Good afternoon, my luvs! The graphic expresses exactly what I have seen for two days. I hope the sun is shining, it is warm and a beautiful day, wherever you are. We are having a very unusual Winter. It has been in the 60’s and raining for 2 days now. After I sit and watch it rain, I sort of get wild and wacky, thus the greeting above. I guess I get ants in my pants. I have to do something whether it is right or wrong, lol! I have already planned on cooking supper which is on the wacky side of me. I hate to cook. I can cook now. Everyone tells me I am a gourmet chef. I just cook like my mother did and she was a country cook. It wasn’t unusual for daddy to go out and shoot a squirrel. He would bring it home. Momma would skin it and cut it up. Then she would cook squirrel and gravy or just simply fry it. I know some of you just curled up your nose, squirrel? It is good. It actually tastes like chicken. I know everything odd taste like chicken, squid, octopus, rattlesnake, etc. But I am not planning anything like that for supper. We are going to have some ribs. Oh, I miss ribs in the Winter. But I have been baking them and they are delicious. After that I am sure I will find something else to get into.
But enough with my menu and my wild and wackiness on rainy days. Let’s get on with what’s important.

RELAXATION RITUAL
Lay or sit in a place where you will not be disturbed for at least five minutes.
Get comfortable. If you are sitting, your back should be straight.
Sitting or lying down, your legs should be crossed.
If sitting, rest your hands, palms down, in your lap. Close your eyes.
Visualize a golden ball of beautiful, warm light surrounding your feet.
If you cannot “see” the golden ball when you visualize it, its okay, just know it is there. The ball of golden warm light always brings peace and total relaxation. Wherever the ball goes tension departs.
Now allow this ball of light to rise up your legs and up your torso.
Then allow it to go down your arms to your fingers, and finally up your neck and into your head until covered with total peace and relaxation and all tension is gone. If you feel tension anywhere, send the ball there and the tension will vanish. Stay in this state for a few moments. If you are having trouble sleeping, try this.
Be at one with yourself. When you are ready to come out of this state of deep relaxation, take three deep breaths and feel fresh life and energy coming out of your body with each breath.

Hello, my dearies! How’s your day going today? I hope you are having a very delightful day. It is cold here but at least the sun is finally shining. I raised th blind were the sun could shine on my back. The warmth of the Sun feels so good. I know around here the grass is still green. With the Sun shining and the grass green, just looking you would think Spring is right around the corner. Boy, do I hope so. I don’t like being couped up. I go outside during th day, I get to hear hubby holler, “get back in here, you are going to catch cold!” And he knows how to get me back in too. He stands with the door cracked and there sits my two kitties. I haven’t figured it out yet. I don’t know if they (kitties) want to make a jail break or they are begging me to come back in, lol! There are times it is like a three-ring circus around here. If he puts up a big canvas sign on the side, attaches tires and hooks us to a semi-truck. I running for the hills, lol!

- It will depend on what you are attempting to -get rid of which spot is better. Be sure to take-plenty of time over choosing this until it feels-absolutely right.

- Take a big deep breath and then breathe out.
- Your breath out should be slightly longer -than the in breath.
- Do this three times to clear your lungs
- Now take a further deep breath and this time -as you exhale say as loudly as you can:

This is a folklore recipe and would strictly only become a spell if an incantation or invocation were added. Black Cohosh is better known as a herb to be used at the time of the menopause, but here is used as a footwash which will lead you to money.
Instructions for use:
- Soak the root in the cup of boiling water for -fifteen minutes.
- Strain the water and throw away the root.
- Put the liquid in the bottle for seven days and -leave it alone.
