It’s a time to sharpen skills and refine our systems to become more competent and efficient. Self-analysis is constructive when we learn from these observations and take corrective action rather than simply dwelling on our imperfections. We don’t have to fix every fault to make progress with this transit; small changes in key areas can have profoundly positive effects.
