What Type of Psychic are You?

What Type of Psychic are You?

posted by Annie B. Bond
Everyone has four psychic senses, and you can learn to focus on psychic reception areas to enhance all of your psychic abilities. But as you become more adept at the process you will find that one or two of your four psychic senses are dominant–easier and more reliable for you to use.

It is important to know which psychic senses are your best channels for your intuition. Over time you can rely on them to help you keep your bearings. Find out which of the four psychic senses are your special gifts, here:

Know Your Psychic Strengths: Four Types

Gut Feeling: Feelers
Psychic feeling is the most accessible. It is the easiest to open to and to interpret. The hallmarks are “gut” feelings, and uneasy physical feelings that often give you a sense of something not being right, or being right.

All people, places, and objects constantly radiate vibrational patterns, and your physical body is like a large antenna able to register and assimilate their meaning as inner feelings.

Focal Point: In the front of the body, from the top of the diaphragm to just below the naval (the third chakra).

Knowing: Prophetics
The sense of “knowing” is very fleeting, but once you get the message the awareness of the truth is deep and unwavering.

Men and women high in psychic knowing function at an accelerated pace. They are excellent anticipators of problems or difficulties, and they naturally sense how to be at the right place at the right time. They are innovators with limitless creativity.

Focal Point: The crown and top of head (seventh chakra). The insight comes down from the crown into the center of the head to the nerve bundle that connects the two hemispheres of the brain.

Hearing: Audients
Psychic hearing manifests as words, phrases, and inner dialogue. You might even hear a song that gives you a message. Or a warning that comes with words.

People good in psychic hearing can hear when someone is lying to them, and they are good, uncomplicated and direct initiators.

Focal Point: Both sides of the head, just above the ears, in the area of the temporal lobes.

Seeing: Visionary
Seeing messages visually, such as a date, or someone’s energy field. With your eyes shut, your visual awareness shifts upward to your forehead.

Visionaries can often “see” when something is not right, and know what is wrong. They are excellent planners and have a very good sense of time and space.

Focal Point: The third eye.

We All Come From the Goddes

We All Come From the Goddes

We all come from the Goddess, and to her we shall return

Like a drop of rain flowing to the ocean.

REPEAT

Isis, Astrate, Diana, Hecate, Demeter, Kali, Innana!

REPEAT

We all come from the Horned God, and to him we shall return

Like a spark of flame rising to the heavens.

REPEAT

Hoof and horn, hoof and horn, all that dies shall be reborn

Corn and grain corn and grain, all that falls shall rise again!

REPAEAT

The Goddess is alive and magick is afoot!

The Goddess is alive and magick is afoot!

RETURN TO THE BEGINING

We Are Alive

We Are Alive

We are alive
as the earth is alive,
we have the power to
create our freedom.

If we have the courage, we can be healers,
Like the sun we shall rise.
If we have courage, we can be healers,
like the moon we shall rise

MOON LORE

MOON LORE

Everyone is a moon, and has a dark side
which he never shows to anybody
~Mark Twain~

Moon Passage

Once long ago, humans depended upon the Moon for reckoning time, planting crops and harvesting the sea. It’s phases and it’s path through the sky were matters of concern and interest to all. Today very few people indeed are even aware, beyond a casual glance, of the Moon’s presence. In a sense the lovely silver sphere which sometimes lights our darkness is more mysterious now despite the exploration of its surface. The Moon’s curious forces continue to exert their influence over us and our planet. We and the oceans of Earth still unceasingly respond to the Moon’s magnetic appeal. As a symbol of Mystic significance, appreciated by so many ancient religious expressions, the Moon remains as potent as ever, at least to the poet, the artist and the witch.
Due to the nature of its orbit, the back of the Moon is unseen by viewers on Earth. This lends one more element of mystery to our single satellite. The Moon like the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. Unlike the sun, its size and shape continually change. Four cycles of approximately seven days each total a lunar month, which forms the basis for our present calendar system. The ancients held that the day began at nightfall, and the custom of celebrating holidays on their eve echoes the old tradition.
The slender crescent appearing soon after dark-of-the-Moon is called, obviously enough, the new Moon. It waxes, grows larger, to the first quarter visible in the sky as a half-Moon. The quarter in this instance refers to the sequence of the four phases. As the Moon waxes, its horns point to the east until it reaches full circle. The waning Moon diminishes in size, horns pointing west, until we see no Moon at all.

The times of rising and setting relate to the phases according to a definite pattern, as recorded in this old country rhyme:

A new Moon rises with the sun,
Its waxing half at midday shows.
The full Moon climbs at sunset hour,
And waning half the midnight knows.

Controlling Creativity Spell

Controlling Creativity Spell
January 4th, 2003
Here’s a little spell to help you get control of your creativity. Prepare your sacred space as normal, then light two yellow or red candles and call upon your muses. Mix a half cup of sand with three teaspoons vervain in a small bowl. On the sand, focus your intention of being block-free. Suffuse the sand completely with your will. Hold an obsidian stone, ring, or pendant in your cupped hands, seeing it as an empty object ready to absorb the sand’s energy. Bury the obsidian in the sand for three days. Keep the stone with you when working, taking it in hand when you feel a creative lapse.

Spell To Dispel Negative Energies

Spell To Dispel Negative Energies

This spell is to help dispel negative energies around you and involves making a talisman.

Take a small clear crystal, an acorn, some rosemary and mandrake and
a bit of green silk or cotton. It doesn’t need to be a big piece.
Cast your circle and creating a pouch from the herbs, bless them with
each element saying

“While this dwells within, there will be protection without. Cleanse
and charge this charm, element of against all who wish me ill!”

Now hang this somewhere not too obviously, like hiding it in a corner
or over a window. This will protect you till next Samhain when you
should burn it in the sacred fire, crystal and all. If it is not too
tainted, the fire will just cleanse the crystal and you’ll be able to
retrieve it from the ashes but I always recommend just getting a new
one.  ~source unknown~

Types of candles

Types of candles

Any type of candle can be used for candle magic as long as it has been cleansed and consecrated prior to use. Although beeswax candles are higher in price than store bought candles, they are more powerful because they are produced from nature. As with any other tool, the candle made by the practitioner for a specific purpose captures the energy of the practitioner. Many experienced Witches will use only candles they have crafted themselves because of this.

Candle Magic

Candle Magic

Candle Magic has been around for many, many years, being traced as far back as the Palaeolithic era. It is a very powerful form of sympathetic magic.
There are many factors that play into the art of candle magic. As we know any type of magic that is performed will return to you three fold, whether it be positive or negative. Always keep the Wiccan Rede “An harm to none do what thou wilt” in mind when considering your work. Always keep in mind that magic effect’s the entire world around you. Be very careful what you ask for, for it may well come true. The wording in any type of magic must not be taken lightly, be very careful, concise , and precise, make sure you have covered all possible bases.
Keep in mind that some candle magic has to be repeated over a period of days. Therefore, you will want to place them in an area that will not be disturbed. Do not choose a place where there is a tv, radio noise or disturbances of any kind. Keep in mind to not put candles near curtains and such, as you would not want to burn your house down. Candle magic should always be performed in a low traffic area. That is why a bedroom is really nice for such work.

Bergamot Mint Oil

Bergamot Mint Oil

Bergamot has a minty-lemony fragrance. It is used in money and prosperity oils. There are a great many synthesized versions out ther and should not be used, instead, make up the following bouquet:

Bergamot Mint Bouquet
Lemon Oil
Lemongrass Oil
Peppermint Oil

Ambergris

Ambergris

This scent is the product of sperm whales. Used in aphrodisiac-type oils and perfumes. True ambergis is best avoided because of its origins, if you can’t find artificial ambergris oil, try substituting the following bouquet, or compound, which is very close to true ambergris.

Ambergris Bouquet
Cypress Oil
Patchouly Oil (a few drops)

SPELL AGAINST SLANDER AND GOSSIP

SPELL AGAINST SLANDER AND GOSSIP

Write the name and full birthdate of your gossiping enemy on a piece of slippery elm bark.
Wrap it in a piece of black cloth and say:
(Name of person) be now silent!
Let your bitter tongue be broken!
(Name of person) be now silent!
Let no evil words be spoken!
SO MOTE IT BE!
Bury the cloth-covered bark in a forest or graveyard at night by the light of a pale
waning moon as you visualize that person unable to speak whenever he or she
attempts to spread malicious gossip about you.

LOVERS TRUTH SPELL

LOVERS TRUTH SPELL

You will need: A tall, deep-blue candle peony or lavender oil and parchment (or paper)
On a waxing moon, anoint the candle with the fragrance of lavender or peony by the purest moonlight.
By this same moonlight – and this light only – inscribe the name of your lover on parchment.
Still by moonlight, use the name-paper as a taper to light the candle.
Place the candle upon a fireproof surface, away from a window or curtain,
and rest while the candle burns low. As you lay down your head that night, ask that your
love be open and honest of his actions; ask that he leave off flirtation and reveal true feelings
for you if he has them. Before a week has passed you will have a sign of his true regard.

TRUTH REVEALED SPELL

Moon and tide save help me now,
I seek the truth here not yet found,
For underneath the fog there lies,
new possibilities for I,
So let this night be unlike others,
And let the noble show their colors,
And let the meek and cowards run,
For now the moon seeks out her sun,
And by the power that is three,
So as I will it, so mote it be.

TRUTH SPELL

TRUTH SPELL

A white candle
A picture of the person or just a small piece of paper to put the persons name.
Get the white candle and light it up (at night before you go to sleep) and say:
“To see the truth, to know the way, I cast a spell in every day, buy the power of three,
I conjure thee to give thy truth, unto me.”
Then blow out the candle while saying the persons name you want to put the truth spell on.
In the morning, light the candle again, say the spell again and say the person aloud, then
blow out the candle while saying the persons name…and say it through the smoke of the
candle so it can work.
