On this day, the Moon will be in a Waxing Gibbous phase. This phase is when the Moon is more than 50% illuminated but not yet a Full Moon. The period lasts around 7 days, with the Moon becoming more illuminated each day until the Full Moon. During a Waxing Gibbous, the Moon will rise in the east in mid-afternoon and will be high in the eastern sky at sunset. The Moon is then visible though most of the night sky setting a few hours before sunrise. The word Gibbous first appeared in the 14th century and has its roots in the Latin word “gibbosus,” meaning humpbacked.

Tia Mowry might be famous, but she’s trying to keep it together during the coronavirus outbreak just like everyone else.

Mowry spoke with Yahoo Lifestyle about what it’s like for her and her family during the crisis.

The Family Reunion star revealed that meditation is helping her get through the day.

“I was meditating yesterday, and when I started meditating all of a sudden I just started crying. It was the first time that had ever happened to me, ” she says.

As the co-founder of Anser, her company that sells a range of vitamins, Mowry knows a thing or two about self-care, but the Sister, Sister star says she realized she wasn’t making it the priority it should be during the outbreak.
