Sleep Deeper Meditation Spell
Use this meditation to sleep and dream soundly.
You will need a cup of chamomile tea and a lemon slice.
About an hour before you go to sleep, sit where you can see the moon. Drink the tea slowly. As you sip the warm tea, meditate on what you would like to bring into your life. Imagine being a source of pwoerful light like the moon. Allow the lunar energy to fill your mind, heart, and spirit. Now, gaze at the moon for a few moments, then close your eyes. Count to ten, then open your eyes and look at the moon.
Now close you eyes, take a deep complete breath, and go ten times deeper into relaxation. Count to ten and open your eyes again and look at the moon. Now, close them, breathe in, and exhale completely. As you exhale, go ten times deeper into relaxation. Count to ten and open your eyes and look at the moon.
Once more, close your eyes, take another deep breath, in and out, and go ten times deeper into relaxation. This time, keep your eyes closed. Imagine being filled completely with the light of the moon. Draw this light into every aspect of your body, mind and spirit. Feel all the parts of yourself uniting into one. Know that you are a source of spiritual energy. Like the luminous moon in the vast expanse of the night sky, you shine brightly. You are radiant. You are illuminated with light. Continue this for several minutes. When you are done, allow yourself to drift into a peaceful, deep sleep.
