Friday is frisky with the Moon in independent and impatient Aries as the Sun enters dominating and direct Capricorn. Playing hard can be expected, but fortunately there’s a tender touch coming at night to smooth out rough edges and make peace if the social games get too rough.

The romantic atmosphere should be much sweeter on Saturday with the Moon’s late morning entry into docile and sensual Taurus. In fact, this is quite a day of indulgence, with almost no limit to our appetites for love, food, touch and pleasure in all its delicious forms. Venus, Taurus’ yummy ruling planet, opposes expansive Jupiter, increasing hunger for affection and approval. There is, however, a risk of going too far by over-estimating the value of a person, object or activity. Physical or emotional indigestion will follow if we bite off more than we can chew.

Still, this is really a call to celebrate life without worrying about every little detail. Sometimes going too far is the only way to discover another level of happiness. The Moon is also in tactile Taurus on Sunday, but it’s wiser to make this a day of rest than one of excess. Slowing down to measure whether the people and pleasures you’ve discovered feel healthy is a wise way to spend at least part of the day.
