If this is true for you, take a look at what you can do to make the situation better. Recognize that the other person has autonomy and treat their needs with respect. Be gentle and caring in your approach if you have previously been stern. If you have been rigid and unyielding, be flexible and try a collaborative approach, one that leads to compromise and benefits both you and your friend.

The Three of Swords has another piece of advice for you among its various interpretations: regain some mental control over your emotions. This doesn’t mean to approach others coldly this week.
