Your Daily Cosmic Calendar for July 12

Despite the glow and insight-producing brilliance of a grand triangle — composed of the moon in Cancer trine to Jupiter in Scorpio (8:13am) and Neptune in Pisces (12:57pm) — many challenges can trip up the ablest members of human evolution. Do your best to vault over apparent obstacles in your path as Mercury forms a caustic, 150-degree connection with Neptune (12:53am), the sun makes its annual polarity to keeper-of-secrets Pluto (3:05am), Venus parallels Uranus (5:53am), and the moon forms its monthly opposition to Pluto (6:44pm). The main celestial headline occurs at 7:49pm when the solar and lunar orbs unite at 21 degrees of Cancer which is also a Partial Solar Eclipse. This degree placement also happens to be where the North Heliocentric Node of Pluto is located. This greatly reinforces typical Pluto themes (death-rebirth; regeneration; spiritual willpower; research and in-depth studies; mysteries and the unknown; catharsis; repressed feelings and phobias) during the next four weeks. Be aware that the exact time of the new moon starts a 14 hour void-of-course lunar cycle that lasts until the lion’s roar is heard with the moon entering Leo at 10:32am tomorrow.

[Note to readers: All times are now calculated for Pacific Daylight Time. Be sure to adjust all times according to your own local time so the alignments noted above will be exact for your location.]
