harvested and ragweed is everywhere, I would not use the prednisone. The doctor said because I have a low immune system the left over coughing and shortness of breathe after having covid in mid August with bad environmental allergies did not allow my lungs yo stay clear of bacteria and the financial stress and emotional stress of Sonny’s death combined to cause a perfect storm allowing bacteria into my lungs to become pneumonia.

Hopefully I will start feeling better tomorrow. Today is going to be spent relaxing and sleeping. I could use healing and positive thoughts from all of you please.
