Daily Motivator for November 10th – Success is not a secret

Success is not a secret

Success is not a secret. It is a choice, a choice that is made over and over  again.

The choice that brings success and achievement is more than a one-time event.  It is a choice that is integrated into every moment of life.

It’s one thing to decide upon a course of action and then leave it at that.  Such a strategy will leave you with nothing but empty wishes and good  intentions.

Real achievement comes from choosing to achieve, again and again, moment  after moment, until the goal is attained. Real achievement comes from choosing  to achieve, and then continually reaffirming that choice with action.

Choosing success is really quite easy. To actually reach that success, just  keep on choosing it.

Keep on choosing, and acting on that choice, for as long as necessary. And  anything is within your reach.

Daily Motivator for October 2nd – Often enough

Often enough

Persistence is really quite simple, and extremely powerful. If you don’t get  it right the first time, see it not as a failure but as an opportunity for  another more informed and experienced attempt.

The best response to a disappointing result is more effort. Feel the  disappointment, let it make you more determined, and then move quickly to a  highly effective state of taking action.

Do what must be done, then do it again and again, and again. Even the  smallest action can have enormous impact when repeated often enough.

But how can you get back up when you’ve just fallen down? You do it by  reminding yourself it’s clearly the best choice, and then making the choice to  act in your own best interest.

Persistence is not always easy, yet it’s not particularly complicated either.  You’ve made the effort before, so it’s really not such a big deal to go ahead  and make it again.

Do that often enough, and your actions take on great power and effectiveness.  Do that often enough, and achievement is yours.

Daily Motivator for August 15th – Positive choices

Positive choices

You can choose to be happy just as easily as you choose to be sad. The  choice, no matter what the situation, is always up to you.

You can choose to get up and get going just as easily as you choose to sit  and do nothing. The choice to actively move your life forward is always yours to  make.

Instead of worrying about who is to blame, focus on choosing your most  positive response. Instead of letting the past get you down, make the choices  that will lift you up.

This is your own life, so live it with your own best intentions. Each moment  gives you a new choice, so make all those choices count.

Sure, there are many things that are out of your control. Yet there are still  plenty of choices that enable you to live your life the way you wish to live  it.

Choose, again and again, to live in alignment with your purpose and your  highest values. Positive choices are what create a positive, fulfilling  life.

Daily Motivator for May 9 – Always your choice

Always your choice

When life hands you a negative experience, respond with a positive action. Instead of letting the difficult circumstances pull you down, choose to let them inspire you.

Sure, it’s easy to become dismayed. Yet the truly empowering fact is that it’s just as easy to become determined.

Your attitude is always your choice. So you might as well choose the attitude that will serve you the very best.

When you find yourself feeling angry, cynical, disillusioned, resentful, worried or apathetic, stop. Choose to use those negative feelings as a positive trigger.

Aim your focus in the direction of your best possibilities. Take quick, decisive action in support of those possibilities.

You are in control of your attitude, your thoughts and your actions. So choose to be positive, forward-looking, creative and effective no matter what may come your way.

Daily Motivator for March 15th – Being strong

Being strong

When times are tough, it’s tough to be positive. Yet that is your most powerful and effective choice.

When you’ve been knocked down, it’s tough to be sure of what to do next. Yet you can be sure that feeling sorry for yourself will make things even worse.

It’s hard to be strong when the challenges seem insurmountable. But the amazingly powerful fact is, you can be strong.

It is precisely because life can be so tough and painful that it can also be so beautiful and fulfilling. Those very challenges that seem so impossible to get through are what set the stage for a life that is magnificent beyond comprehension.

Life can be terribly unfair and difficult and demanding. And yet, against such a background, it is nearly impossible to imagine anything more beautiful and fulfilling than life itself.

Being strong in the face of difficulty is not a matter of training or ability. It is a choice you are free to make in every moment, and a choice that will bring immense value and goodness to your world.
