There has to be Words Better than Thank You

With much love and many blessings I thank all of the WOTC worldwide family for your support, understanding, help when you can and for being my spiritual sisters and brothers.

Daylight Saving Time Around the World 2022 – Starts March 13, 2022, at 2:00 AM Local Time

This article is from timeanddate.com. This is also a great website for converting time from one country to another one. This can be done by using this link  world clock time converter  This is the website I use to make sure I have the correct Greenwich Mean Time for the corresponding time on the daily Custom Planetary Position posts. Scroll down the list below to find the country you live in and the date the time may move ahead for one/1 hour. Not all countries move ahead and in some only part of the country does. Please bear with me as try to keep up with the times changes on the correct date for the Daily Custom Planetary Positions as I get a little confused when the time changes occur twice a year.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) is often referred to as “daylight savings” or “summer time.” When DST is not observed, it is called standard time or winter time.

The list below shows an overview of countries and territories with DST in 2022. For more details, see information for the first half of 2022 and the second half of 2022.

Note: This list may not be final. Sometimes countries, states, and territories make changes announced just days or weeks ahead of the time change.

Moon Alert

After 2:30 AM EST there are no restrictions to shopping or important decisions today. The Moon is in Cancer.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

Your focus is on home and family today. (You might choose to cocoon at home.) Nevertheless, this is a good time for you to formulate goals and actively pursue them. Athletics and physical activity with friends and groups will pump your energy. Oh yeah!

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Because you identify strongly with whatever you’re doing now, in addition to which your ambition is aroused, this could create conflict with coworkers. Possibly they are threatened by your efforts to get ahead? Tact is your best choice today.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

You have the energy to do a lot of creative, intellectual work right now. This is a good thing. You might even have influence over others when it comes to sharing your thoughts about social issues, philosophy, religion or politics. If shopping today, stick with practical items.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

The Moon is in your sign today, which gives you a slight edge over all the other signs. Why not test this and ask the universe for a favour? Meanwhile, disputes about jointly-held resources or shared property or how to deal with a limited amount of money might arise. Check your ego at the door.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

You need some quiet time today. If you can find solitude in beautiful surroundings, give yourself this pleasure and luxury because you need to catch your breath. While Mars is opposite your sign, relations with partners might be testy! Practise patience.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Respect your need for more sleep now because this is a fact. Ironically, Mars is actually giving you energy to work hard, which might fool you into thinking you’re invincible. A heart-to-heart conversation with someone might be important today.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

People notice you today! In fact, they might be talking about you, especially about the personal details in your private life. (Just be aware of this.) Lately, it’s a bit challenging to gather the necessary discipline to work because you would rather play and do exactly what you want to do. (It happens.)

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

This is a supportive day for you because the Moon is in your fellow Water sign. Meanwhile, you want to do something different! You want to explore new ideas and meet people from different backgrounds because you have a desire to expand your world. You want to shake things up a little!

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

The tempo of your everyday life has certainly picked up lately. Fortunately, your energy is high and you can handle this faster pace. However, because you identify strongly with your ideas and your opinions now, you might be argumentative. Oops!

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Today the Moon is opposite your sign, which means you have to go more than halfway when dealing with others. This means you have to be cooperative and tolerant. Demonstrate grace under pressure. Meanwhile, be smart and use your own possessions to get things done.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Once every two years fiery Mars is in your sign. That’s what’s happening right now for this month. The upside is it gives you a chance to show the world what you can do. The downside is you might be coming on too strong for others.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

This is a fun-loving day for you. If you can socialize with others online or in person, by all means, do so. You will enjoy romantic contacts, as well as playful activities with kids. You have a strong need to talk to others now because you have something to say!

If Your Birthday Is Today

Actress Jodie Comer (1993) shares your birthday today. You have an innate wisdom, which makes you caring and compassionate. You are intuitive and emotionally sensitive. You often have many things going on at the same time in your life. This is a slower paced year. It’s a time to rest and rejuvenate yourself. It’s time to concentrate on your needs and what brings you happiness.

During a Waxing Gibbous the moon rises in the east in mid-afternoon and is high in the eastern sky at sunset. The moon is then visible through most of the night sky setting a few hours before sunrise. The word Gibbous first appeared in the 14th century and has its roots in the Latin word “gibbosus” meaning humpbacked.

Friday falls at the end of the work week for many of us, and that means we get a chance to relax for a little bit! Mark your Fridays with colors like pink and aqua, and metals such as copper. This is a day ruled by the planet Venus, so it should be no surprise that Venus and Aphrodite—goddesses of love and beauty—are associated with Fridays. This is a day named for the Norse goddess Freyja*, so be sure to take a moment to honor her as well.

Gemstones associated with Friday include coral, emerald and rose quartz, and plants like strawberries, apple blossoms and feverfew are also related. This is a good day to do spellwork associated with family life and fertility, sexuality, harmony, friendship, growth. Take advantage of Friday’s correspondences and plant a seed, make something grow, and enjoy your blessings.

*Note: There are a lot of disputes as to the origins of the word Friday because there is still a great deal of discussion as to whether it was named for Freyja or Frigga, and whether they were the same deity or two separate ones. Some scholars believe that while they may have eventually become two distinctly different goddesses, they could have had their origins in a single, common Proto-Germanic deity.

There’s a reason out of all the days of the week, Friday is commonly dubbed ‘date night’.  Why? Because Fridays are overseen by the angel Anael, who’s name means ‘Star of love’.  Anael is one of the angels considered to have helped with the creation of the heavens and earth.  If Anael doesn’t convince you that Fridays are for lovers, then perhaps knowing this day is ruled by Venus might give you confirmation.  Venus is symbolic of love, sensuality, creativity and relationships. Of course, love and loving isn’t exclusive to Friday. Everyday of the week is an opportunity for love.  However, Friday is most auspicious for connecting with others on a loving level.  This doesn’t mean you have to have a date, or a mate.  You can augment your intensity of love on Friday by showing affection to your pets, your family and/or your friends. You get the idea.

When Rainbows Smile

Image Credit & Copyright: Marcella Giulia Pace

Explanation: Want to see a rainbow smile? Look near the zenith (straight up) when the sun is low in the sky and you might. This example of an ice halo known as a circumzenithal arc was captured above a palm tree top from Ragusa, Sicily on February 24. The vividly colorful arcs are often called smiling rainbows because of their upside down curvature and colors. For circumzenithal arcs the zenith is at the center and red is on the outside, compared to rainbows whose arcs bend toward the horizon after a downpour. True rainbows are formed by water droplets refracting the sunlight to produce a spectrum of colors, though. Circumzenithal arcs are the product of refraction and reflection in flat hexagonal ice crystals, like the ice crystals that create sundogs, formed in high thin clouds.

11 March 2022 Daily Correspondence Digest Southern Hemisphere’s Moon Phase

You can use this link to go forward or backward in time for Moon phase information. If you are curious, you can even find out what phase the Moon was in when you or anyone else was born.

From Moongiant.com

Today and tonight the Moon will be in a Waxing Gibbous phase. This phase is when the moon is more than 50% illuminated but not yet a Full Moon. The phase lasts about 7 days with the moon becoming more illuminated each day until the Full Moon.

Visit the March 2022 Moon Phases Calendar to see all the daily moon phase for this month.

Today’s Waxing Gibbous Phase

The Waxing Gibbous on March 11 has an illumination of 60%. This is the percentage of the Moon illuminated by the Sun. The illumination is constantly changing and can vary up to 10% a day. On March 11 the Moon is 8.32 days old. This refers to how many days it has been since the last New Moon. It takes 29.53 days for the Moon to orbit the Earth and go through the lunar cycle of all 8 Moon phases.

The 8 Lunar Phases

There are 8 lunar phases the Moon goes through in its 29.53 days lunar cycle. The 4 major Moon phases are Full Moon, New Moon, First Quarter and Last Quarter. Between these major phases, there are 4 minor ones: the Waxing Crescent, Waxing Gibbous, Waning Gibbous and Waning Crescent. For more info on the Moon Cycle and on each phase check out Wikipedia Lunar Phase page.
