Today let’s celebrate the family dining experience! In this fast-paced world it’s getting harder for families to just sit and break bread together. My Magically Delicious pantheon says we can eat foods that have traditionally been believed to bring blessings of happiness and peace while also cooking up a heapin’ helping of personal power and positive energies. Create your future today by taking control of the kitchen and adding the following foods to your diet. From the spice rack adding small amounts of cumin, marigold, marjoram, oregano, rose or saffron will produces delicious delights charged with the energies of happiness and joy. Treats from the garden such as cucumber, lettuce and olives will do the same. Fruits like apples, apricots, peaches, persimmons and raspberries will put a smile on your face, as will chocolate, wine and honey. To prepare peaceful foods stuffed with happy energies be sure to burn a white or light blue candle in the kitchen while you cook and always cut fruits and veggies into round shapes to stimulate a peace-pervasive atmosphere.
