Venus, the planet of love, beauty, pleasure, and self-worth, will go retrograde in the sign of Scorpio and then Libra starting on October 5, 2018. During Venus Retrograde we’re called to reevaluate and reflect on our personal values, our relationships (which also includes the relationship we have with ourselves), and the things that bring us pleasure and fulfillment. As a tender-hearted Water sign, love is never too far from your mind, which is why this retrograde is perfect for you. When it comes to love and romance, Venus Retrograde will push you to address the ways you may be settling in love and the ways you can improve. Part of this may require learning that you are deserving of love while also letting go of some of your romantic ideals that may be hindering you. For example, your desirability isn’t determined by the amount of romantic interest you get from others. You’re desirable because, well, why wouldn’t you be?

 

Leo Horoscope (July 23 – Aug. 22)

Your attention is called towards your home and family, which could have you taking a deeper look at the bonds you share with the women in your family or someone close to you. If there’s been a rift between you and someone you love, Venus Retrograde could pave the way for the two of you to make amends. On the flipside, Venus Retrograde could show you where you may need to be less accommodating. Friendships will also need to be reevaluated. Virgo Horoscope (Aug. 23 – Sept. 22)
