Your Daring Dating Horoscopes Beginning April 12th

Your Daring Dating Horoscopes Beginning April 12th

David Wells, Astrologer

From The Astrology Room

Aries
Your cup runneth over. Does that mean you’ve got more offers than an offering place in offer land, or does it mean you’re at the end of it and you can’t contain that fact much longer? Either way Aries, it’s time to pick one, ditch one or give it up for Easter.

Taurus
I had a very hot summer with a Taurus, my goodness it was the stuff of legend and I am sure you’re a legend in your own neck of the woods! This week it’s your reputation for slow and steady that’s caught someone’s attention, so give him or her what they want. Slow and steady.

Gemini
It’s not easy with Mars in your sign, he’s over enthusiastic about a lot of things and when it comes to your love life, he could have you rushing in where you’d normally step back. Is that a bad thing? Not always, but with Mercury assisting a social surge you could end up making promises you can’t keep.

Cancer
Surprising events may cause a re-think on a day-to-day level, things like house moves, job changes and the like. What does that have to do with dating? As you change where you live, where you work perhaps, you change the group of people you mix with and therefore new dating opportunities arrive. Perfect.

Leo
The best laid plans and all that! You could find yourself delayed for that first date, second dates to before you ask, so build in some extra time. If you miss out on date number three take a step back and ask if the universe is trying to tell you something? Three strikes.

Virgo
A quick burst of dating site activity at the start of the week could lead you into a bit of a ‘what’s the point’ midweek ponder. Avoid it by making yourself the priority, by filling your week with stuff you like to do, like to go and see and get involved in. That, my dear Virgo, is the point.

Libra
As eloquent as you’d like to think you are, and you can be, sometimes you just have to tell it how it is in a voice loud enough to blow the beard off a hipster, if not his beard then maybe his beanie hat? Anyone else you’d like to put straight? Someone finds this week’s rant oddly attractive.

Scorpio
Finding the right person starts with finding a whole heap of wrong ones, we all know that and truthfully Scorps, there’s probably no other way. Bet that’s set you up for the day. A dose of honesty is being beamed in via Pluto, you’d prefer that to the illusions of Neptune surely? Kiss a few frogs.

Sagittarius
Jupiter and Venus are having a fall out, an exchange of words that may result in some over the top behaviour and if you’re in the first flush of love’s young dream, it can be off-putting. The rules are really very simple; engage your brain before opening your mouth, engage your ears before half-baked replies.

Capricorn
At the top of this week you’re sure you’ve said something wrong, hit a bad start with someone perhaps? You really haven’t Capricorn, what you’ve actually done is send a truth-dragon their way. Let them face it, let them realise you saw something others haven’t seen. Patience.

Aquarius
If you’re looking for some interesting conversation, some sparkling personality and maybe a snog by dessert; you know where to go. Yes, you probably do Aquarius but is going back the best way forward? Clearly not or I wouldn’t have mentioned it. Heavenly dating advice is to stop, think again, go home.

Pisces
Centering yourself is a good idea, just slowing down, taking stock of where you’re at and what you want next. Then you can proceed at your leisure Pisces but do proceed. Venus wants you to have romance in your life, Jupiter is trying to make it all seem so urgent. It really isn’t.

Your Love Horoscopes for the Weekend of April 12th

Your Love Horoscopes for the Weekend of April 12th

Sarah Bartlett, Astrologer

From The Astrology Room

With Jupiter turning retrograde in Sagittarius this week, some of our more adventurous plans or love affairs may be put on the back-burner. We may have to rethink, renegotiate or simply be patient and wait for this reflective, philosophical energy to pass.

In fact it will mean that in a few weeks time, you will be able to change any romantic course of events in a new, and brighter light. With Venus joining Mercury in Pisces, it will however, be easier to keep your secrets safe – but only with yourself.

ARIES

We admire, love and nurture our friends, lovers or partners. Often, we import these kind of people into our lives because we believe these qualities to be lacking in ourselves. For example, at the moment you can’t get enough of romantic admirers. However, this week, if you look carefully, you will see the romantic lover and the impulsive friend are one and the same. In fact they are both you.

TAURUS

This week, if you could have just one beautiful flash forward of how things will be, or just one word from someone, you’d be content forever. So right now, nurture your own desires and start to take responsibility for the choices you have made, whether good or bad. Let go of the past, don’t look back, and then you can start to walk free from regrets.

GEMINI

Thanks to Mars in your own sign, you now have the confidence to speak your mind, and to ask for what you truly need. This is the chance to think positively about your own self, take love seriously and pull out the stops to achieve your heart’s desire. ‘Enlightenment’ in its purest essence, is the art of seeing into the nature of one’s own being. You are about to see through the window to your own soul’s desire.

CANCER

There’s a distinct feeling of aloof detachment around you at the moment. Recently, you’ve been fearful of rejection and had to play the ‘free spirited, careless little old me’ game. Luckily, with a rational approach to your moods and a whimsical approach to love and life, you begin to see that someone special is actually in agreement with you.

LEO

Whether you want to make it clear that you fancy someone, or just to clear the air with the one you love, it’s time to do the very thing that you aren’t that keen on doing: speaking up. So welcome and embrace the unpredictable. Know that being honest won’t send someone away. In fact, they are there for you, so trust in their integrity.

VIRGO

You’re in the middle of making a difficult decision. It’s hardly surprising you’ll find it harder than usual this week with both Mercury and Venus in your opposite sign of Pisces. In fact, you’re in the mood to get away for a while to get some ‘space.’ It’s hard to commit yourself to something which a few months ago might have been easy. The planets are encouraging you to see love from a new angle. Time to reflect on it a little.

LIBRA

With the sun in your opposite sign of Aries, there’s a renewed sense of being true yourself. At last the light breaks through. Because, in a way, you know if you aren’t true to yourself, then how can you be true to anyone else? So make it clear who you are and what you want, and do so with all your heart.

SCORPIO

So why are you letting someone manipulate you or get away with thinking they’re right? I’m not saying a partner or lover is emphatically wrong and you’re right. I’m not saying ‘rebel’, but I am saying stand up and fight for your cause. Please look at what you’re giving up to keep the peace. It’s time to stand up for you.

SAGITTARIUS

Committed love is important to you, but with your ruler turning retrograde in your own sign this week, maybe you need to take a step back rather than forward? With hand on heart and a sudden flurry of romantic indulgence, you realise that your independence is sacred too. Soon, you will know the way forward for real, mutual understanding if attached, and if single, the chance to honour your true needs.

CAPRICORN

New ideas and interesting romance are enticing. But please think carefully before replacing the devil you know for a newer model. Let your partner or current lover enjoy a little battle of wills, and the mental arrows flying between you will be tipped not only with love’s gold, but the power of a real connection.

AQUARIUS

You’re being slightly led astray by all your friends’ opinions. Could it be you’ve lost touch with your instincts? Relax. If you were sure enough to start something (whether a love affair, new beginning, an ending or parting of the ways) then be sure enough to get on with it. Then those who think they know best, will remember next time to think twice before opening their mouths.

PISCES

You’re deeply uncertain about whether to make a promise to someone or not. You feel you deserve only what you get, and as that’s not very much right now, it confirms that old opinion that you’re worth very little. But with Venus moving into your sign this week, you realise the only promise you need to make, is to please yourself first and that in fact, you’re worth a lot more than anyone can imagine. You deserve love just by virtue of being on this planet. Time to set the record straight.

HERE’S HOW TO READ YOUR HOROSCOPE THE RIGHT WAY

HERE’S HOW TO READ YOUR HOROSCOPE THE RIGHT WAY

LEE COLEMAN

I know what you’re thinking: there’s a WRONG way to read my horoscope?

Yes, friend. Wrong. And not just kind of wrong (like, McDonald’s breakfast on a hangover when no one is watching, wrong), but flat out, wrong wrong.

The reason? Horoscopes are written for ascendant, or rising signs, and you’ve been likely reading for your sun sign. If your sun and ascendant sign happen to be the same zodiac sign, you’re fine. You can ignore this whole article.

But, it’s much more likely they’re not the same, in which case, you need to keep reading.

HISTORY OF THE HOROSCOPE

This all started way back in ancient Egypt.

Egyptian culture has had a profound influence on astrology, which was itself a product of cross-pollination spanning most of the ancient world. It was the Egyptians, however, who are likely responsible for the advent of the ascendant, if but inadvertently.

To measure time during the night, when the sun was hidden and could not be relied upon as a time-tracking tool, the Egyptians split the sky into ten-degree segments, also called decans. These decans started to accumulate meanings over time, whereby being born when a particular decan rose over the horizon could have auspicious significance.

Eventually, the concept of a rising decan morphed into the idea of an ascendant sign, synonymous with the zodiac sign that rose over the horizon at the exact moment of birth. The ancient Greek astrologers called this point the ‘horoskópos’, the horoscope, or ‘hour marker.’

So, it turns out that the term ‘horoscope’ which we casually throw about as an epithet for that snippety bit of astro-insight usually found in the back pages of a magazine or newspaper, means no such thing. The horoskópos, a.k.a. the ascendant, is about something much more profound: it marks a child’s first breath, when the soul enters the body and this life for the first time.

Later referred to in ancient astrological texts as ‘the helmsman’, the ascendant and its ruler were considered responsible for steering our souls through life, for better or for worse.

The creation and adoption of the ascendant was one of the first steps in astrology’s evolution from omen-based forecasting to a craft that could focus its sights on an individual’s fortunes. And if you plan on using astrology in any form or fashion to know more about your own fortunes, you’d better get cozy with your ascendant sign, pronto.

RISING SIGN VS SUN SIGN: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

If you aren’t already aware, the ascendant is a highly personal astrological point typically found in the first house of the natal chart. Sometimes called the rising sign, the ascendant is the quickest changing point in the chart, moving much faster than either the sunor moon.

This is why astrologers, as well as your friend who dabbles in amateur astro-sleuthing, are so concerned about the time you were born. Without a relative level of birth time accuracy, it can be very difficult to ascertain the sign or degree of the ascendant.

This becomes a problem for a few reasons. Firstly, the sign, ruler of, and aspects to the ascendant are incredibly important. Planets near the ascendant are particularly so, as they can deftly texture our appearance, personality, and how we come across to others. Without an accurate birth time, however, it becomes very hard to know the position of the ascendant.

Secondly, the sign of the ascendant cements the chart into being. The natal chart is comprised of twelve different houses, which act as celestial stages where the drama of life plays out. The ascendant sign naturally dictates which zodiac sign will rule the first house of the natal chart, which in turn sets the signs and boundaries of every other house thereafter.

HOW ARE HOROSCOPES WRITTEN, ANYWAY?

To write horoscopes, astrologers pivot on the sign of the first house: to write Aries, they put Aries on the first house, to write Taurus, they then put Taurus as the sign of the first house, and so on, throughout the zodiac. Each time this is done, they reassess the house positions of the planets and write their reflections accordingly.

This has major ramifications for the average horoscope reader. Unbeknownst to you, the horoscope you’ve been loyally reading for years as an ‘Aries’ was for Aries rising.

To illustrate this, let’s use an example. Say an astrologer wants to focus on Venus’ transit of Libra in their upcoming horoscopes. As an Aries sun sign, you read your Aries horoscope as per usual, understanding that this means Venus would affect the seventh house of partners in romance and business. Venus transiting this space may bring us closer together to partners or highlight the need to find equilibrium in partnerships by using Libran tactics like objectivity and diplomacy.

Reflecting on how we’re connecting to our partners is never bad advice, but it may not be as helpful an edict as it could be, if there was a more accurate horoscope in store for you. Going further with our example, let’s imagine that you’re still an Aries sun, but have just realized that Taurus is your rising sign.

For Taurus rising, this same horoscope would mean that Venus’ journey through Libra would affect the sixth house instead of the seventh, which deals with health, colleagues, chores and errands. Our workplace may become a place of relative ease during this transit, and we may feel more able to achieve moderation in managing our health.

Neither horoscope is better than another, but it may very well be the case that one more closely mimics how our life is unfolding in real time.

SO NOW WHAT?

Now that you cannot un-know the importance of your ascendant, à la Spike Lee, do the right thing: get your chart done and find out your ascendant sign.

After that, there are no hard-set rules. Note your ascendant sign and start reading the horoscope connected to that sign as a first port of call. Many ardent followers of Astrology read their sun sign horoscope as a secondary, ‘symbolic’ horoscope to layer on top of their ascendant sign horoscope; some even read horoscopes associated with their sun, ascendant, and moon sign.

As ever, your horoscopes (like all astrological info) are tools for you to use as you see fit. Find out what works best for you, and go with it!

Your Daily Cosmic Calendar for Friday, April 12

COSMIC CALENDAR

A mixture of challenging and favorable sky cycles is on tap with four encouraging alignments attempting to negate the stress-emanating vibrations emerging from four celestial troublemakers. Assisting human souls are flowing trines from the moon in Cancer to Neptune (3:16 a.m.), Venus (8:06 a.m.), and Mercury (4:34 p.m.)—all of which are in Pisces. The other heavenly helpmate is Venus forming a supportive, 60-degree alliance with Saturn in Capricorn (8:09 a.m.).

The discordant forces include Mercury in contra-parallel with Chiron (8:59 a.m.), the first-quarter sun-moon phase (activating 23 degrees of Aries and Cancer at 12:07 p.m.), the moon making its monthly polarity to keeper-of-secrets Pluto (1:02 p.m.), and Mars contacting Jupiter via a contra-parallel (4:39 p.m.). The quartet of troublemakers is given extra oomph as an 8 hour void lunar cycle in Cancer starts at 4:34 p.m. and ends with the arrival of fiery Leo moon tomorrow at 12:51 a.m. It is better to immerse yourself in a literary or film classic than to stir up any strained familial relationships.

[Note to readers: All times are calculated for Pacific Daylight Time. Be sure to adjust all times according to your own local time so the alignments noted above will be exact for your location.]

Question of the Day for April 12th

Question of the Day

Ok, this question is really a no brainier! Really it is an attempt to get everyone around here off my back. We are going to be off the internet tomorrow in order for me to file our taxes. To say the least, I am catching hell for waiting to the last minute to do everything. So my question of the day to you is…..

Do you do your taxes at the first of the year, some time between, or like me, wait to the last minute to do them?

(Need help here, or else they are going to be smacking me all day with their brooms!)

Well I have been waiting to see if anyone else would chime in on “Today’s Question of the Day”

Question of the Day

This has been a hot-button issue and a very sensitive topic in The Craft for centuries. What am I talking about? I will tell you, Christians becoming Witches. I want to know your opinion on Christians becoming Witches? Do you think it is possible? Do you think they should be allowed to? Do you believe in Christian Wicca?

I will give you my opinion on the matter at the end of today’s posts. But I want to hear from you first. Did I just open up a can of worms or what?

Well I guess I must have opened a can of worms then, perhaps I should take them and go fishing now, lol! I have had one person give us their opinion on this matter. I sincerely appreciate that person doing so. I wish more of you would open up. There is never a wrong answer to any questions, it is your opinion. I want to hear from you, start a discussion. I don’t bite or at least I don’t think I do.

Enough with that, I promised I would give my opinion on the matter later and now is later. First off, this has been a very highly debated subject in The Craft and Paganism for centuries. Let me clarify something real quick so you can understand where I am coming from. As most of you know and I know our new members don’t, I grew up in a half and half house. What do I mean by that? My mother was a witch and my father was a Baptist. We practiced witchcraft every day of the week except on Sundays and then we got up and went to church. I was very fortunate to have a head strong mother who made my father give me the opportunity to pick which Path or Religion, I wanted to follow. Of course, you know it was Witchcraft. Since being raised in a household like that, I have become interested in various other religions and have studied them. I am a very open minded witch and I proudly call myself a witch. Now that you understand my background, let’s proceed with the questions….

First question I asked: I want to know your opinion on Christians becoming Witches? This is a sensitive subject especially with this group. We have Priests, Preachers, Baptists, Christians, Catholics and every other Religion you can imagine with us. They all wrote me and asked if it would be alright for them to join our site. My answer was an immediate, “yes!” They wanted to learn about us and I was delighted they wanted to do so. So what I am getting ready to say, I don’t want to offend anyone at all, please understand that. As far as Christians becoming Witches, I do think it is possible. I can see several comparisons that can be made between Christianity and Paganism/Witchcraft. Christians have the three head God forms and so do we. The only difference is our is female dominated. whereas the Christians is male dominated. I know the Catholic religion has so many rituals and similarities to Paganism/Witchcraft it is unbelievable. But then you have to think back to the 1600’s when the Catholic church and Pope condemned Paganism and stole everything they could from us. But all in all, I can see a Christian becoming a witch. I can speak from experience, I use to mentor new comers to the Craft and most of them were Christians. I told them about the similarities between the two religions and they saw them also. Then we got to the part about Hell. I know when I would go to church on Sundays, the preacher preached none stop, hell-fire and brimstone. When it came to these students concern on Hell, I told them it had been beat into their heads and it had been. I know I went to a Baptist church. I believe they use Hell as a reason to keep the members in check. “Don’t you dare wander from this Religion or else you will go to Hell.” Most of my students were amazed when I told them, that our Religion didn’t even have the word Hell in it. Next question would be, how are you sure we will go to a good place when we die. My answer, “Out of all the religions on the planet you cannot tell me or make me believe their is only one right religion. All of the religions speak of an almighty Being or the Divine. These Divine Beings are suppose to be merciful and forgiving. I believe if you live a moral and ethic life that no matter who is at the end of our Journey they will let us in that good place you are referring too.” Some of them, this soothed their fears. Others it did not. The Christian dogma was beaten and drilled into their heads to deep. I believe if a Christian can get pass the dogma that has been drilled into them for years and years, yes, they can become a witch. It won’t be easy for them but they can do it. I know several who have.

Next questions: Do you think they should be allowed to? Do you believe in Christian Wicca? First part, should they be allowed too, yes.  If they want to become witches then I believe we should help them in any way we can. Now for the slammer, do you believe in Christian Wicca? I have been around a lot of witches who say it is bull****, (you get the idea). I guess I am as hard headed as my mother. I like to think things out on my own and form my own conclusions. While the other witches were bashing the idea of Christian Wicca, I was thinking, hmm! At first some of the other witches swayed me in their direction till I stopped and thought it out. I came to the conclusion that yes, there is Christian Wicca. As you know I get on my soapbox when it comes to the Burning Times. But I thought back to that time. As you recall, the Catholic Church condemned Paganism and those who didn’t convert, all their property was seized and they were put to death. As you know for our Religion to survive most of our ancestors when underground to preserve it for future generations to come. I believe that not all of those witches went underground. I believe some of them turned to the Catholic faith as a way of preventing them from having all their property seized and then put to death. I believe that they did go to mass on Sundays and pretend to be good members of the Catholic Religion. But they also went underground as well, to maintain their Witchcraft Religion. It does make sense and if you have any doubts then answer me this, who taught the Catholics all the rituals and rites that they have that came from us? Ever wondered about that one. I think I know, those witches who supposedly converted to the Catholic Faith. Some might call my theory crazy as hell but stop and think about it. It does make sense. Some of those Pagans back in the day had to pretend to convert because everyone was a Pagan till the Catholic church came along. If they hadn’t pretended to convert then the Catholic church would not had member one. I can’t imagine what a life they must have lived. I remember the commandments of the Church, their teachings, everything and how you could fit it together with Witchcraft is beyond me. But I sincerely believe their is Christian Wicca. I believe some how they combined the two Religions together and survived the Burning TImes.

Don’t get me wrong on what I am getting ready to say…but I think back to the Burning Times and all the horror that was inflicted on our ancestors. Most of mine were burned at the stake in Ireland for being witches. I wonder how on earth could you be tied to a stake and then look at a person you know who is a witch and they have converted (or supposedly converted). How could you? What would you be feeling? Better yet, what would the person standing there watching you getting ready to be burned alive? How could they live with themselves? Never really given it much thought till now but it does bring a tear to my eye.  Thinking one of my ancestors was burnt alive while a so called convert watched. Who knows, I know I never will. All I have is the pain and agony of thinking about my ancestors being burned alive or hung. I had an aunt in 1950 that was hung behind the flood wall here for being a witch. I know for a fact that none of my family members or fellow witches were there. When they went to drag her off, there was one hell of a fight. Some were beat almost to death and others were jailed but they did not stand idly by while she was hung.

Since I have got way off track, as usual, let’s see if I can get back on track now. As far as Christian Wicca existing, yes it does. There are Christian Wicca groups and sites all over the United States and on the internet. How they combine the two Religions is beyond me. I think of the Ten Commandments and what they say. One in particular, “thou shalt have no other Gods.” There is too many conflicts in trying to combine the two Religions together. I know most witches shun these groups and I can understand why. But I am a very opened minded witch and accepting of all religions. We have to be accepting of all Religions if we want other Religions to accept us. We have demonized way too long and it is time to put an end to that. By learning about other Religions and letting them learn about us, we put an end to those old myths and stereotypes.

Now you have heard my opinion, what do you think? I would like to know what you think seriously. I am open to a nice healthy debate, gee people, come on, let me know what you think, please. Oh, I remember I am down on my hands and knees begging you(hey it worked last time, lol!). Seriously, got an opinion on what I said let’s hear it. Or the next time, I will really go off topic and ask you about the Confederate flag and the controversy surrounding it!

Have a very blessed evening, my sweets,

Lady A

Earth Sky News for April 11th: Moon in Winter Circle April 10 and 11

Moon in Winter Circle April 10 and 11

On April 10 and 11, 2019, look for the waxing moon and Winter Circle (or Winter Hexagon) stars. It’s difficult to convey the humongous size of the Winter Circle that fills our western sky at dusk and nightfall now. This great star pattern even dwarfs the mighty constellation Orion the Hunter. In fact – as shown on the chart at the top of this post – Orion makes up the southwest portion of the Winter Circle, which is composed of 1st-magnitude stars (some of the brightest stars in our sky).

Look for a circular (or hexagonal) pattern of bright stars around the moon these next few nights. Just be sure to look at dusk and nightfall, because – on these April evenings – the Winter Circle stars sink below the horizon by early evening.

And if you’re out there looking soon after sunset, you might also catch a ruddy “star” near the red star Aldebaran, but which is notably fainter. That’s the red planet Mars, the lone planet in the evening sky now.

The Winter Circle can be seen from around the world, although its orientation with respect to the horizon will be different, depending on where you are. If you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, notice that the sky’s brightest star – Sirius – will appear at the top of the Circle and the star Capella at the bottom (if you can see Capella at all; it’s far to the north on the sky’s dome). No matter what part of Earth you’re standing on, though, this same pattern of bright stars will surround the moon on April 10 and 11.

Also note that the Winter Circle stars are bright. They’ll withstand a fair amount of moonlight. You might even see them in a sky beset by light pollution.

Bottom line: Use the moon on April 10 and 11, 2019, to find the bright stars of the Winter Circle!

A Year of Full Moons (Good Chart To Print Out & Keep)

A Year of Full Moons

Learn the name and meaning of the Full Moon every month

Your Daily Planet Tracker for April 11th: Moon in Cancer

The Moon in Cancer: Sensitive, Nurturing, Loyal

Apr 10, 2019 – Apr 13, 2019

Before we get into talking about the Cancer Moon, let’s start off with a little bit about the Moon itself. In Astrology, the Moon is considered a planet — and it’s the fastest moving one at that! Because it moves so quickly, it moves through each of the 12 zodiac signs once every month.

When the Moon is in Cancer

Regardless of what your Sun or Moon signs are, for a couple of days a month we’re all under the influence of the Cancer Moon. We’ll feel a little bit more tender, and more vulnerable than we do during other times of the month. You’ll have the urge to put up stronger walls between you and others in order to protect yourself. This is one of Cancer’s tricks — living behind your castle walls so you can feel safe. So, during the Moon in Cancer transit, you’ll feel more protective not only over yourself, but also those you love.

Cancer is the sign of mothering energy, so during this Moon you’ll feel a stronger urge to nurture and care for everyone as if everyone was one of your children. Domestic matters will feel more important than usual, and you will find yourself wanting to be at home surrounded by your loved ones. This is a great time to invite people over to share stories over a meal, or gather friends for a night of games.

Emotions will be heightened during the Cancer Moon, and it’s easy become moody if you don’t express how you’re feeling. But don’t worry, this extra emotion doesn’t have to be a bad thing. You’ll have an easier time tuning into your emotional needs, giving you a better understanding of what you need in life to feel satisfied.

New Moon in Cancer

In the early summer when the Moon and Sun are both in the sign of Cancer, we have a New Moon in Cancer. This is a very special time because New Moons are all about new growth and the beginning of new cycles. Cancer likes to protect itself by holding things in, so during the Cancer New Moon, we want to think about planting the metaphorical seeds we’ve kept hidden. However, this doesn’t mean we need to announce our plans to everyone if we don’t want to. It just means we need to finally bring those seeds out of hiding and sow them with intention.

Full Moon in Cancer

Six months later, at the beginning of winter when the sun is in the sign of Capricorn, we have a Full Moon in Cancer. Capricorn is about the outer energy, and the mastery of our outer world. The Cancer Full Moon allows the energies of these two signs to counterbalance each other, and helps us bring to fruition those things that we held close during the New Moon. We’re finally able to manifest these things, and create a sense of security in bringing our feelings and desires out into the world.
