ANALYSIS: Heimdall is an interesting and mysterious figure in Norse mythology, and I associate him with the rune algiz because of his role as protector and guardian. He is the watcher at the gate who guards the boundaries between the worlds and who charges all entering and leaving with caution. He is best known for his famous horn, but his sword is also important in the consideration of rune. Snorri mentions that the poetic name for a sword is ‘Heimdall’s head’, and the poetic name for a head is ‘Heimdall’s sword’. This is particularly significant if we consider that one form of his name was ‘Heimdali’, meaning ‘ram’. Through the image of the ram,Heimdall’s sword and his horn can be seen as two different sides of the same image. Both the sword and the horns (or the elks antlers) are symbols of power that may be used for either offence or defence, depending on the situation.
In terms of the journey, we have passed through death and rebirth, and must now face the Guardian before returning to our world. It is he who charges us to use our new-found power wisely. The person can no longer be simply concerned with their own personal development, but must now consider the effect that their actions may have on others. This is a crucial turning point, and the person will either choose to adopt a system of ethics or ignore the effect on others and only work to serve their own ends. Again, the sword is in their hands, but they must decide whether to use it for defense or offense.
Everything in the universe happens in time, by which I mean that effects follow causes because nothing creates itself. This principle is what Buddhists call “impermanence” and the ancient Chinese called “changes.” It is a great help to understand how to put interpretations in the correct order so you can not only understand them, but also see how they will play out in your life.
As a Tarot card reader lays the cards out on a table in a particular order, so the cards should be read in the right order. When I teach both Tarot and Astrology, the order of things is one of the first and most important issues I instill in my students.
At the most basic level, you can see this if you lay three cards down in a row on the table. In this game of reality, rules have become as essential to us as breathing. We may say that its not so but it is. Most will agree that without the rules there would be absolute chaos or so we are told. This belief is further affirmed my daily events paraded before our eyes and our minds.
On this journey or should I say “in this made up experience” there are countless rules to follow. Like any game there are rules, but someone created those rules. Without the rules, the game wouldn’t be as much fun in being able to do whatever we wanted to do without worrying about the consequences.

This is an endless series of ideas that become rules by which our minds and behavior are governed. The fear of breaking those rules including the unspoken ones become the warden of our lives. So much so that should we find that we have broken any of these rules, even though no one might know, we are most often silently haunted by this. They become guarded secrets. We are further plagued by the rule to do the right thing otherwise there are consequences including spiritual ones. (Is this all simply a way to maintain control, knowing that we as humans will struggle with it. This makes for a great experiment as we fear our fabricated version of god handed to us)
This pre-designed, prefab reality is mind blowing should we place all that we know or truly believe under a microscope. The influence of these preset rules and conditions have served to navigate us from profoundly being authentic without the fear of crossing the line. (yet this has been a necessity in being a full on player in the human game)
To pray for peace is to increase the absence of it, or the illusion thereof.
To search for love is to affirm the possibility of being in absence of it

This is all predicated on the rules governing our lives. Because of this we succumb to lifetimes of trapped energy/emotions then passed down as genetic history in our genes our DNA. They become our bloodline and ancestral stories/history. Its all streams of data/information much of it needing to be deleted.
If you are struggling with your health or life in general don’t cling so tightly to the current model of who you think you are. Free your mind to show you what you have been holding on to then choose to release it from beyond time and space. If outside assistance is needed you will know but don’t abuse yourself because you aren’t seeing the results that others have. You and your situation are unique to you.
Begin to shape a different life, make plans for that different life. It’s not necessary to immediately know how it’s all going to take place. You are creating new data, new information for your blueprint/mew neural pathways. No blame necessary, it’s all just been an experience.
It’s all about you; everything else is the backdrop which bends to fit your story. So what stories have you told yourself? Most stories are built on these rules. Change might really be more closely in your reach than you realize!

There is so much information coming at us right now that it is difficult to take it all in. Especially my email, even if it seems really fascinating, it is often distracting me from what is essential and important for me to focus on. Learning how to resonate with what is the Truth in my heart has been an ongoing process of discovery.
I have been recently receiving the message that I need to prioritize. I have so many things that I love and am interested in, I find that I spend way too much time exploring or reading than keeping my focus on what I am working on. This means that I might even have to stop signing those important petitions that save the waters, the animals and the forests until I can complete my Inspiration message 🙂
So one of the ways that I have sorted out this process is by recognizing the resonance within my heart. If I feel at all obligated to do something that is not in alignment with the resonance of my heart, I just have to leave those things aside and come back to what is most necessary.
Not only do I feel like there is too much to do, I also notice that it is not leaving as much time for rest and the nourishing activities like hiking in the forest. It is a priority for me now to slow down, breathe more deeply, and do only that which resonates with my heart. I may do only 5 of the 7 (or 180) things on my To Do List, but I will do them more consciously and with more focus of attention. That way they carry much more Love and Presence into the world. I also feel like I accomplish more when I bring my full consciousness into the project, and it helps me to enjoy the process.
I am realizing that there will always be more to do. What is essential is that I feel happy and that I am truly enjoying my life. That is what makes life more fulfilling and my work a true Joy.

Thank you for assisting me in bringing more clarity and awareness into my heart and mind. I offer all my work to my divine Senior Partner to help me prioritize all that I do each day. I ask to know by resonance in my heart, beyond a shadow of a doubt, what is important for me to focus on. Thank you for showing me what will most nourish and enhance all that I am so I can bring into the world only that which serves in the greatest way.
With every action that I take, may I and all beings, become more attuned to Source energy and in alignment with our Soul’s Purpose. For these and all my blessings, I say thank you, thank you, thank you. And so it is.

Resonate with what is true for you and leave the rest.
Dear One,
Every day you receive wisdom and guidance from the Angels. Sometimes this guidance comes from those around you — friends, family, teachers, strangers or signs in obvious places. Sometimes this wisdom comes as an inner urging. Whenever you receive guidance, if you tune within, you will feel a resonance when it is coming from a place of truth. Call this your “God check.” Create your own little sign that you can recognize when something is right for you. Then you have a way to really know what it is in your highest good at all times.
It is important to do this “God check” before your mental activity is engaged, because the mind creates confusion at times. It is the heart that is in tune with Infinite Intelligence. This is where you receive your truth. Many times what is in your highest good may not be the most rational of acts. You must be willing to do that which resonates deep within as the most appropriate action for you to take.
The God within you knows the answers. Before you can hear them, however, it may take a little prayer you make to yourself in moments of decision, especially when you are receiving conflicting advice from many well-meaning people around you. Take the time to center within, so you can know what is true for you.
Practice
One little ritual that may be helpful for you is to stop, take a deep breath, and say to yourself: “The God within me knows the truth in this situation.” Take several deep breaths and continue with your life process. You will feel a resonance within yourself that is your true knowing. The more you act on this resonance, the stronger it will become. Be willing more and more to do that which your heart tells you is right for you, rather than following your rational thoughts or the suggestions of those around you.
No one knows more than you do what is truly in your highest good, when you are in that infinite connection to the Source of all life. Ask for this connection to be strong and clear.
It is very helpful to give thanks in advance for clear direction from God. This creates a frequency of energy within and around you that allows the Angels to bring you assistance. An attitude of gratitude goes a long way to bring about that which you most want in your life. Be clear about the qualities you want, such as joy, wisdom, love, prosperity, and peace. All of these qualities represent the energy of the universe that is always available to you. You must ask for them directly in order to receive them. You also need to keep bringing your focus of attention back to what you want, rather than focusing on what you don’t want in your life.
So the steps we are suggesting in order to bring about a higher level of order in your life are:
Stop, breathe, ask, give thanks, and then be willing to receive on a level you have never believed possible. Allow the universal energy of the Archangels to work in your life.
When you come from this high level of intention, you will begin to sense within you the resonance of your highest truth. And from this place comes Divine Right Action.

The annual Butter Festival, held on this day in Tibet by the Buddhist monks, illustrates their belief that the world is transient—that only the spirit is eternal. Preparing for this festival takes months of time consuming work as dye is mixed with iced butter to create the effigies, some of which are two stories high.
When the day of the festival arrives, the statues are mounted on platforms with lanterns. Near dusk the statues are paraded through the streets as sacred chants are recited. After the procession the statues are taken to the river and tossed upon the water to melt away.
