Good Saturday, hum, Sure Ain’t Morning No More Is It?

This is my new approach to blogging. What do you think, lol!
I have been doing some updating on the Rec Room. As usual I got to looking at every graphic that I accidentally (yeah, right) run across. So you see I haven’t really been goofing off, not really. After I finally figured out how to get that site looking right, I decided to play a few of the games. You know, they have to be tested to make sure they are working correctly, lol!
Anyway, my next little project that won’t take to long is tearing apart the Library. I should never open my mouth about anything unless I have the proof in my hands. You remember all the old witchcraft documents regarding the trials and such, well I never received them. The reason being it is taking so long to transfer them over to a PDF file. I told him to give them to me, I have a PDF converter and I could do it in a heart beat. No, he wanted to do it. I have no patience and I’m not that excited about that project at all anymore. So I am going to shred the library. But there is good news that comes out of this shredding, I think you will like. Besides when I posted some info on our history, it really didn’t go over that well. I figured then, the library would probably go over like a lead balloon.
The good news is I am turning the library into our “Shadow Book.” A Shadow Book is just a term I come up with for our new Book of Shadows that is taking the place of the Library. Totally confused yet? You see, I have thousands of spells. Some of them I would not dare put on this site. Because I know most of you would ask me, what the heck was I thinking. It has happened before, believe me! Anyway, this site is going to contain only spells. That’s it. Hopefully by the time I am through it will have every type of spell you can imagine on there. I will give you an example of just some of the curses I have, “how to cause a person to commit suicide,” “how to make someone break their arm,” those kinds of spells. Down right Dark Ones, but some of them might not show up over there because they make me squeamish. You know they have to be bad if they do that to me.
I will continue to put spells on over here as usual. I know most of you like the information instead of all spells. No problem, I like the info myself. Most the time I am reading it while I am posting it. I have always tried to be extremely careful about the material that I put on here. And I always will be. The WOTC has an excellent reputation and I will not do anything to tarnish it. I have come to realize by all the comments and emails that I have been getting, we have a rather large following of Darker Witches. Frankly, they are tired of seeing all white spells being posted. They want to see more dark spells, which I can understand. I can fly either way, it don’t matter to me. But to keep our followers happy, I can’t think of a better use for the Library than to turn into a spell depository. Everyone will know that the Shadow Book exists and they will also know what kind of spells can be found there. It will have good spells just as well as some of the darker ones. It will be for all of us to use, I just want to make you aware of the darker spells that will be there.
The WOTC has been through this before and we actually pulled it off once. We had an old Dark Arts Library that we incorporated into the WOTC. Everyone would gather get their dailys and then go their separate ways. Some would head for the Dark Arts sections, while others mingled else where. We done it once, it worked and I am sure we can do it again.
That’s my plan for the rest of the day, no I lied. If I have time I want to do a little on Pinterest also. If I don’t they will be closing our account out and I surely don’t want that to happen. That’s how we attract new members. Oh and speaking of members, I don’t know what has happened to PayPal. I guess like everything else they get so big they say the hell with it. People will put up with whatever they dish out. You remember the ISP Drive we had a few weeks ago (the one I bugged you constantly about, lol). I don’t know where PayPal has had this one person hid on me but she just now showed up in our account. The lady did contribute to the Drive and since I recognized everyone else, I feel it is only right I recognize her at this time.
Thank you, Karina Killey for your generous donation to our ISP Drive. We appreciate it very much.
Right is only right! Now I am off to destroy the Library, shouldn’t take long. Might even have a spell or two on there before the day is done, HA! Anyway, my loves, have a wonderful Saturday. Think of me while you are kicked back and relaxing. I will see you bright and early tomorrow. Be careful and safe this weekend!
Luv & Hugs,
Lady A
‘THINK on THESE THINGS’ for May 16th
‘THINK on THESE THINGS’
By Joyce Sequichie Hifler
We want much. It seems sometimes that wanting is all we ever get done. And yet if it were not for the desires of our hearts, there would be little incentive to work and plan and expect.
Some would have us believe it is wrong to desire any more than absolute necessities. But good desires channeled in the right direction can do nothing but better the one who seeks.
Sometimes getting is only a substitute for the true desire. Humans have a way of looking outside themselves for things to satisfy their spiritual hunger. It may be prestige. Or it may be anything that will inflate their egos and give them feelings of security.
Emerson wrote, “The implanting of a desire indicates that its gratification is in the constitution of the creature that feels it.” We have the ability to rise far above what we think we can. We have within us the answers if we but have the wisdom to seek those answers.
And perhaps we should consider, even before we begin to seek, the wisest of all instructions, “With all your getting get understanding.”

“It’s time. If you are to walk the path of heart, then it is time…”
–Nippawanock, ARAPAHOE
If not now, when? If not me, who? To walk the path of the heart is a great honor. Every human has the choice to walk this path, but very few will decide to make it. Why? Well, because you can’t act and behave like everyone else behaves. You must be the person who will learn to look within. You must be the person who will be fully accountable for yourself. You must be the person who prays and meditates. You must be the person who will sacrifice. You must decide to be a Peaceful Warrior. What will you decide today?
Oh, Great Mystery, lead me on the path of the heart.

There is a chance that a decision we make will lead us into battle, an inward and an outward battle against our own will and against the negative flow of the world in general. A cherished goal challenges us that we cannot do it – we can’t possibly do what smarter people have tried and failed to do. But chances are we have a source of wisdom that others may not have had, though everything points to their advantages over ours. Maybe we have a source that is more reliable, that no weapon formed against us can prosper. Chief John Ross taught the Cherokees to be persistent. Not a moment could be wasted in apathy, but we had to be there with muscles and mind toned and ready. The tribe’s willingness to follow through with honor and integrity helped us to survive.

The Daily Motivator for May 16th – Now is beautiful
Now is beautiful
It is now, and you are here. Instead of wishing in vain that you were somewhere else, give positive and loving energy to where you are.
It is fantastic to have a desirable and ambitious destination. To reach that destination, you must start by fully accepting and appreciating where you now are.
Decide that now is beautiful and that this place is filled with opportunity. Decide, and it is so.
No amount of regret or resentment can change the past. Choose instead to simply be thankful that you are here now, able to move positively forward.
Stop the fighting against what is, and start working on the good and valuable things that can be. Gratefully accept and make use of the profound power that is yours here and now.
This moment has great value that is yours when you choose to live it. You are here, and it is now, so embrace that value and give it your own unique meaning.

The Daily OM for May 16th – Bounded by Wellness
Bounded by Wellness
Send Healing to Yourself
So often we are busy sending love and healing to others that we forget to send healing to ourselves.
Most people, when given an opportunity to aid someone in need, are eager to do whatever they can to be of service. Those of us who have chosen to make healing the world a vocation are grateful for any occasion to send light and love to people in our immediate spheres of influence and beyond. As we apply our passion and our principles to this altruistic endeavor, we often forget to send ourselves the same bountiful gifts of wellness, though we ourselves may be in dire need of it. We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on another’s behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt.
As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. Surrounded inside and out with healing light, we feel safe and protected, healthy, relaxed, and content just as those who regularly receive such loving gifts from us do.
If you sincerely believe that there is a part of yourself that exists independently of upset and illness, the love and light you send yourself will help you connect with it. You will see the affirmative impact of this connection almost immediately when you include yourself in the recipients of your healing gifts, as life’s frustrations become more tolerable and your bliss becomes ever more palpable.

Spell for Blessing A New Home, Home Cleansing
SPELL FOR BLESSING A NEW HOME, HOME CLEANSING
Home-cleansing methods are of great importance in Hoodoo folk-magic.
Here is a simple procedure for blessing a new home and ridding a house of any unwanted spiritual influences. Wash down the wood work and floors with Chinese Wash (or Van Van Oil in water) from back to front and out the front door and throw the remaining wash water out the front door or in the front yard. If there is no front yard, carry some of the wash water to the nearest street intersection or crossroads and throw it to the East.
Then use a brand new broom to sweep the house from back to front and out the front door. Some folks also like to sprinkle Van Van Powder at the front threshold and sweep that away from the house. After cleaning as above, put down pinches of salt in the corners of each room or, if you are in a hurry, four pinches of salt at the four outside corners of the house.

It is personal request time……..
I had a sister ask a request of me. Her request was for some house cleansing spells. Due to the fact, I have several and the comment section is so small, I told her I would list them out here. And I look at it this way, she might not be the only one that could use a home cleansing spell too.
If you have any requests while I am doing this, please let me know and I will try to track you down a spell too.
