    1. You can cast on a Full Moon since that is when our power is the greatest. But if your needs are more urgent, you can cast it at anytime. The same way with any spell, we try to pick coordinating Moon Phases. But there are times when our need is great and urgent, then we cast them anytime. I hope I have helped you out some.
