Easy Ritual with a White Candle

To absorb and remove all negativity from your auric field, you’ll need:

1 white candle, a glass of water

a pinch of salt.

  1. Light the white candle on your altar or any table.
  2. Next to it, place the glass full of water, add a pinch of salt to the water and let it sit for about 1 hour.
  3. After one hour, wash your hands with the salt water, visualizing your spirit being cleansed.
  4. Let the air dry your hands and let the candle go out on its own. Always practice candle safety.
