Packed with vitamins, the popular and refreshing melon is as versatile as it is inviting. You can even the seeds for a crunchy snack.
Toss 1 shallot (sliced) with 2 tablespoons each white vinegar and olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cut 1 small cantaloupe and 1 seedless cucumber in pieces. Arrange on platter; spoon dressing on top.
Simmer 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Remove from heat; stir in 2 sprigs of basil. Cool, then strain. In batches, puree one 6-pound cantaloupe (cut up) and syrup. Pour into a metal pan; freeze 8 hours. With fork scrape into flakes.
Thread bite size cantaloupe pieces, thinly sliced salami or prosciutto (fold into quarters) and fresh basil leaves onto skewers.

Lady Beltane is fairly ill with???? her doctors are not sure at this time what is wrong but they do know through two tests it is not COVID-19. She is not feeling up to doing all the regular daily WOTC’s post but will make sure each days birthday horoscope is posted. She will post when she can on Coven Life. She hopes to be back feeling better by the weekend.
Hypaia of Alexandria works at an elderly health care facility in her native Australia and is having to work extra hours because of restrictions the government has imposed to help safe guard the health of the elderly. She also runs her own business as a licensed nutritionist. Leaving her little time for sleep and her family much less trying to fit in posting on the two websites.
Samhain had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago but is recovering at home under her doctor’s supervision. His computer set up which he refers to as “The Beast” because of it’s 6 monitors plus other extras is located in his basement. The problem here is he is not allowed to walk up and down stairs as yet. Last time Lady Beltane talked to him he was having a family member help to move The Beast upstairs and was working on getting it to work. So without a working computer he cannot post either.
Dawn of the Day has been busy with her full time job as a high school teacher and cooridinator of the graduation ceremony which to say the least has been very tricky and time consuming this year because of the Stay at Home and Social Distancing orders. Now that, that is over she is getting ready to leave for her annual volunteer work helping to repair and/or do remolding plus some farming duties for a place she goes to every year in West Virginia to help the organization helps people that could not afford much need repairs or whatever to their homes otherwise.
PynkMoon had fallen last week and required stitches. Besides that he has been battling pneumonia for a couple of months. Lady Beltane received word yesterday that he has now been hospitalized for treatments that cannot be done at home.
Raven Spirit Walker is having to see a cardiologist because of a very low heart rate. She also is the sole care giver for her beloved husband who is dealing with many different medical issues. She is also having to dedicate more time to her own business to keep their bills paid up. Raven is a psychic medium who reads all different types of cards, helps locate missing persons in AZ, and a few other abilities she has that she puts to good use not just for an income but to help other people wherever and whenever she can.
As you can see at this time we all have things going on in our personal lives that if you are willing to we could use some prayers and/or a candle lit to help us. We will post what we can when we can please just have patience and ask the Lord and the Lady to let our lives get back into their usual routines. We all thank you for your understanding and support. H. on Friday, June 12th starting at 5:00 PM CDT this includes a time to gather to talk about our memories of her before the ceremony. For the S. H. it will be on Saturday, June 13 starting at 8:00 AM AEST. It will be held in the Heart’s Spirit Coven’s Private Chatroom
There will be a Summer/Winter Solstice gathering for the N.H. Saturday, June 20 and for the S. H. on Sunday, June 21. More information will be posted closer to these dates.

NUMEROLOGY
Numerology is a science based on numbers and their incredible affect on our lives. It is believed to have been studied as far back as 11,000. Numbers have been in existence since the beginning of time and predates all alphabets.
PYTHAGORAS was one of the ‘Fathers of Numerology’, and that was 2,400 years ago. He was able to apply his knowledge and understanding in practical areas for the needs of mankind.
