I have done just a few of the regular daily posts this morning because I have to leave shortly to clean a friends ome for extra income. I wanted to get some of the monthly posts done seen as how it is either he 2nd or 3rd of the month depending on where you live. Tomorrow, I will get us back on track with the current date, northern and southern hemisphere’s tomorrow posts. All birthday horoscopes to date are under the day of the month they are for. Just click on the calendar on WOTC’s homepage to find them.

A Thought for Today

I am back to posting after 4 days that seemed to last for more than 24 hours. I took last evening to clear myself of the negativity I brought to myself with all the stuff I went through with PayPal to get money back and safeguard my account. I will be putting the donate button back up today now that I know when someone makes a donation, pays for a course fee, or readings and clearings I do that your sensitive information will be safe.

Not all the regular posts were done today. The reason for that is I want to get the tomorrow posts for both hemispheres done.

Thank you for sticking with me and for the support and kind words that helped me make it through that awful huge problem. I could not have kept my cool when talking online with PayPal customer service works who did nothing to help my situation if not for all of you. When I called PayPal a wonderful lady not only helped me get a refund for the unauthorized transactions but told me what to do to make my account safe from all hackers hopefully.

As pagans and witches from all walks of life and different witchcraft traditions we face who do we tell about our spiritual and magickal paths? Does it make us an imposter witch if we stay partly or fully in the broom closet?

This topic came up in a chat with my apprentices a week ago. There were 5 of us present in the chat and we each had a different viewpoint but the bottom line for all of us is it does not matter if we keep out paths to ourselves or tell people we are still “real” witches and pagans. What we feel inside our heart about the path we chose to walk is way more important than who we tell or do not tell. Our connection with the Goddesses and Gods is all that matters.

If today’s posts seem to have chaotic energy in them I apologize. I have my first court hearing for my divorce from  man who’s last name I still carry but have not seen in 21 years. I never had a reason to divorce him before but now that I am reunited with my twin flame, Lord Beltane a.k.a. Big Dawg and we are to be married as soon as we can after my divorce is final (his became final in August from his wife of 28 years) I want to get it over with so we can live the rest of the lifetime united not just by law but by a Handfasting also. Even though my soon to be ex-husband did not accept the paper telling him of today’s Zoom court date I am concerned that something will not go right. An irrational concern probably but I still am feeling that way. At least I get to do this court date from the comfort of my home so my anxiety level is not through the roof but it is still pretty high. Court starts at 10:30 AM CDT if you have read this by than I can use all the positive thoughts you care to send my way. I would have put off posting until after my court appearance but we have a lot of things to do today and I do not know if I would have the time to get both hemispheres posts for tomorrow done.

Please remember this is the annual fundraising time to renew the witchesofthecraft.com domain name. If the renewal fee is not paid by November 17, 2022 we will lose the WOTC domain name and anyone can take it over after 20+ years. Lady of the Abyss started this website when us pagans/witches had to hide in plain sight even more than we do now. WOTC was a pioneering witchcraft website back in the day but Lady Abyss started it after the Goddess told her to spread the word of what real witches/pagans and witchcraft are compared to how we have been stereotyped for centuries. I was blessed to receive this website as a gift from Lady abyss just a little over a month before she crossed into the Spirit Plane. She felt I could and I hope I am carrying on her work. No proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for any other purpose but retain our domain name.

Brain Fog is a Horrible Thing to Deal With

Thanks to fibromyalgia and my emotional state of mind over the past month plus lingering effects from having covid my mind is not working very well today. I opened WordPress to start posting and could not really understand what I had posted or not posted for both hemispheres’ tomorrow so Give me some time to slowly figure out what I have or have not done, and I will get the regular posts up for both tomorrows at some point today. Thank goodness for Grammarly or this post would look like a very young child wrote it instead of me LOL. This is not an easy thing for me to work with and at times trying to figure out what I am doing not just with posts but something as easy as refilling my water glass can trigger anything from a mundane headache to a migraine.

To make things a little easier on myself the following will be happening with all the regular everyday posts:

The birthday horoscope will be posted on the date it falls on.

The southern hemisphere will have postings for its tomorrow.

The northern hemisphere will be todays out from the current date.

Hopefully this along with a check off sheet will allow me to get information to you better daily. Please excuse any mistakes I might make with getting posts on the dates listed above. Thank you for your patience once again.

A Tought for Today

These are words I really need to remember especially now. I have been sleeping around 18 to 19 hours in every 24 since last Saturday and still feel exhausted but I know it is my body trying to heal itself so for now I am ok with sleeping that much.

My biggest problem is the increase in nightmares from a bunch of things including but not limited to fatal car accidents, my mom dad and Sonny sitting up in their coffins to tell me just one more thing, along with other things I do not want to bring into the light of day.

My psychologist has me Journaling about the nightmares ans PTSD not fun but it is helping. I just with I could get the above mentioned people into a nice forest or field or anywhere but their coffins. I talked to relatives and close friends beyond the veil anytime they come to me when I am awake. Why these 3 have to interrupt my sleep I probably will never know…lol

Well, I got most of the regular posts done for today but as I have 2 more days of posts to do for both hemispheres tomorrow, I skipped a few. I know some of you enjoy the Astronomy Picture of The Day so I will be checking up on all the missing dates one or two days this week. Today in History post will be back tomorrow. The extra posts on a variety of topics will start again this week also.

Thank you, dear Sisters, Brothers, and Honored Guests, for sticking with WOTC while I was not feeling good at all while the COVID virus wreaked havoc with my body and brain. I am still dealing with the tiredness and a bad cough causing me to get short of breath at times. Also, the super fibromyalgia flare that hit me because of the virus causing my body and mind to be in a stress filled state. Lord Beltane lost a full week of work because of the virus so we could not pay all of our bills for this month. One that we could not pay was our internet bill hopefully they will accept half a payment so I can stay online to do posts to WOTC. AN even more important bill that we could not make was our car payment. If we lose our car than Lord Beltane cannot work as he works for company delivering prescriptions to nursing homes and a local prison. If anyone would like to make a donation to help us get caught up with these it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to those who already have made one.
