Aid In Financial Difficulty

Aid In Financial Difficulty

Materials:

Green Candle
Purple Candle
Sage Oil
Scribing tool such as a crafters exacto knife, athame or kitchen knife

On a Thursday (you can do it on any day but Thursday is associated with Power, Success, Fame, Wealth etc.)

Begin by meditating as you normally do, in addition I always use white light as a protection around my circle before I cast any spells. Inscribe on your candles money symbols, Success, Wealth.  Begin inscribing at the bottom of the candle, rotating it to the left in a spiral method. So your inscriptions will rotate up to the right and around. While you inscribe your candles, visualize your goals; see yourself succeeding be clear on what you want. Rub your candle with the Sage oil from the bottom up while asking for what you want.

Ask the Earth (As an element) to grant your spell use words that are meaningful for you. I face North and light the candles:

By the power of the Earth and the Grace of her body
I ask for Success in obtaining wealth
I ask that I be given focus and ability
To earn with love and light on this
Thursday Night I thank thee spiritually,
Emotionally, mentally and physically
As it harm none
So Mote it Be

You may also burn incense alone or in combination Honeysuckle, pine, musk, cedar, patchouli or jasmine in honor of earth. While the Candles burn, continue to meditate and or visualize your specific goals or you may visualize the earth guiding you to success.

  1. Mystie,

No, I’m not going to remind you that you haven’t yet answered my email of some time ago because I just know that you will do it soon.

I have some very mundane questions that I am sure you can answer in an instant:

    1. To cast a spell such as that outlined above, do you have to be a ‘fully-fledged’ Wiccan by completing the year and a day study, or can anyone do it?

    2. What is the traditional length of the candles used? If the candle is very long, 10 inches or so, that must involve many, many hours of meditation. As a novice aspiring to be a novitiate, I would have difficulty meditating for such a long time.

    3. What is the scope of your meditations? Must they relate to the subject matter of the spell or can they be more general in nature.

    4. If you use long candles suitably inscribed, can you stop the burning after, say, an hour and then light up the candles next day and repeat your casting activities. Could you do this, say, every Thursday for an hour until the candles are burnt out?

    5. In your reference above to ‘white light’, are you using white light from a candle or the overhead electric light?

    sincerely,

    Graham

    1. Graham, I hope I am not a disappointment. Mystie is trying to break up a fight between a bunch of kittens in the back. Hard work, huh? I saw your comment and decided you shouldn’t have to wait any longer for an answer. So let me give this a go here.

      1. To cast a spell such as that outlined above, do you have to be a ‘fully-fledged’ Wiccan by completing the year and a day study, or can anyone do it? I believe when a person feels like they can handle a spell and are up to the task, go for it.

      2. What is the traditional length of the candles used? If the candle is very long, 10 inches or so, that must involve many, many hours of meditation. As a novice aspiring to meditate, I would have difficulty meditating for such a long time. Candle length depends on how long you want your spell to last. If for several days, use a taper or pillar candle. In this case, a small white votive will work well. Meditate till you fill your mind is clear and you are in tune with your spiritual side. This could be anywhere from 5 minutes till an hour. It depends on the person. There is never a set time.

      3. What is the scope of your meditations? Must they relate to the subject matter of the spell or can they be more general in nature. The scope of my meditation depends on how long it stays quiet. Most of the time, twenty to thirty minutes. I would clear my mind first. Then as you start the spell, focus your intention and mind solely on the spell. Remember you have to put your intentions into the spell for it to work.

      4. If you use long candles suitably inscribed, can you stop the burning after, say, an hour and then light up the candles next day and repeat your casting activities. Could you do this, say, every Thursday for an hour until the candles are burnt out? Pinch the candle out or use a candle snuffer. If this is a spell that is to run several days in a row, remember the time you started and the time you ended. Do this precisely every day at the same time. Doing a spell from week to week on a specific day, I would recommend that. You spell will lose it potency. It is best to either cast a spell all in one setting or in days of a row.

      5. In your reference above to ‘white light’, are you using white light from a candle or the overhead electric light? It has been a day or two since I read her spell but I believe this is about visualization. Oh, I remember now, yes it is. You visualization a white light as you cast your circle.

I hope I have helped you out some. Sorry it wasn’t Mystie and you got stuck with me. Heck she is still breaking up that fight, yeah right, playing more like it, lol!
      Have a super day, Graham,
      Lady A
