We are not starting out our day as normal. It is a very solemn morning for all of us here as well as across the state of Kentucky. A young State Trooper was murdered over the weekend. It has hit home here for several reason. The KSP Post is not to far from us, there are several of the officers we know that work there and it is a horrible, horrible waste of life. When an incident like this hits home, it leaves one to wonder many things. Most of all what has happened to the human race, no respect for life. We are taught life is one of the most precious gift we are given. It is to be treasured always. The world has to change, not tomorrow or the next day, but now. We have to return to return to our core beliefs, we have to stop the senseless murders, violence and all other acts that violate the sanctity of life.
As you go throughout your day, please remember this fine trooper and the family he leaves behind in your prayers.
In Memory Of
Joseph Cameron Ponder
Kentucky State Trooper
Trooper Ponder had been out of the academy for nine months. According to KSP Trooper Jay Thomas, “Ponder was new and he was eager. He absolutely loved his job.” Before coming to the State Police, Ponder was a navy diver and was honored with several awards including: Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Expert Rifle Marksmanship Ribbon and Expert Pistol Marksmanship Ribbon.
He was discharged from the Navy in July 2013.
In January 2015, Ponder graduated from the KSP Training Academy. After graduation, he was stationed at Post 1 in Mayfield, Ky. He was assigned to the Trigg County area. He was always willing to help those who needed, kind and most of all eager to serve the people of this Commonwealth. Unfortunately, he life and career was tragically cut short Sunday night, September 13th.
According to Kentucky State Police, the incident started Sunday evening around 10:20 p.m. when Trooper Ponder stopped a car on I-24 near mile marker 58.
After making contact with the driver, the car sped off.
As Trooper Ponder gave chase, the vehicle suddenly stopped in front of him causing his police cruiser to hit the back of the suspect’s vehicle.
The suspect then fired several shots back at the cruiser, hitting the hood of the car, windshield, and Trooper Ponder.
Trooper Ponder was taken to Caldwell Medical Center in Princeton where he died of his injuries.
Trooper Ponder was a native of Rineyville, Kentucky and graduated from KSP training academy in January 2015.
He was stationed to Post 1, Mayfield and assigned to Trigg County
Trooper Ponder was 31 years old and leaves behind a mother, step-father, fiancee, a sister, two brothers, grandmother, a niece, a host of family & friends and a state that deeply mourns his death.
May the Goddess Bless Officer Ponder,
May he find peace at last.

I have no idea what’s happening in our country lately, it’s as if some terrible virus has defended upon us, that makes people go crazy and kill, last year tow officers here just sitting backpacking were amicably on and shot and killed, this past week two more officers were targeted and shot, luckily they both survived.
Our country was once known as the melting pot, inviting everyone who brought a better life here, now we turn on the very people we’ve invited into our country, no matter how they got here legal or not, we’re, our country is going backward, we kill for color, for race, for station in life, and fir just about any other reason that the attacker feels lik killing for…..what’s happening in our country, scares me , we have macrobiotic running for President, that I afraid if he happens to win, will turn on Witche, next and start hunting us, next.
It’s a very sad day in America, when our Officers are gunned down in cold blood, when innocent people are gunned down because of the color of their skin, or for religious beliefs, or gender, it makes me not so proud to say I’m an American, our society is I’ll, and things need to change..
May all of my Sisters, stay safe, my the Goddess watch over and protect all of us….

It is sad to say but one of the greatest country on this planet has fallen to its knees. There is no respect for human life anymore. It seems people believe the only way to solve their problems is by picking up a gun and killing. Violence is never the answer to anything. If nothing else, it only leads to more violence. It is horrible to think what our world will become if it continues on its present path. People want to ban guns but guns don’t pull their own triggers. Then if you ban guns, there are knives, then there are rocks and anything else the human mind can come up with to kill. There is no easy answer or solution to this problem and there probably never will be. Unfortunately, the ones left behind are the ones who suffer the most. They are left to figure out why and there is no why to the acts of insanity now being committed against mankind.
As far as another witch hunt happening in this country, I don’t believe it will ever happen. We have learned from our past and our ancestors a very valuable lesson. If that time should ever come, we will unite and we will remember. It will not happen again, I promise you. Those witches who are still in the broom closet have to come out and join the rest of us. We have to take a stand. Anytime we see someone else trying to impose their religious beliefs on us, we have to speak out. We have to let our voices be heard. We can never become submissive. We have to continue our work and educate the public. I believe the general public knows the truth about witches now. They realize we are people just like everyone else. I believe they would also be one our side. A Burning Time or Witch Hunt in America will never happen. We can’t let it happen, if we do, our ancestors died in vain. I will not let their deaths be meaningless. We will continue their work, carry our message forward and take care of any obstacles that prevent us from doing so.
Thank you again, Nancy for your comment. Have a very blessed day, dear sister.
