Queen ELizabeth II has Crossed the Veil Into the Summerland

In honor of this great woman’s crossing and in empathy with our brothers and sisters across the United Kingdom and all the commonwealths, I choose to do no more post today or tomorrow. As we all absorbed this tragic news.

Queen Elizabeth has been and inspiration to me since I was a teenager. After I became a high priestess I would read about her as a strong, dedicated to her people leader in the hope that I could learn from her on how to be diplomatic within my coven. I am sorry if this sounds confusing but I can’t find the right words to describe how much this beautiful woman and spirit has influenced my life especially as a leader.

I ask that you send loving, comforting thoughts and energy to the Queen’s family. May her spirit find peace that she has missed for a while now and she be reunited with the love of her life, Prince Philp, Duke of Edinberg.

As I am unsure what news outlet you prefer to read or listen to, I am put up a link for a general search about Queen ELizabeth II’s death today.

General Search for Queen ELizabeth II Death

At the time of her death, she was surrounded by all her children and Prince WIlliam. At the moment of her death Prince Charles became King Charles. He may choose to use at different name when his coronation takes places.

The Many Titles of Queen Elizabeth II

Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II

Her Majesty The Queen, since her birth in 1926, has been granted the use of numerous official and unofficial titles and styles befitting her position as a child of a royal Duke, the heir presumptive to the throne, the spouse of a royal Duke and as Sovereign. Although The Queen is known as, simply ‘The Queen’ or ‘Elizabeth II’ by her subjects, this is an oversimplified version of her royal title.

In the United Kingdom, the Queen is officially titled ‘Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith’, with the style of ‘Majesty’. This title was altered in 1953 in order to reflect more clearly the relations of the members of the Commonwealth to one another and of their recognition of the Crown as a symbol of their free association.

Prior to this, as altered following the independence of India in 1947, the title of the Sovereign was ‘Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas, Queen, Defender of the Faith’.

In Her Majesty’s other fifteen realms, variations of this title are officially used, reflecting her position as the head of state in these countries. These, in most cases, follow the style of ‘Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, Queen of [name of the Commonwealth Realm] and of Her other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth’, which applies to most of her other realms.

In the realms of Canada and Granada, Her Majesty’s title denotes her position as Queen of the United Kingdom; in Canada, the title is ‘Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom, Canada and Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith’. In Grenada, her title is ‘… Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Grenada and Her other Realms and Territories…’. New Zealand follows a similar way of referring to the Queen, but include the title ‘Defender of the Faith’.

As well as these official titles, there are many unofficial titles that the Queen has been granted. Her Majesty The Queen was awarded the title ‘Mother of all People’ by the Salish nation in Canada. In Jamaica, Her Majesty is unofficially known in Jamaican Patois as ‘Missis Queen’ or ‘The Queen Lady’. In New Zealand, The Queen is unofficially known as ‘the White Heron’ by the Maori people, a cherished bird rarely seen in New Zealand.

In addition to these affectionate titles, Her Majesty The Queen is also known by various historic but informal titles. In the Channel Islands, consisting of the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey and their dependencies, The Queen is known as the Duke of Normandy. This title reflects the fact that these islands had been part of the Duchy of Normandy since the 10th century. However, The Queen reigns as Queen and is also referred to as ‘The Crown in Right of Jersey/Guernsey’, although sometimes referred to as ‘The Queen, Our Duke’.

From 2010, The Queen has been called ‘Queen of Gibraltar’ in a semi-official way. This title appeared on a Gibraltarian £5 coin and now appears on Gibraltarian and British government documents in reference to The Queen as Sovereign in Gibraltar. However, as a British Overseas Territory, the Rock does not enjoy this as an official title in the same way that the Commonwealth Realms enjoy differing titles.

Even though Fiji abolished their monarchy in 1987, The Queen was still known, unofficially, as ‘Tui Viti’ which translates as ‘Paramount Chief’. The Great Council of Chiefs, a constitutional body disbanded in 2012, recognised The Queen as being the incumbent holder of these titles, although these titles were not recognised by the Fijian government.

For republicans, the unofficial address of ‘Mrs. Windsor’ has entered into circulation as a pejorative title to demonstrate discontent towards the existence of the monarchy. However, this title is not one that will be received with disdain from some and disregard by many.

September’s Full Moon Wants You To Dream Big

With so much emphasis on logic, information, and details these days amid Virgo season, I’m sure you could benefit from a nice, relaxing vacation to get some relief from your busy schedule. While taking time off to plan a trip may not be at the top of your list of priorities at the moment, who’s to say you can’t use your imagination as a form of escapism? With the upcoming full moon in the dreamy, idealistic sign of Pisces preparing to illuminate the cosmos, the sense of urgency you’ve felt around keeping busy is bound to melt away, and your desire to envision what’s possible is coming into focus. As a mutable earth sign, Virgo season has been all about being of service, and while this has likely allowed you to cross plenty of tasks off your to-do list, it hasn’t left much space to tap into your creative side. Though being rooted in a realistic Virgo world promotes efficiency and productivity, the spiritual meaning of the September 2022 full Harvest Moon is all about focusing less on the nitty-gritty details, and embracing what’s possible — even if it’s currently not right in front of you.

As a mutable water sign, Pisces is a sign all about ideals, and not necessarily about actuality. It’s an energy that promotes envisioning what could be, regardless of what the current circumstances may look like. As the moon prepares to fill up with the sun’s productivity-oriented rays on Sept. 10, your dreams will be illuminated, prompting you to tap into your imagination, regardless of whether or not it makes sense. Since Jupiter — the planet of wisdom, growth, and expansion — rules this full moon and is currently retrograde in Aries, it may be somewhat challenging to move forward with any major plans (especially since Mercury’s stationing retrograde the day before), but this full moon is less about taking action and more about giving your mind the space to think outside the box. Consider what’s possible when you don’t limit yourself.

What Is A Harvest Moon?

A harvest moon is a full moon that takes place annually, right around the fall equinox. The rare thing about this full moon is that it takes place at the same time every evening a few nights in a row, and lends its light to farmers looking to harvest their crops before fall arrives, which is where it gets its name. This annual lunation is also commonly referred to as a Corn Moon or an Autumn Moon.

When Is The September 2022 Full Harvest Moon In Pisces?

The full Harvest Moon in Pisces will take place on Sept. 10, 2022 at 6:00 a.m. EST. Taking place in Pisces at 17 degrees, this lunation will shed light on the Pisces-ruled house in your birth chart, illuminating the dreams and ideals you’ve possibly been neglecting. Since Virgo season’s been in full swing, you’ve likely been more tapped into your logical mind, where it’s been easy to sight of the bigger picture. With this full moon bringing your attention back to your hopes and ideals, you’ll be reminded that in order to be the most productive, you can’t lose sight of your purpose. Remaining rooted in reality will allow your dreams to come to fruition, so it’s important to allow them to work together. Too much logic stifles creativity, and too much dreaming can keep you from taking action, so be sure not to lose sight of what you’re ultimately striving for.

THERE ARE 1 TOO MANY RETROGRADE PLANETS IN SEPTEMBER — INCLUDING MERCURY

A new month is upon us, which means that a new set of planetary transits is on the horizon, including retrogrades. Retrogrades are usually dreaded in the astro community, but it’s important to remember that they don’t always spell doom and gloom. When outer planets like Uranus and Neptune station retrograde, the effects aren’t as intense as when inner planets such as Venus and Mercury station retrograde. And even when the inner planets station, it’s only for a short period. So, while the number of retrograde planets in September 2022 may sound like too much to handle, it’s not as daunting as you may think (even though Mercury is one of them).

What Is A Retrograde?

A retrograde takes place when a planet essentially slows down, causing the planet to appear to move backward in the sky from our place on Earth. In reality, the planet isn’t actually moving backward, but it is moving much slower than normal, which is where the retrograde mishaps can come into play. A retrograde is what takes place when a planet reaches a certain distance away from the sun, called a trine, which coincides with the beginning and end of a retrograde cycle. Since Mercury typically retrogrades about three times every year, the effects are usually more noticeable and discussed, especially since it’s the planet that rules over speech, communication, and transportation. Since the outer planets don’t rule over mundane topics, their effects aren’t always as apparent, at least not initially.

How Many Planets Will Be Retrograde In September 2022?

This month, six planets in total will be retrograding through the cosmos — but five of them stationed retrograde prior to this month, and they’re all outer planets. The good thing is, you’ve experienced the retrogrades of each of these planets every single year, so it’s nothing you can’t handle.

What To Expect From September 2022’s Retrograde Planets

Though six planets retrograde is literally more than half of the sky, it’s nothing to worry about, because only one of these planets will actually be stationing retrograde in September.

The only planet that will actually station retrograde this month is Mercury, on Sept. 9. As a planet that stations retrograde pretty often, the themes of Mercury rx may already be engrained in your mind: texts sent to the wrong person, delayed or canceled travel plans, and Instagram going down, to name a few. Generally, Mercury retrogrades are typically a time to review, revise, and rethink the topics Mercury occupies over in your birth chart. Be sure to look not only at where Mercury will be stationing retrograde, but also at the astrological houses that Mercury rules over (Gemini and Virgo-ruled houses) in your birth chart. These are the areas prone to revisions, while the house Mercury actually stations in may be where you’re called to actualize these changes.

Mercury Retrograde (Sept. 9-Oct. 2)

Mercury is the planet all about details, information, and communication. When it stations retrograde, it can cause these themes to be more challenging, particularly based on the sign it’s stationing retrograde in. This time around, Mercury will initially be stationing retrograde in the cardinal air sign of Libra, prompting you to reconsider how you mediate, connect, and find balance in your life. As a sign ruled by Venus, Libra is all about treating people fairly and taking the time to understand every side to a story. Since Mercury will be retrograde, however, it may be challenging to receive accurate information during this time, so it’ll be important that you double check any messages that come your way now.

On Sept. 23, Mercury will retrograde back into the mutable earth sign of Virgo, grounding communication in a way that’s logical and efficient. Since this is the sign where Mercury is exalted, the second half of Mercury retrograde is bound to feel slightly more productive than the first half. With Mercury still retrograde, however, don’t expect productivity to be linear now. Instead, use this time to assess details and information, but don’t feel too much pressure to tackle everything listed on your to-do list until Mercury stations direct on Oct. 2.

SEPTEMBER 8 birthday horoscope shows that your zodiac sign is Virgo – The Virgin. You are a dependable, trustworthy and sharp individual. You pay attention even to the smallest of detail. Yes, you have to get up plenty early to fool this particular Virgin. They are truly one of a kind.

If today September 8th is your birthday, you may be the center of attention but possibly in a negative way. Some say that you are so hard to please and that you find things so that you can nit-pick about.

However, others understand this about you and know that you have good intentions and that you think you are helping. You cannot help yourself as it is in your blood to help people more so than anyone else born under the Virgo zodiac sign. This is your gift, your talent and it should not be ignored as something small.

The September 8 horoscope predicts that you may be someone who is withdrawn or somewhat reserved. Among your friends, you are the only “sane” one in the group, and they may tease you about being introverted.

This is a quality that should be applauded and not ridiculed. This tendency also is noted by your employer. There’s nobody that is more valued than a Virgo at work. You keep to yourself and make sure that the job gets completed.

As a September 8th birthday personality you may be an introvert. But it gives you plenty of time to observe and to think. You’re analytical so that you can think too much at times. This might make you introspective.

This as a negative says that you are likely a doubting Thomas. As a positive birthday personality trait, you troubleshoot areas that other people don’t even think about. You typically get the job done right the first time although you may not even have any experience.

As a friend, the September 8 zodiac person understands most situations better than others however critical do. You like things to be picture perfect, but life just does not deal with the cards that way. Humans are given free will, and we will make mistakes.

It would be to your benefit to relax your standards a tad bit concerning other people and their lives. We only get one, and with any luck at all, we will live and learn. Furthermore, the September 8 Virgo birthday people are neat, elegant almost to the point where it is irritating to others.

You may think that people with the same interest make better friendships than those opposed to your nature. You have values stemming from your childhood that help make you the person you are today. This quality is also seen in your romantic relationships as you tend to look for qualities that would make a worthy life partner.

It’s safe to say that you are likely to be marriage minded at a young age. If you were born on this September 8 zodiac, you might want to be like your parents as they have been strict and loving role models for you.

The September 8 birthday personality is a spiritual being. There’s more to you than meets the eye. On the surface, you may seem to have it all together while in fact, you have your unsure moments where you wonder if you are fulfilling your life’s purpose.

Then, there are moments when you feel most gratified at your job. This is when you know you have put forth your best and helped someone. Perhaps your family has a business that you are a part of. This, too, gives you a sense of belonging and accomplishment. Whatever you may decide to do, rest assured it would be in the service industry. Additionally, because of your values, self-control, and discipline, it is a rare occasion that you blow your money on frivolous things.

The September 8 horoscope shows that you are analytical people as we said before. You are likely to think that you have every disease or illness under the sun because of one small symptom.

There is nothing for you worry about as you take great care of yourself that is when you are not overdoing it. Too many vitamins can have adverse effects or work out too much can be unhealthy for you.

As the trends are progressively moving forward sometimes without inhibitions, you are truly underestimated. Nonetheless, you are a joy to have around, and you’re good at fixing things.

Additionally, the September 8 astrology predicts that you stand firm and don’t make impulsive mistakes. You feel that friends are special people. You should try to relax more, Virgo. While it’s true, you’re super, but you are not superhuman.
