I AM A CRYSTAL HIDDEN UNDER THE EARTH…
(this would be the Crown Chakra Top of
Head)

I AM THE PURPLE DEPTHS OF THE SEA…
(this would be the Third Eye in between the eybrows in middle of forehead)

I AM A BLUE CRESTED WAVE UNDER THE MOON….
(this would be the Throat Chakra)

I AM AN ANCIENT EMERALD FOREST…
(this would be your Heart Chakra)

I AM A YELLOW TEAR OF THE SUN…
(this would be in the Solar Plexus-Tummy area)

I AM A ORANGE PUMPKIN IN A FIELD…
(this would be in the area between hips-sorta/kinda)

I AM A FLAMING DOOR…
(this would be the Root Chakra-for grounding-near or at Tail bone)

Say this forwards and backwards at least three times a day for personal

empowerment. Thinking of the chakras as you do.It is very POWERFUL!
